The most direct threat for NATO is Russia, & terrorism is the most asymetrical threat, China is a systemic challenge. That means that we have to actually put quite a bit of money to deter, and if necessary - defend.

That means money, and there are countries that are not spending 2% yet, so they need to spend at least 2% but actually we [Latvia] have committed to spending 5%. We think that others should also step up.

🇷🇺 Simeon Boikov received a package from Russia on the eve of Victory Day, which contained flags featuring the image of Christ the Savior, chevrons, and other banners that will be displayed during the convoy through Sydney.
