🟢 Hamas:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The completion of today’s exchange operation for six captives once again confirms the resistance’s commitment to the agreement, while the occupation continues to stall in implementing its terms.

This handover took place in a solemn national scene, reflecting the unity of our people and factions, while the occupation remains in a state of fragmentation and internal blame-shifting.

The massive public presence during today’s handover of six enemy captives sends a renewed message to the enemy and its supporters—that the bond between our people and its resistance is deeply rooted and unwavering.

It has now become clear to the zionist public that they have two choices:
Either they receive their captives in coffins, as happened on Thursday due to Netanyahu’s arrogance, or they welcome them alive by adhering to the resistance’s conditions.

We affirm our readiness to move forward to the second phase of the agreement, and we are prepared to finalize a comprehensive exchange deal that ensures a permanent ceasefire and a complete withdrawal of the occupation.

We warn against the occupation’s attempts to evade the agreement and reaffirm that the only path for captives to return to their families is through negotiations and sincere commitment to the terms of the deal.

Netanyahu’s attempts to escape the defeat of his army in Gaza by committing massacres in the West Bank will not break the will of our people and resistance.

Our treatment of captives is based on our religious values and humanitarian principles, while our prisoners in occupation prisons endure extreme torture and oppression.

The occupation’s ban on the travel of deported prisoners' families exposes the enemy’s brutality and its violation of all humanitarian conventions, further proving its defeat before the will of our people and resistance.

The Palestinian people and their brave resistance, led by Al-Qassam Brigades, will continue the path of resistance and struggle, defending our land and sanctities until liberation, return, and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Al-Quds as its capital.

During his next stop in Cairo, he met with the newly founded Palestine Liberation Organization. The trip inspired him to publish an article in the Egyptian Gazette September 17th 1964 in which he famously wrote that "The zionist argument to justify israel's present occupation of Arab Palestine has no intelligent or legal basis in history."

Today as we look back on Malcolm's legacy, we also uplift the Palestinian poet, intellectual, professor and martyr Refaat Alareer, who like Malcolm, was assassinated.

In 2021, on the 56th anniversary of Malcolm's martyrdom, Refaat recounted that years prior in 2004 he "was asked in an interview for a scholarship who my role model was. I took a breath, smiled, and unflinchingly proudly, said, ‘Malcolm X.’ The interviewer said, ‘But he was violent!’ I spoke for 5 minutes nonstop about brother Malcolm X. I won the grant. It was one of my proudest moments."

Refaat's interview in 2004 took place exactly 40 years after Malcolm's trip to Gaza in 1964. Despite the decades that separated them, Refaat became immersed in Malcolm's writings and his teachings, across space and time, with Gaza at the center.

In 2012, during an event commemorating Malcolm X at the Centre for Political and Development Studies in Gaza, Refaat was invited to speak. During his talk, Refaat reflected that he was first introduced to Malcolm in his early 20s, which is when he first read his autobiography.

"All Palestinians admire him, or should admire him, for many reasons," Refaat declared in his talk. “As Palestinians, we can use different means and methods to liberate ourselves, to get rid of the occupation and the evils of the occupation, ‘by any means necessary,’ like he said."

“If you don’t read him," Refaat continued, "there is a blank area in your mind or heart that needs to be filled.”

Malcolm filled this area in Refaat's mind, and countless others through the generations, from Harlem to Gaza and around the world. During the Great Return March in Gaza in 2018, Refaat showed up to one of the demonstrations with a handwritten sign featuring a quote of Malcolm's: "If you want something, you'd better make some noise."

Like Malcolm, Refaat rejected any and all attempts to condemn and vilify the resistance of colonized people in the face of genocide. As Malcolm once said, "We need allies who are going to help us achieve a victory, not allies who are going to tell us to be nonviolent."

Malcolm and Refaat, like Gaza, continue to teach us what it means to fight for our collective humanity in the face of oppression, and will continue to inspire generation after generation until liberation within our lifetime.

As Malcolm taught us: "Power in defense of freedom is greater than power in behalf of tyranny and oppression, because power, real power, comes from conviction which produces action, uncompromising action. It also produces insurrection against oppression. This is the only way you end oppression — with power."

