Trump says U.S. holding nuclear talks with Iran in surprise announcement

Trump met with Netanyahu today at the White House, and announced that they were having "high level" talks with Iran on Saturday, supposedly "direct talks."

Where they meet and who attends will give us a better indication as to the nature of such talks. But my guess is that if it is not open to the public, the main topic will be the price and flow of oil, which right now sits at just $60 a barrel which is UNSUSTAINABLE for the Billionaires running the U.S., with posturing about what actions might happen if the bombs start flying, such as the Straight of Hormuz, which Iran controls and where 20% of the world's oil flows.

The true goal of a war with Iran would include getting the price of oil higher, which benefits the billionaires and oligarchs on both sides.

The "Press Conference" with Netanyahu and Trump at the White House was pure theatrics. They will never reveal their real plans to the public.

Iran's Army Ground Force Commander Brigadier General Kiumars Heidari says the Arash 2 is one of the leading long-range drones with high precision and pinpoint accuracy.

The suicide Arash 2 is also a long-range and radar-evading research unmanned aerial vehicle with a high destructive capability, Heidari said on Monday.

He noted that the drone stands at the cutting edge of technology of the Iranian Army which has been designed and mass produced by the country’s defense industries experts.

Back in September 2022, Heidari said the advanced Arash-2 drone, which is a newer version of the previously unveiled Arash-1 aircraft, has been designed to target the coastal cities of Tel Aviv and Haifa in the Israeli-occupied territories in case of a military confrontation with the regime.

He explained that the drone enjoys unique specifications and capabilities, and can successfully retrieve information multiple times before it strikes and destroys the designated target.

Arash-1 drone is a kamikaze and radar-evading unmanned aerial vehicle first launched during the Iranian Army’s massive drone exercises in January 2019 from a portable launcher installed on the Makran coast in the southeastern part of the country.

With the historic market selloff of the past few days, the ominous-sounding “death cross” chart pattern is expected to start appearing in a fast and furious manner.

Apple Inc.’s stock was dropping 3.1% toward an 11-month low in premarket trading Monday, after tumbling 15.9% over the previous two sessions.

The shares will open with the 50-day moving average — a widely followed short-term trend tracker — crossing below the 200-day moving average, which is seen as a dividing line for the long-term trend. This “death cross” pattern is viewed by many as marking the moment when a shorter-term decline becomes a longer-term downtrend.

Apple is now the third member of the Magnificent Seven group of technology giants to have seen a death cross in its stock chart since one popped up in Nvidia Corp.’s
has seen a few death crosses since Nov. 1, with the most recent one on Feb. 25.

Trump administration asks Supreme Court to block order that it return man mistakenly deported to El Salvador

4th Circuit Court of Appeals already denied the Trump Admin's request, setting up the first showdown between the U.S. Supreme Court and the Trump Administration.

The Trump administration on Monday asked the Supreme Court to block a judge's order requiring it to return a Maryland man who was accidentally deported to a high-security prison in El Salvador to U.S. soil.

The request came as the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday morning denied the Trump administration's request for a stay of a judge's order demanding that Kilmar Abrego Garcia — a legal resident protected from deportation by a 2019 court order who has lived in the U.S. since 2011 — be returned to the U.S. by 11:59 p.m. Monday.

Abrego Garcia had been deported on March 15 in what the Trump administration described as an “administrative error.“

U.S. District Court Paula Xinis of Maryland issued the return order on Friday, calling Abrego Garcia's deportation unlawful.

On Saturday, the Justice Department asked the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals to stay the order and asked Xinis to stay her own ruling as appeals are underway. She denied that request on Sunday. In a brief filing on Monday morning, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals denied the Trump Administration’s request for a stay of her order as appeals are underway.

In its filing to the Supreme Court, the Trump administration said, "This order — and its demand to accomplish sensitive foreign negotiations post-haste and effectuate Abrego Garcia’s return tonight — is unprecedented and indefensible."

Judge says deportation of Maryland man to an El Salvador prison was ‘wholly lawless’

More evidence that the United States is falling into lawlessness. If the Trump Administration does not comply with this court order and bring this man back, what happens next? Arrest warrant for DOJ head Pam Bondi??

It would be unprecedented (but what isn't these days??), but the Attorney General of Maryland could actually do that if the Trump Admin does not obey the court order of a federal judge.

The U.S. government’s decision to arrest a Maryland man and send him to a notorious prison in El Salvador appears to be “wholly lawless,” a federal judge wrote Sunday in a legal opinion explaining why she had ordered the Trump administration to bring him back to the United States.

