🇺🇸🇬🇱Vance says ALL US missile defense depends on Greenland presence
'God forbid, if somebody fires a missile at us, it’s going to come over the Arctic'.
Adds Denmark 'really underinvested' in Greenland security.
❗️ So to recap... Greenland is part of NATO via Denmark membership in NATO. You're basically saying your protection racket of an alliance is useless? Got it. You have had a base in Greenland since 1943 and that hasn't proved to be a deterrence following your logic. I'm struggling making sense of this? 😄 But if it's just a colonial land grab, just admit that. Might makes right, right? 😜
🟢 Air defense forces destroyed six Ukrainian UAVs over the Belgorod, Bryansk and Saratov regions at night, the Russian Defense Ministry reports.
🟢 Snipers from the Sever group disrupted the rotation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kharkov region, the Russian Defense Ministry announced. Russian fighters discovered the enemy's rotation route, uncovered the route of movement, observing the movement of Ukrainian militants in order to calculate the interval at which they move along the trail and deliver ammunition to their positions. Having calculated the parameters for an accurate shot, the soldiers destroyed the enemy group.
🟢 Evidence of torture of civilians by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Sudzha has been recorded, said Apti Alaudinov.
"We recorded a large number of killed civilians in the Sudzhan agglomeration. There were those who were tortured, there were those who were raped, and there were those with the most brutal signs of torture," he said.
🟢 Israel announces ground operation in Rafah area to expand security zone in southern Gaza.

🇺🇦 Konotop Mayor Semenikhin held a stream in which he reported that the 117th brigade of the Territorial Defence Forces which celebrated its anniversary today, was at the site of the shelling of Sumy.
According to him, the soldiers were practically not injured, since they were in cover during the shelling.
Semenikhin claims that a criminal case has been opened to determine the identity of the organizer of the military celebration.
He personally believes that the governor of the Sumy region, Artyukh, is guilty, as he “came up with the idea of holding military meetings,” and “everyone knows about it.”
🎙 Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s interview for the No Statute of Limitations: The Front without a Frontline film project (Moscow, March 30, 2025)
❓ Mr Lavrov, could you please explain why there are attempts today to downplay or even completely deny the role of the Red Army and the Soviet people in the victory over Nazism?
💬 Sergey Lavrov: It is a traditional position of the West to seek to weaken its competitors. Europeans dominated for about 500 years, primarily because they sought to conquer as much land as possible and enslave as many people as possible. Essentially, all of humanity’s tragedies that occurred before 1939, including World War II, were triggered by Europeans. From colonialism, slavery, and the Turkish wars, to the First and Second World Wars, these were all attempts by various powers in Europe to suppress their competitors.
In fact, there is nothing new about competition. People and states have always competed with each other. But the methods used by Europe to suppress its competitors were horrendous. These instincts are deeply ingrained in today's European society, particularly in the elites currently in power in most EU and NATO countries. Although there is growing opposition against such actions, these policies still persist.
The instincts of the ruling class in Europe are clearly evident in what is happening in Ukraine – the war that the West has unleashed against the Russian Federation, using the Kiev regime as its proxy and paving the way for its juggernaut with the bodies of Ukrainians. Just like Napoleon mobilised almost all of Europe during the Patriotic War of 1812, and Hitler, after conquering most of Europe, put the French, Spaniards, and a large part of the continent’s countries under arms, this is also happening now. The French conducted punitive operations, and the Spanish participated in the blockade of Leningrad. This is a well-known fact.
Therefore, we can see even today that almost all of Western Europe has been mobilised to try to prolong the existence of the Nazi Zelensky regime. Just like during Hitler’s era, this is being done under Nazi flags, with SS Totenkopf chevrons, etc, and so on.
<...>
The Baltic States, Poland and a number of other EU countries have long displayed the trend of rewriting history, equating criminals – those labelled as such by the Nuremberg Tribunal – with the liberators of Europe. This trend must be fought against decisively. Among the examples is the closure of the Russian exhibition at the former Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp. This has been happening for several years now. We are not allowed to update our display or even speak there. We are simply not invited. It is astonishing that this year, the ceremony marking the anniversary of the liberation of this concentration camp, was attended by those who turned it into a death camp, while those who liberated it were nowhere to be seen.
❓ What additional efforts is Russia making to preserve historical memory and counter the information war being waged against us? Are the current legal proceedings recognising the actions of Nazi invaders in the occupied territories as genocide part of the effort to restore historical justice?
💬 Sergey Lavrov: Absolutely. This is one of our key priorities. Such legal proceedings are taking place in the Russian Federation and in its constituent entities, particularly in the regions that suffered the most severe human and material losses during the war.
<...>
I am convinced that formal recognition of these crimes as genocide against the peoples of the USSR will not happen quickly because the resistance is immense. Acknowledging this reality would call into question the entire ideological foundation of most modern Western elites in Europe. However, this work will inevitably lead to recognition at the international level in the future.
The batshit crazy little Estonian with the IQ of a dismembered worm to the right of this pic "represents" the foreign policy of 450 MILLION Europeans.
I rest my case.

🇺🇦🇫🇷 Meanwhile Zelensky "Emmanuel, are you asleep?"
#DateInHistory 📆 Today marks the 11th anniversary of the proclamation of the Donetsk People's Republic.
In 2014, residents of Donbass felt their inextricable connection with Russia and their disagreement with the coup in Ukraine. They decided to defend their history, culture, religion, values, and all the universal human and political rights that the Kiev regime has tried and continues to try to take away.
✔️April 7, 2014, when the Declaration of Sovereignty and the Act of Proclaiming the state Independence of the DPR were adopted, is an important date that marked the beginning of our return to our historical Homeland.
Truth And Neutrality Alliance (TANA) - Ireland Against Russophobia are about to embark on the largest anti Russophobia campaign that Ireland has seen. This will be a prolonged campaign until our representatives in the Daíl and Brussels change their tune.