🟢 Taher Al-Nono, media advisor to the Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, to Al-Jazeera (1/2):

This weeping launched by Benjamin Netanyahu and his office before today is an attempt to reclaim the role of the victim and to revive the lies they initiated at the onset of the Al-Aqsa Flood. However, let me state very clearly: we are serious about implementing the agreement.

A mistake may have occurred, and we are investigating how it happened on our part. Nevertheless, the full responsibility lies squarely with Benjamin Netanyahu.

I would like to recount some facts, particularly regarding the early days when a group of civilians was taken hostage. We wanted to release the civilians immediately and without any conditions during the initial days of the war, and we clearly stated that we wanted a ceasefire so that we could deliver all the civilians.

At that time, all the civilian hostages were alive, but Netanyahu and his army rejected this offer. We continued discussing this matter until we reached the first truce in November 2023, at which point we offered to hand over the Bibas family, who had been killed shortly before. We wanted to deliver the mother and the bodies of the two sons as part of the deal, but the blame for the delay—and who now cries over this event—is on the occupation. It was the "israeli" army that bombed the residential area where this family lived. Tens of thousands of Palestinian children have been killed, and their remains have become intermingled.

The one bearing responsibility for these massacres is the one who committed them. The occupation destroyed all our hospital capacities; it even demolished the equipment used to lift rubble and recover bodies. This may in the future affect the possibility of a third phase of the agreement.

We clearly state that we demand the machines and equipment necessary to extract the bodies of the Palestinian martyrs as well as those of the hostages who were killed. We also require the equipment needed for DNA testing to identify the bodies—equipment whose testing capabilities were destroyed by the occupation.

We had been demanding these materials continuously, but the occupation kept stalling and procrastinating. Now they resort to this lamentation, while we remain serious about implementing the agreement. We will conduct an investigation to determine the circumstances and details related to this incident.

It is essential to know all the details, especially since the captor group has become martyrs and all those held captive were killed. An inquiry and investigation into the matter are underway; however, Netanyahu or his government must not challenge our seriousness.

We have just announced the names of the six captives who will be released tomorrow. For us, the process is ongoing, and if there was any error, it stems from a lack of capabilities, the martyrdom of the captor group, and the intermingling of the bodies.

For our part, we are moving forward in this phase. We have completed our negotiation preparations for the second phase, and we hold the American administration—which confirmed that the phases are interconnected and that a second phase exists—along with the mediators, responsible for ensuring this matter and obliging the occupation to implement the agreement without delay.

⚪️ Deputy Secretary-General of the Palestinian Mujahideen Movement, Dr. Salem Atallah:

We reject the occupation’s false claims and lies regarding the zionist soldier Shiri Bibas. This is a failed attempt to absolve their criminal army of the horrific crimes they continue to commit against our people.

The body of soldier Shiri Bibas was handed over to the Red Cross moments ago.

The zionist enemy must stop its deception and stalling tactics in implementing the humanitarian protocol and allow the entry of the necessary equipment.

🚨 Prisoners' Media Office:

After the Palestinian resistance hands over the names of the zionist captives, 50 prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment, 60 prisoners with high sentences, 47 prisoners from the Wafa al-Ahrar prisoners who were re-arrested, and 445 prisoners from the Gaza Strip who were arrested after October 7 will be released tomorrow, Saturday, as part of the first phase of the exchange deal.

Today on the 60th anniversary of his assassination and martyrdom on February 21st 1965, we honor the life and legacy of Malcolm X, El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz.

Through his lifelong commitment to linking the Black liberation struggle in the United States to the struggle of all oppressed people resisting colonialism and imperialism around the world, Malcolm redefined what it meant to fight for freedom. Malcolm's revolutionary internationalism and travels across Asia, Africa and beyond, led him to taking an unwavering stance in support of Palestine and against zionism as part of a worldwide struggle against oppression and injustice.

Just months before his death at the age of 39, Malcolm traveled to Palestine in September 1964 and spent two days in Gaza. In Gaza Malcolm visited Palestinian refugee camps established following the Nakba in 1948, met with the poet Harun Hashim Rashid and prayed in local masjids.