There is little to no evidence to support a “vague, uncorroborated” allegation that Kilmar Abrego Garcia was once in the MS-13 street gang, U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis wrote. And in any case, she said, an immigration judge had expressly barred the U.S. in 2019 from deporting Abrego Garcia to El Salvador, where he faced likely persecution by local gangs.

“As defendants acknowledge, they had no legal authority to arrest him, no justification to detain him, and no grounds to send him to El Salvador — let alone deliver him into one of the most dangerous prisons in the Western Hemisphere,” Xinis wrote.

She said it was “eye-popping” that the government had argued that it could not be forced to bring Abrego Garcia back because he is no longer in U.S. custody.

“They do indeed cling to the stunning proposition that they can forcibly remove any person — migrant and U.S. citizen alike —to prisons outside the United States, and then baldly assert they have no way to effectuate return because they are no longer the ‘custodian,’ and the Court thus lacks jurisdiction,” Xinis wrote. “As a practical matter, the facts say otherwise.”

Abrego Garcia, a 29-year-old Salvadoran national who has never been charged or convicted of any crime, was detained by immigration agents and deported last month.

Abrego Garcia had a permit from DHS to legally work in the U.S. and was a sheet metal apprentice pursuing a journeyman license, his attorney said. His wife is a U.S. citizen.

The White House has described Abrego Garcia’s deportation as an “administrative error” but has also cast him an MS-13 gang member. Attorneys for Abrego Garcia said there is no evidence he was in MS-13.

In her order Sunday, Xinis referenced earlier comments from now-suspended Justice Department attorney Erez Reuveni in which Reuveni said: “We concede he should not have been removed to El Salvador” and that he responded “I don’t know” when asked why Abrego Garcia was being held.

The Justice Department placed Reuveni on leave after he made the comments.

Attorney General Pam Bondi, in an interview on “Fox News Sunday,” likened Reuveni’s comments to “a defense attorney walking in, conceding something in a criminal matter.”

“That would never happen in this country,” she said. “So he’s on administrative leave now and we’ll see what happens.”

Stacey Young, a former Justice Department lawyer and founder of Justice Connection, a network of department alumni that works to support employees, released a statement that defended Reuveni and said he has “zealously represented the United States in some of the most high-stakes and controversial immigration cases under the Obama, Trump, and Biden administrations.”

“Justice Department attorneys are being put in an impossible position: Obey the president, or uphold their ethical duty to the court and the Constitution,” Young said.

“We should all be grateful to DOJ lawyers who choose principle over politics and the rule of law over partisan loyalty.”

China Believes Their Tariffs Just Delivered a "Mike Tyson" Knockout Punch to the U.S. Economy

If China pulls off the tariff-consumption retaliatory combo, it could be a fatal blow to US relevance in the global economy

Mike Tyson’s most dangerous combo was a right hook to his opponent’s left kidney followed by a snap uppercut to the chin. Correctly executed, the right hook to the body momentarily stuns the opponent causing him to double over, exposing the chin to the uppercut follow-up.

China just went big, implementing a 34% across-the-board tariff on imports from the US, export restrictions on a range of rare earth minerals and sanctions on 11 American companies. Mike Tyson has just delivered a right hook to the body.

China also went first. A parade of economies, Vietnam most publicly, has been making calls to the White House to negotiate away crippling tariffs. The pusillanimous strategy would have been to wait and see.

If China’s strategy were to salvage as much trade as possible, a wait-and-see strategy would be appropriate. The whole world would be jockeying for advantage as everyone takes cues from everyone else and winds up with similarly lousy deals, namely large reductions in tariffs and/or commitments to purchase sizeable quantities of American goods.

By going out big with a retaliatory tariff, China signaled that it is not trying to meet President Donald Trump halfway.

Mike Tyson wants to brawl and is going for a knockout.

China Calls Out Trump on TikTok "Deal" - The China Position on TikTok is Far Different from what the U.S. Media is Reporting

From China Daily:

Former US president Joe Biden signed a law last year that required TikTok's China-based parent company ByteDance to divest the app in the United States or be banned, ostensibly over "national security" concerns. The law was set to go into effect in January, but his successor said he would delay its enforcement in hopes of reaching a deal to keep the app "alive".

This delay was due to end on Saturday if ByteDance hadn't divested the platform's US operations to a US company. But in the latest chapter of the long-running saga, the US leader claims to be doing China a favor by "working very hard on a deal to save TikTok", which is used by about 170 million Americans, half the country's total population.

