Grandmother of The ScotsOil-on-digital+- 20 hours Scottish folklorewithout giving it away too much) within a Scottish setting. The project itself was a lot of fun because I really want to hone my skills of painting the Gods, folklore, legends, heroes, etc., and with each one, I get better. I couldn't help myself) overshadowing the Scottish coastline. Though, it does create an interesting contrast between the light and dark tones, thus creating the required depth. A Scottish wild cat, loyal to Beira, I thought would be appropriate because most people often depict her with an owl or stag, but they do not really scream Scottish, whereas a Scottish wild cat does.
