People who are like "Tuxedo Mask never does anything he just shows up" really don't get Sailor Moon
It's her show and her fights. She doesn't need a man to do stuff for her, she needs someone on the sidelines reminding her she can do it and she has all of the power she needs
It's a good metaphor, actually. Next time you want to waltz in and white knight for someone, ask yourself: "What would Tuxedo Mask do? Fight this battle or remind the people actually fighting it that they can do it and I believe in them?"
