Yesterday witnessed extremely heavy bombing of northern Rafah. As the IOF expands its incursions and attacks, it plans to turn the entire city of Rafah into a "buffer zone," according to zionist reports. Several airstrikes were reported in the south in the early hours of dawn. A few hours ago, a major massacre in Shuja'iyya left 38 martyrs and over 50 wounded. Here are the latest developments.

📝 The State of Ceasefire Negotiations as of April 7th, 2025:
For previous developments, please refer to the post from April 5th, 2025.
On April 5th, Egypt brought forward a new proposal to bridge the ceasefire deal that Hamas accepted and the counteroffer that "israel" proposed before resuming their intense bombardment of the Gaza Strip.
In the coming hours, a Hamas delegation will head to Egypt, according to Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, to discuss the proposal as well as reconciliation with Fatah (who run the Palestinian Authority).
What is the new proposal?
The terms of the proposal are largely intermediate between the two previous proposals: the release of 9 living captives, including the American soldier, three bodies of captives, and the release of 300 Palestinian prisoners (150 with life sentences), release of 2,220 Gazan detainees, and increasing the number of days of the truce to 70 days. This includes negotiations on the transition to Phase 2 negotiations (permanent ceasefire and withdrawal), opening of crossings, and information on all remaining captives. You may find the terms of the two proposals that were brought forward last week here.
"Israel" has refused to enter Phase 2 of negotiations, and in its counteroffer, stipulated that negotiations wouldn't begin until after the temporary ceasefire period, while Hamas insisted that the negotiations conclude during the period (previously offered as 40 or 50 days).
Currently, French President Macron is meeting with Egyptian and Jordanian leaders Sisi and Abdullah, while Trump and Netanyahu are meeting in Washington. Macron stated that the Palestinian Authority must lead Gaza and opposed the displacement of Gazans. Additionally, the UAE and zionist foreign ministers met yesterday.
What is the status of Hamas-Fatah reconciliation?
On Saturday, a delegation from Fatah (including Jibril Rajoub and ex-PM Mohammed Shtayyeh) made a surprise visit to Egypt, where Egypt affirmed its full support for the Palestinian Authority and rejected displacement plans. They discussed empowering the PA and fortifying Palestinian unity.
Rajoub revealed that Fatah presented a comprehensive plan for reconciliation with Hamas, the details of which were published by SkyNews yesterday (close reconciliation, adopting popular resistance, accept PLO, 1967 borders, unifying Gaza and West Bank governance). With Hamas' new meeting in Egypt, they are expected to discuss both the Egyptian ceasefire proposal and the Fatah proposal for reconciliation.
It is worth mentioning that Mahmoud Abbas pardoned former Fatah officials (i.e. US- and UAE-backed Dahlan) a few weeks ago. Dahlan maintains very close ties to the UAE and Egypt. This potentially signals a green light for control of the Gaza Strip. Most of the sectarian and anti-Hamas protests in Gaza at the end of March were led by Dahlan's people.
Relatedly, Major General Samir Faraj of Egypt revealed that Hamas handed Egypt the list of exactly 13 names of non-partisan individuals who will form the basis of the Community Support Committee that will manage the affairs of the Gaza Strip. This committee was agreed upon months ago during Fatah-Hamas meetings in Egypt, and it was agreed that its reference would be the government in Ramallah. This came after all other factions except Fatah previously agreed to the formation of a unity government that included all factions.
With a Hamas delegation heading to Egypt and critical international meetings underway, the negotiations continue actively on two fronts.

Today is the anniversary of the resistance operation of the martyr Raed Khazem from Jenin (on April 7, 2022).
Martyr Raed Khazem carried out shooting operation at Dizengoff Street in the center of "Tel Aviv", which resulted in the death of 3 zionist setters and the wounding of so many others.
The martyr shot 10 settlers at first, targeted the crowded IIka bar on Dizengoff street and killed 3. Then martyr Raed fled and shot 4 settlers at a shopping mall blocks away. The occupation forces was humiliated by about 9 hours of search.
The zionist entity was shaken to the core (chaotic photos on slide 3-5). “Tel aviv” was put on lockdown for a second time in under 2 weeks following a resistance operation. They feared it was carried by several shooters. Nearly 1,000 occupation soldiers participated in trying to locate martyr Raed. Settlers were in constant fear, cried like lost sheeps - except they are wolves all along and it was supposed to be the warning for them to leave the occupied land.
Zionist occupation was able to get footage of the martyr only many hours after the shooting operation. Just before sunrise the enemy was able to locate him in Masjid Al-Bahr in occupied Yaffa. He had finished Fajr prayers and was planning on carrying out another operation. The brave martyr came out of the mosque and the zionist murderous occupation officers already gathered outside like a bunch of cowards. Raed Khazem clashed with them until he was ascended to martyrdom on the early morning of April 8.
The son of the steadfast father Fathi Khazem, who leads the voice of resistance (photo 7), his brother Abdulrahman Khazem (photo 8), followed his step towards martyrdom and ascended on September 28, 2022. His brother's rifle had his photo on it, pictured on the 9th slide. His cousin Nidal Khazem (photo 10) is a hero as well, ascended to martyrdom on March 16, 2023.
Glory to the martyrs. 🇵🇸🌹🕊

