ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር የዩኒቨርስቲ ተማሪዎች ከመመረቃቸው በፊት ማኅበረሰቡን ለአንድ ዓመት በቅድሚያ እንዲያስተምሩ ወይም እንዲያገለግሉ የሚያደርግ አሰራር ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ ዕቅድ መያዙን አስታወቀ።
ትምህርት ሚኒስትሩ ብርሃኑ ነጋ (ፕሮፌሰር) ዛሬ መጋቢት 24 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም በሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት የሰው ሃብት ልማት፣ ሥራ ስምሪትና ቴክኖሎጂ ጉዳዮች ቋሚ ኮሚቴ፣ የ12ኛ ክፍል አገር አቀፍ መልቀቂያ ፈተና የተማሪዎች ውጤት ዝቅተኛ የሆነበትን መንስዔ በተመለከተ ጥናት አቅርበዋል።
ውይይት ሲደረግ ነበር።
በዚህም ወቅት በዩኒቨርስቲ ተማሪዎች ላይ ስለተያዘው እቅድ አብራርተዋል።
ላለፉት ዓመታት (እሳቸው በኃላፊነት ከተሾሙ ጀምሮ) ፣ የ12ኛ ክፍል አገር አቀፍ መልቀቂያ ፈተና የተማሪዎች ውጤት በከፍተኛ ደረጃ ዝቅተኛ እንዲሆን ካደረጉ መንስዔዎች መካከል፣ የመምህራን ብቃትና የተነሳሽነት ማነስ ተጠቃሽ መሆናቸው ጠቁመዋል።
ችግሩን በአጭር ጊዜ ለመፍታት እንዲቻል የተለያዩ ተግበራት እየተሰሩ መሆኑን ሚኒስትሩ ገልጸዋል።
'' የኢትዮጵያ ዩኒቨርስቲ ሰርቪስ '' የሚል መጠሪያ የተሰጠው አሠራር ከ2019 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ተግባራዊ እንዲደረግ ዕቅድ የተያዘ መሆኑን የገለጹት ሚኒስትሩ፣ " በአራት ዓመት የሚመረቅ ተማሪ፣ የሦስተኛ ዓመት ትምህርቱን እንዳጠናቀቀ ወደ አስተማረው ማኅበረሰበብ ተመልሶ ለአንድ ዓመት የማስተማር አገልግሎት ይሰጥና (ማኅበረሰቡን እንዲያገለግል ይደረግና) እንዲመረቅ ይደረጋል " ሲሉ ተናግረዋል።
ይህም ሲሆን የተማሪዎቹ መሠረታዊ ወጪ የሚሸፈን እንደሚሆንም አክለዋል።
ይህ አሰራር ለተማሪዎች ለራሳቸው የተግባር ትምህርት እንደሚሆንና የበለጠ እንዲበስሉ እንደሚያደርጋቸውም ተናግረዋል።
ተማሪዎች የመምህርነትን ሙያ ተላብሰው በዚያው ወደ ሙያው እንዲያመሩ ዕድል በመፍጠር ለጊዜውም ቢሆን በዘርፉ እየቀነሰ የመጣውን ወደ ሙያው የሚገባ የአስተማሪን ቁጥር ለማሳግ እንደሚረዳም ሚንስትሩ አብራርተዋል።
በቅርቡ በመምህራን ላይ በተደረገ ግምገማ ፣ 100,000 የሚደርስ የመምህራን ዕጥረት መኖሩ መታወቁን የተናገሩት ብርሃኑ (ፕሮፌሰር)፣ አሰራሩ በከፍተኛ ደረጃ ያለውን የመምህራን ዕጥረት እንዲቀንስ የበኩልን እንደሚወጣ አስረድተዋል።
ወደ መምህርነት ሙያ የሚገቡ ሰዎችን ክፍተት ለማስተካከል ከተያዙ ዘርፈ ብዙ የማትጊያ ሥርዓቶች አንዱ፣ መምህራን በአገሪቱ የፋይናንስ ሥርዓት ውስጥ የራሳቸው ድርሻ እንዲኖራቸውና የኑሮ ውድነቱን እንዲቋቋሙ ለማድረግ፣ " የመምህራን ባንክ " ማቋቋም አንዱ እቅድ መሆኑን አንስተዋል።
ባንኩ " በአንድ ዓመት ውስጥ ወደ ሥራ ይገባዋል ብለን እንጠብቃለን " ያሉት ሚኒስትሩ፣ በ2019 ዓ.ም ደግም በእርግጠኝነት ወደ የኢትዮጵያ ዩኒቨርስቲ ሰርቪስ አሰራር እንደሚገባ ጠቁመዋል።

💬 ማስታወሻ ፦
🧲በቅድሚያ ብዙ የሚፈልጉ ሰዎች
ስላሉ እባክዎ ሼር ያድርጉት ⤴️
