Back when Russia was still an Orthodox empire under an Orthodox monarch, the Tsar did a great deal to support the Church around the world. Likewise, the OCA cathedral in San Francisco has pre-Revolutionary bells that were donated by the Tsar. May the day come again when there is an Orthodox government that works to support the growth of the Church around the world.