The deal would reportedly see a new company owned by a majority of US investors operate TikTok in the US, with ByteDance, the Chinese developer and owner of the popular short video app, maintaining a minority position of around 19 percent.

According to the US president, the proposed deal "has made tremendous progress" but it requires more work to ensure all necessary approvals are signed, "which is why I am signing an Executive Order to keep TikTok up and running for an additional 75 days".

Perhaps the US leader is trying to cast himself as the Easter Bunny delivering treats.

In reality, he is engaging in highway robbery. His stand-and-deliver proposal to ByteDance is basically nothing more than the popular stick-up demand of "your money or your life". Or in this case, "your algorithms or the app's life".

Following China's retaliatory tariffs on US exports in response to his administration's "bonanza for the rich" so-called reciprocal tariffs on all the US' trading partners, the US president initially showboated feigned fury, accusing Beijing of "panicking". Then, in a typical twist, he extended an olive branch by suggesting a potential trade-off: easing tariffs in exchange for concessions on TikTok's US operations.

Despite claiming that "We do not want TikTok to go dark. We look forward to working with TikTok and China to close the Deal", the deal he envisions is being persuasively enforced via the barrel of his tariff gun.

As if investors didn’t have enough to worry about, they can now add an open breach between President Donald Trump and the chair of the Federal Reserve during an economic crisis and a financial meltdown.

Fed Chair Jerome Powell shocked observers Friday by slamming Donald Trump’s new tariff policies in prepared remarks, and later added insult to injury by dismissing the president’s rationale for imposing them.

Meanwhile, Trump — watching the Dow Jones Industrial Average collapse in the wake of his “liberation day” tariff announcements — came out and called on Powell to make an emergency cut to short-term interest rates to rescue the situation.

The president’s call could mean he is conceivably setting up Powell as the fall guy if the market collapse gets any worse. The Federal Reserve is legally independent, so the president’s attempt to intervene on short-term interest rates is questionable at best.

All of which adds to the growing concern that so-called American exceptionalism, not long ago the envy of the world, may now be working in reverse.

If America starts to act like a banana republic without bananas, should the U.S. stock market trade at its traditional valuation premium to the rest of the world — or at a discount more suitable to an emerging market?

Fitchburg Family Flees To Texas Amid Alleged Persecution By Police And DCF For Not Vaccinating Infant

A family with five children from Fitchburg, Massachusetts, fled to Texas after what they claim was unwarranted harassment and intimidation by local police and the Department of Children and Families (DCF). The extreme response was reportedly sparked by the parents’ informed decision to decline to vaccinate their healthy nine-month-old baby.

The parents, who homeschool their children, stated to their pediatrician that they were opposed to their new baby receiving the shots based on their sincerely held religious beliefs. Despite citing religious exemptions which are law in Massachusetts, the father, Isael Rivera is being held in Worcester County Jail on a $200,000 bond or 20K cash bail, while the couple’s five children have reportedly been taken into custody by Child Protective Services (CPS). It is unclear whether the children are in foster care in Texas, or back in Massachusetts DCF custody.

The ordeal began when the family’s pediatrician, a mandatory reporter, threatened to report them to DCF after the parents declined vaccinations for their infant during a wellness check.

What followed was a dramatic escalation. Fitchburg police, at the direction of Leominster DCF allegedly surrounded their apartment, banging on doors and circling the property for up to 30 minutes. “Ruth Encarnacion hid in the closet with her five children,” said the good samaritan who assisted the family over their 3 week exile. According to her account of what the family told her, with police and DCF returning in greater numbers the next day, Rivera was also forced to hide, while his wife and children fled from Fitchburg.

The US attacks, which began on Saturday and continued into the early hours of Sunday, on the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, as well as areas in Saada and al-Bayda killed 32 people and wounded 101, according to the ministry of health.

Earlier, spokesperson for the ministry of health Anis al-Asbahi said that most of the casualties were “children and women”.

The Houthis, who control much of Yemen, have yet to attack any ships despite threatening to do so last week over Israel’s blockade on all food, fuel and other supplies into the Gaza Strip.

Nabeel Khoury, a former US diplomat, told Al Jazeera that Trump’s decision to launch attacks against the Houthis is misguided and would not subdue the group.

“For our president, who came in wanting to avoid war and wanting to be a man of peace, he’s going about it the wrong way.” Khoury said.

RFK JR. just said he HAND-PICKED Susan Monarez for Trump’s CDC.

Monarez was a mask mandate advocate for children in schools and continued to support COVID vaccines as recently in October 2024.

