President Trump just suggested replacing the federal income tax with tariffs, & if the American education system wasn’t hijacked more people would know that there was no federal income tax the first 137 years in America as a country.
In fact under President James Monroe there was not only no federal income tax, but there were no internal taxes at all, no excise taxes, nothing, he got rid of all of them…
& not only did he use tariffs to create a budget surplus, but he cut America’s debt in half, purchased Florida from Spain, and facilitated the creation of infrastructure that bolted the American economy into the future.
The American people are beginning to remember what made America the greatest country in the history of the world.