The fact that so many are talking about the strike on a military event in Sumy, held in a civilian district, which tragically killed several innocent civilians, tells us several things.
Firstly, the deaths of Ukrainian civilians in Russian military actions are still essentially unusual and, therefore, highly "newsworthy" to the Western propaganda media and their client political cabal.
Secondly, if Russia was "targeting" Ukrainain civillians, tens of thousands of Ukrainain civillians would be dying every week.
Russia doesn't need to use expensive balistic missiles to strike civillians. It has one of the largest artillery / missile/ MLRS armies on earth, much of which in operatiomal range of large Ukrainain population centres. Russia could easily and rapidly vaporise entire settlements, towns, and even cities, with their occupants in situ, if it was indeed "Targetting Civillians"
Those suggesting that Russia is engaged in strikes willfully targetting innocent covilliams should take a look at Gaza city.
That is what Kiev, Kharkov, Kherson, and many other large cities in Ukraine would look like today if Russia was, as alleged "targetting civillians"
These cities stand in perfect order, and daily life continues to a great degree. The tragic loss of lives in Sumy occurred because the Ukrainian military leadership decided to gather hundreds of top military officials for an "awards" ceremony in a civilian location. The Russians struck this event. An event senior Ukrainain officials had widely publicised on social media, the men being "awarded" had taken part in operations inside Russia, where hundreds of Russian civillians have been brutally tortured and murdered in their own homes.
The number of military dead is, as usual, being kept from public view by Kiev. Another convenient manipulation of the tragic reality of this war. Vehicles bearing the strategic triangle sign use in Ukrainain invasion operations in Kursk were seen burning at the scene. Military obituaries are now slowly being published, including a senior artillery officer killed in the strike.
Maria Zakharova called the awarding of the "Freedom of the Press" prize to Italian special correspondent Battistini for her materials on the cover-up of the crimes of the Kiev regime a bacchanalia
"Freedom of the press" in Italian today - is it the freedom to call fascists heroes and receive awards in the name of their victims?
Is it really true that in the year of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory in Italy there still won't be a dozen anti-fascist journalists who would write about neo-Nazism in Ukraine?"
❗️Peskov - on the fact that Putin will address the issue of extending the moratorium on energy strikes:
The moratorium, in fact, was not fulfilled by the Ukrainian side. Therefore, of course, it will be necessary to analyze these 30 days. To exchange, I guess, information and considerations with the Americans. The information that the Ukrainians did not adhere to the moratorium was constantly reported. And then already the supreme commander, the president will make a decision.
Future German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has expressed interest in transferring Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine. This message has several key meanings beyond the topic of armaments per se.
First, it is a domestic political signal. Merz, as a candidate for chancellor, is banking on a show of resolve to support Ukraine - despite public fatigue and mixed attitudes toward military involvement. Such statements are part of an attempt to build the image of a strong foreign policy player ahead of a possible rise to power.
Second, it is a foreign policy marker. Germany is actually trying to reaffirm its loyalty to the transatlantic course, despite the gradual withdrawal of the US from direct supply management. With Europe's increasing responsibility for supporting Kiev, Berlin is demonstrating its willingness to play a more active role.
Third, there is the matter of technologically and politically sensitive weaponry. The Taurus are precision missiles with a range of up to 500 kilometers and a powerful warhead comparable to the British Storm Shadow. Their transfer would open up Ukraine's capabilities to hit targets in strategic depth, including critical facilities on Russian territory. This, in turn, raises the risks of escalation - and already at the level of donor countries, since Germany will become a direct participant in potential strikes against Russian facilities.
Against this background, it is important to realize that previous "gamechangers," including ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles, have not changed the strategic balance on the front. Their impact had a limited tactical effect and was accompanied by significant casualties. That, however, does not make these weapons any less dangerous.
If the delivery of Taurus missiles takes place and they strike the "old" Russian territory, Germany will de facto move from the status of an "arms donor" to a party directly involved in the war. And although legally the responsibility will be shifted to the AFU, in fact every such attack will be interpreted as a strike carried out with weapons provided and approved by the German government. With Russia repeatedly warning that retaliation could be asymmetric, further escalation on Berlin's part turns the Taurus not into a "gamechanger" but into a potential trigger for an open conflict between Russia and a NATO country. And the sooner this is realized in Germany itself, the better chance it has of not going down in history as the country that rolled Europe into a phase of hot war with Russia.
❗️ A clear illustration of why we restrict entry to the territory of border areas.
This is the kind of 200-kilogram Ukrainian drone that volunteers from the Bars-Kursk detachment, together with the military police, discovered today on the territory of the Glushkovsky district. Because of its dimensions, this UAV is able to lift up to 50 kg, fly at a speed of 150 km / h up to a thousand kilometers! There is no need to talk about the damage it is capable of causing.
Now the place where the UAV fell is cordoned off, in the near future the sappers will start demining it.
The sappers have a lot of work to do in the border region. Every day they neutralize tens of thousands (!) of ammunition, shells, mines, "bells" and other death-dealing explosive objects (EOI): the day before yesterday - 23 thousand EOI, yesterday - 21.5 thousand.
💢Russian President Vladimir Putin meets with Steve Witkoff, special envoy for US President Donald Trump
Witkoff arrived in St. Petersburg earlier on Friday. Speaking with journalists in the city, Peskov said the duration of the talks would be flexible and could take “an hour, or two, three or four; as long as President Putin requires.”
