We may rejoice that God's wrath is not laid upon
us, but we may realize that everything is laid upon Jesus Christ. By accepting His death on the cross and accepting His resurrection, you also accept that your punishment for your sins was borne by Jesus Christ. And how wonderful it is to know that! If you believe in Jesus Christ, you will not go through tribulation, but you will be raptured beforehand. We can look forward with joy to the moment we meet Jesus Christ in the air. What a meeting that will be! Believing becomes seeing from now on!
"And to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, Jesus, who delivers us from the wrath to come" (1 Thessalonians 1:10). That is, punishment and vengeance, which He will exact upon all disbelievers. (See Matt. 3:7. Rom. 1:18; 5:9).

The Rapture Turn our hearts to the true reason... the sacrificial gift brought to all who believe in salvation, redemption and eternal life. Let's think about what Jesus did for us on the cross and let our hearts rejoice because He is risen! Through Adam's sin we have all become sinners; but through Jesus' sacrifice we are all made righteous. Jesus has redeemed us, He has paid the price so that the devil would have no more claims against those who repent and trust in Christ and His finished work.

The choice is between eternal death and eternal life, just as in paradise the choice was between the tree of death (knowledge of good and evil, independence from God) and the tree of life (dependence on God). God loves His creation and He wants all to come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved (1 Timothy 2:4). Anything that goes against that will is sin and the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). His love is clear, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).