🟢 Hamas:

The allegations made by the zionist occupation army spokesperson, accusing the resistance of killing the Bibas family, are nothing but outright lies, adding to a long series of fabrications that have been continuously pushed for fifteen months as part of the genocidal war against our Palestinian people. This is yet another desperate attempt to evade responsibility for the war crimes committed by their criminal army, which led to the death of the Bibas family due to the scale of genocide, indiscriminate bombing, mass destruction of buildings and neighborhoods, and the deliberate obstruction of the ceasefire agreement by war criminal Netanyahu. Their crimes have also extended to prisoners in Gaza.

The occupation army, its media spokespersons, and its fascist extremist government have engaged in the most deceitful propaganda tactics, repeatedly attempting to divert global public opinion away from their war crimes, genocide, ethnic cleansing, and horrific massacres against unarmed civilians and all aspects of life in Gaza. However, the world has since exposed their false narratives and witnessed the brutality of their crimes against humanity.

Ahmed Sa'adat - Revolutionary Suicide preface excerpts (2/2):

"We are still seeking to defend our peoples from the relentless assaults of capitalism, Zionism and imperialism and their police and military forces. We have not yet been able to realize our dreams and transform the prisons into museums of liberation. Revolutionaries across the world struggle and dream for this future, in every movement of oppressed people. Indeed, when we speak of the prisoners’ movement, we are in essence speaking of Resistance."

"The heroism of a prisoner is not simply to be in prison but to understand that they carry with them the leadership of a movement and a continuing struggle in a new location that continues to have international reverberations. The heroism also does not come simply in that one has spent years in prison and now has been released, but in being a veteran of struggle who continues to carry the message of liberation for those who remain."

"Resistance is critical and it must have a real impact on people’s lives. Our sacrifice in prison has meaning when it can lead to fruits for the poor and liberation for our peoples. Our struggle must impact people’s lives in a material way."

"The prisons and the political prisoners are also an example of the power and necessity of 'breaking the law.' The law – the law of the imperialist and the colonizer – is used to steal the rights and resources of our people and to justify our imprisonment, repression, and criminalization. Through the collective 'breaking' of the law and its power to define justice and injustice – when people, collectively, confront and “break” the law, not merely as individuals but as a collective power, it loses its claim to legitimacy. Breaking of the law must become the norm, and not the exception – the law of capitalism, imperialism and exploitation."

"The responsibility of the political prisoner is to safeguard the flame. Now that we are in this position we must hold our position to set an example, not to our people, who are rooted and steadfast, but to the enemy, to show that imprisonment will not work to defeat us or our people. We carry a cause, not simply an individual search for freedom. They enemy would free us, or Georges Abdallah, or Mumia Abu-Jamal, if we were willing to become tools of the system or betray our people. But instead, the prisons have generated striking examples of a culture of resistance, from art, to literature to political ideas."

🚨🟢 Martyr Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades – Tulkarem Brigade:

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

“Fight them; God will punish them by your hands, and He will disgrace them, and He will grant you victory over them and heal the hearts of a believing people.”

In light of the ongoing battle with the zionist occupation, and with the escalation of resistance operations targeting its collapsing security system, the enemy is attempting, with all its deceit and lies, to spread falsehoods about the fighters in order to confuse our people and our valiant resistance.

In this context, and with the spread of news about the bombing of enemy buses in the “Bat Yam” area in occupied Yaffa, we, the Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades – Tulkarem Brigade, would like to clarify the following clearly and without ambiguity:

1. We are the ones who decide when, where, and how to strike the enemy, not the lying zionist media! The enemy is confused and spreading lies, thinking it can diminish our blows or direct the course of our resistance. But we say it clearly: our sword is drawn, and our weapon knows no hesitation.

2. We categorically deny any connection to this operation, and any claims made by the enemy regarding us are a failed attempt to mix up the situation.

3. Our resistance operates according to careful planning, and we choose our battles with the minds of our men and the hands of our fighters, not according to what the enemy or its agents promote.

A message to the zionist enemy:
Do not for a moment think that you can manipulate the resistance or drag it into media battles. Our strikes are painful, and the decision is solely in our hands. You will only hear about our operations after they shake your fortresses and ignite the ground beneath your feet. Wait, for the coming is greater, and the blood of our martyrs is a debt upon us that we will not fail to honor.