📚 ስለ ፈተና አሰራር የምናወራው አንድ ተማሪ ለፈተናው በሚገባ ዝግጅት አድርጓል የሚለውን ግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት ይሆናል። ታድያ አንድ ተማሪ ለፈተና ተገቢውን ዝግጅት አድርጎ ፈተና ላይ ስለ ተቀመጠ ብቻ የሚፈልገውን ውጤት ያስመዘግባል ማለት አይደለም ለዚህ አንዱ ምስክር እኔ ነኝ። ምን ለማለት ፈልጌ መሳላችሁ ፈተና በምንሰራበት ጊዜ የሚከተሉተን ነገሮች መከተል አለብን ፦
✅ 1ኛ፦ ፈተናውን አሰራዋለሁ የሚል ወኔ (Courage) ሊኖረን ይገበል። becoz ምንም ያክል ብናነብ ፈተና ገብተን የምንፈራ ከሆነ አደለም የማናቀውን የምናቀውን ጥያቄ ሁሉ ሊጠፋብን ይችላል ስለዚህ በራስ መተማመን ሊኖረን ይገባል ማለቴ ምችለውን ያክል አንብቢያለሁ ስለዚህ ፈጣሪ ይረዳኛል አሰራዋለሁ የሚል ወኔ💪 ያስፈልጋል።
❇️2ተኛ ፈተናውን ስንሰራ ማስተዋል አለብን። ይህ ምን ማለት ነው ለምሳሌ አንዳንድ ጥያቄዎች ቀላል ሲመስሉን አራቱንም አማራጮች ሳናይ Choice A ወይንም B ን ብቻ አይተን ልንሸወድ እንችላለን ምክንያቱም ሌላ የተሻለ መልስ ሊኖር ይችላል ስለዚህ እንደ English,civics Biology, History ነክ ጥያቄዎችን ስንሰራ ሁሉንም አማራጮች ትክክል ያልሆኑትን እና የሆኑትን የ✖️አና ✔️ምልክት እያደረግን ብንሰራ ጥሩ ነው እኔ በዚ ብዙ ጊዜ ተሸውጄ ስለማቅ ነው።
✳️ 3ተኛ ሰዓታችንን ባግባቡ መጠቀም በፈተና ጊዜ ከ ጥያቄው በተጨማሪ ሌላኛው ፈተና ሰዓት ነው so ሰዓታችንን ባግባቡ መጠቀም አለብን ማለት ነው ከቻላቹ በሆነ ጋፕ ፈታኙን ሰዓት በመጠየቅ ስንት ሰዓት እንደቀረን ማወቅ እንችላለን።ፈተናችንን on time ለመጨረስ የሚያስፈልጉ የተውሰኑትን ነጥቦች ልጥቀስ፦
⭕️ ፈጠን ብለን ፈተናችንን ለመስራት አንሞክር ፤ አንድ ጥያቄ ላይ አረጋግጣለሁ በማለት አለመተኛት ፤ በፍጥነት እየሞላን መሄድ ።
✏️ እንግሊዝኛ አይነት ፈተናውችን ስንሰራ reading comprehension ማለትም passage አንብበን የምንሰራቸው ጥያቄዎች ሰዓት ስለሚያስፈልጋቸው በመጨረሻ ብንሰራቸው ሰዓት የመቆጠብ እድላችን ሰፊ ነው ፦
🟥 የ calculation ጥያቄዎችን እንደ Maths ad Physics ስንሰራ ደግሞ እስክርቢቶ ወይንም እርሳስ ከወረቀታችን ጋር ከማገናኘታችን በፊት ጥያቄውን መረዳታችንን ማረጋገጥ አለብን becoz ከንቱ ላንሰራው ሁላ ጊዚያችንን ልንወስድ እንችላለን።
1⃣ መሰረታዊ መርሆችን (Fundamental Rules) መረዳት።
2⃣ ቁልፍ መረጃን(key information ) መለየት::
3⃣ ችግሩን (problem) በጥንቃቄ መገንዘብ እና አስፈላጊ የሆኑትን መረጃዎች እና የሚጠየቁትን ያደምቁ (ምልክት) ወይም ያስተውሉ
4⃣ ንድፎችን መተጠቀም (diagram) ፡- • ለፊዚክስ ችግሮች ዲያግራም መሳል ሁኔታውን በዓይነ ሕሊናህ ለማየት እና አቅጣጫዎችን ወዘተ ለመለየት ይረዳል
አዚ ጋ መጨመር ምፈልገው ደግሞ የከበደንን ጥያቄ ሲገዛገዙ መዋል ሳይሆን አንዱን ሞልተን ሰዓት ካለን ተመልሰን ማየቱ የተሻለ ነው።
❇️ 4ተኛ፦ሌላኛው ወሳኝ ነጥብ መፈተኛ ቦታ ቢቻል ቀደም ብለን ብንገኝ ጥሩ ነው ካልሆነ በትክክለኛው ሰዓት መገኘት አለብን ምክያቱም ካረፈድን ጭንቀት ውስጥ ልንገባ እንችላለን::