Both RFK Jr. and Trump are frauds and hucksters, they have betrayed the American people. They will continue pushing jabs and pandemic lockdowns. Just like Gates promised, the next one will be the big one and more deadly. They’ve got all the right people lined up to keep the fraud going.

Here is an article from 2012 about an Italian court ruling on the MMR vaccine, which someone must have found, as it is receiving fresh page views today.

Both YouTube videos that were in this article are now banned, but I did find one of them, an interview between British Medical Doctor Andrew Wakefield, and American Doctor of Osteopathy, Joe Mercola.

Microsoft’s passkeys shift steers over 1B users towards biometrics

Microsoft is leaning into passwordless. Over the past few years the software firm has been including the ability to completely remove the password from your account, and supporting passkey sign-in instead of using a password. Microsoft says its new UX is “optimized” for a passwordless and passkey-first experience.

What this means is that users will be relying more on biometrics to sign in to their Microsoft accounts – whether this is face biometrics or fingerprints

They will still allow one to use a PIN, for now. But this is the direction Big Tech is going.

And they use FEAR to sell this. It is generally a fear over AI taking over, which "necessitates" these changes.

How many of you bought into the hype Bill Gates announced this week, by basically saying that AI will replace humans and jobs?

It's all FAKE! They want to you to FEAR the technology, so that they can come in with their tech solutions, which will result in what they really want, which is ALL of your personal data, and knowing EVERYTHING you do, and EVERYWHERE you go.

RESIST! Break your addiction to technology, and learn how wonderful life can be when you don't carry a cell phone with you everywhere you go.

Drive older vehicles that are NOT linked into the Internet, so you can move about freely without being constantly tracked. Learn how to use maps, like we used to do in the "old days", so that you do not need GPS to get around, which also logs and stores your driving history.

I am a former Microsoft Trainer and former Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and used to earn my living by working for Microsoft back in the late 1990s leading up to Y2K.

I grew up with this technology, and I am the same age (or older than some, like Musk and Zuckerberg) as most of the technologists now trying to turn society in this direction.

I have lived most of my adult life WITHOUT a cell phone, before cell phones became so popular. My generation didn't have any of these things as children. When I was a an undergraduate and then graduate student in the 1980s, we had to literally type all our term papers, thesis, and homework, etc. - by HAND. No PCs, no printer, etc.

We don't need all of this technology, and it is soon going to come crashing down as it is unsustainable.

The Myth of “Fossil Fuels” and the Myth of "Peak Oil"

With war expanding in the Middle East, the price of oil is finally starting to increase again.

I am also seeing articles today promoting the false "Peak Oil" myth, that the world will soon run out of oil, something they have been saying since the 1980s.

Here is an article I published 2 years ago exposing this myth. This myth starts with the false believe in biological evolution and fossils that are supposedly "millions of years old" and that therefore it takes extraordinary amounts of time to create petroleum.

The truth is the Earth is constantly producing oil, and its price should be about on par with the price of water.

A Non-Hopium Edition of today's news in what was a truly historic day.

The only place I am seeing near panic over today’s news is in the financial news that Wall Street investors subscribe to. Almost everyone now is predicting a recession, with others throwing journalistic caution to the wind and explaining that we could be seeing something on par to what happened in 1929.

I doubt that most Americans truly understand what we are now living through.

And the Trump supporters are still positive. I saw articles today in the Conservative Christian Media saying things like “TRUMP IS BRINGING DOWN THE DEEP STATE BANKERS!”, and other such positive spins on Trump’s actions.

They don’t mind if they lose their jobs and cannot put food on their table anymore, as long as they “trust the plan”.

They can't see that Trump IS THE DEEP STATE, and they are following him like sheep being led to the slaughter.

Microsoft warns 1 Billion Windows users to STOP using passwords and to use a "passkey" instead.

A passkey replaces password and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes with account authentication linked to your hardware devices or devices and secured by the same security that unlocks that device, most likely your fingerprint or your face.

“This is an exciting and seminal milestone as Microsoft is taking passwords out of play for over a billion user accounts, who can now instead leverage user-friendly, phishing-resistant passkeys.”

Do not believe them when they say "a passkey cannot leak or be stolen as it requires that physical hardware device. And unlike 2FA, it cannot be intercepted or bypassed."

ANYTHING connected to the Internet can be hacked.

Also, what Microsoft is not telling you is that they will have more knowledge about when and where you use that passkey, and is therefore much LESS private. It is but one more thing that can be used to track you in all online activities.