A message to our struggling people:
Do not believe anything except what comes from the official resistance channels, and do not let the Hebrew media or the alarmists in the city confuse you. Our battle with the occupation is long, our weapons will not fall, and the blood of our fighters will turn into fire that burns the aggressors.

Our sword is raised, our decision is in our hands, and the era of defeats is gone forever!

Indeed, it is a jihad of victory or martyrdom.

Martyr Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades – Tulkarem Brigade

Notes:

- No faction has claimed responsibility for the operation

- Shin Bet arrested two "israeli" Jewish residents of Bat Yam this morning suspected of transporting the person(s) who placed the bombs.

- The zionist military quickly pointed fingers at Tulkarem and ordered an intensification of operations in the West Bank, as seen with "israeli" Defense Minister Katz and "israeli" Prime Minister Netanyahu's visit to Tulkarem camp this morning.

🚨 Earlier today, the occupation forces demolished the home of the martyr hero Ammar Awda in the city of Salfit, north of the West Bank.

Ammar Awda was the executor of the heroic stabbing operation that killed two settlers in "Tel Aviv."

In Media 1, over the destroyed rubble of his home, the walls read “Free Palestine,” “27,027 km²” (the surface area of Palestine), and “We Will Not Die.”

Glory to the martyrs.

🟢 Taher Al-Nono, media advisor to the Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, to Al-Jazeera (2/2):

Any hesitation on the part of the occupation or attempt to shirk responsibilities is completely unacceptable. Today, what we witness is a simple example of what the occupation’s bombardment has caused—a fact we have been affirming since the beginning of the war. The occupation deceives its citizens, and Netanyahu has no interest in retrieving the captives.

Today, if Netanyahu were to know the whereabouts of living captives, he would order his army to bomb and kill them because he is not interested in retrieving them alive. This has been clear from the outset and remains so to this moment. Therefore, this lamentation is nothing more than an attempt to distance himself from completing the agreement.

The occupation is engaging in systematic practices—whether it is the implementation of the humanitarian protocol, the introduction of necessary materials, the handling of the captive issue, or even the return of the displaced from the south [of the Gaza Strip]. It is stalling on all these issues with the aim of terminating the agreement and shifting the blame onto us.

We continue to implement all our commitments transparently, and we affirm that the mediators must compel the occupation to fulfill its commitments.
We also call for this agreement to be internationally safeguarded through the United Nations and via a Security Council resolution, to prevent Netanyahu from evading it.

What Netanyahu mainly desires today is for the agreement to collapse and for its terms not to be honored. Therefore, there must be a clear international movement to ensure its continuity, because the occupation is seeking by all means to undermine it and to lay the blame on us to justify its evasion of its commitments.

🟢 Hamas:

In a desperate display of political and military failure, the criminal and zionist occupation Prime Minister Netanyahu made a provocative visit to the steadfast Tulkarem Refugee Camp, attempting to cover up his repeated failures and ongoing setbacks in the face of our heroic Palestinian resistance.

The criminal Netanyahu is well known for such hollow theatrics; he once stood at the "Netzarim" and Philadelphi corridors in Gaza issuing threats, yet he was ultimately forced to withdraw.

We in Hamas affirm that this visit will neither intimidate our people nor our resistance. Instead, it will further strengthen their determination and resolve to continue the path of jihad until liberation and victory.

Mercy to our righteous martyrs, freedom to our heroic prisoners, and salute to our steadfast fighters.

⚫️🔴 The Syrian Social Nationalist Party:

Because national and patriotic duty requires us to be loyal to the blood, and because their journey was crowned with resistance, sacrifice, moments of dignity, victories, martyrdom, and true heroism, the Syrian Social Nationalist Party invites you to participate in the large and wide ceremonies to honor and bid farewell to the two great exemplary martyrs, the two general secretaries, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safieddine.

This is in confirmation of our commitment to the resistant path that confronts the projects of occupation and settlement, a dedication to the idea of holding onto Palestine, for which they were martyred in defense of it and of Lebanon, and in appreciation of their great contributions and sacrifices.