🚨 The Government Media Office: "Rafah...The City Erased from the Map by the 'israeli' Occupation and Transformed into a Full-Fledged Humanitarian Catastrophe."
In a new statement, the Government Media Office highlighted that Rafah is languishing under the weight of a comprehensive catastrophe and intense destruction due to the zionist genocide. The IOF has turned Rafah into a "closed military zone," and it is completely isolated from the rest of the Gaza Strip. The Office noted that the IOF is committing horrific massacres in Rafah and caused systematic damage.
Despite the ceasefire, the killing machine of the IOF has not stopped. According to the Office, dozens of martyrs in recent days were civilians who tried to return to inspect the ruins of their homes.
Rafah is 60 square kilometers with 300,000 people. The Mayor of Rafah, Dr. Ahmed Al-Sufi, stated that public squares were "completely annihilated," calling it a disaster area.
The occupation has completely destroyed more than 90% of the homes in Rafah Governorate, which amounts to over 20,000 buildings containing more than 50,000 housing units, in addition to the destruction of 22 water wells out of 24. Over 85% of the sewage networks have been destroyed, which turns the city into a disease-ridden environment prone to the spread of diseases. 320 kilometers of roads were also destroyed.
In Rafah, 12 medical centers have completely gone out of service, most notably the Martyr Abu Yousef Al-Najjar Hospital, which the occupation blew up using an explosive robot, as well as the destruction of the Maternity Hospital and the Indonesian Hospital. 8 schools and educational institutions were completely destroyed. The IOF also destroyed over 100 mosques in Rafah alone. Agriculture took a large hit, as the IOF, bulldozed tens of thousands of dunams of agricultural land, completely eradicated trees and agricultural greenhouses. 30 out of 36 headquarters in the governorate were destroyed, including the main headquarters of the Rafah Municipality. On the border with Egypt, the IOF destroyed an area 12,000 x 500 - 900 meters, erasing 90% of residential neighborhoods, especially in the Al-Salam, Al-Brazil, Al-Jeneina, and Rafah camp neighborhoods. Meanwhile, the "Kerem Shalom" crossing has been closed for a month, and no fuel has entered.
The Government Media Office called on the international community to bear their responsibilities. They called for action to pressure the IOF to withdraw from Rafah, provide safe passage for relief, investigate war crimes, and immediately begin reconstruction efforts.
"The completely isolated Rafah Governorate was not only bombed, but it was systematically destroyed and erased, in a scene that reflects the occupation's premeditated intention to empty the land of its people and change its geographical and demographic features... The steadfastness of the people of Rafah Governorate and the rest of our people will remain a living testament that the will to life is stronger than the machine of death.'

🇾🇪 Ansarallah Commander Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr El-Din al-Houthi in his speech today, April 4th, 2025 (1/2):
—
For more than a month, the Israeli enemy has been committing the crime of starvation and preventing food and medicine from reaching the Palestinian people in Gaza.
The "israeli" enemy has resumed genocide, dropping American bombs on the Palestinian people in their tents and on the ruins of their destroyed homes. The "israeli" enemy does not abide by laws, agreements, values, or morals, committing the most heinous crimes with utter savagery.
Takfiri groups [in Syria] watch what the "israeli" enemy does in terms of killing, raids, and destruction without any serious or practical inclination to respond.
The American openly and explicitly adopts what the "israeli" enemy does... What is happening in Palestine is carried out with comprehensive American adoption and support for the "israeli" enemy."
The "israeli" enemy is actively seeking to establish an equation of impunity for this Ummah with American partnership.
What the "israeli" enemy does in the West Bank aims at displacement, and what happened in Jenin is a complete catastrophe.
The "israeli" enemy violates the agreement in Lebanon, and its violations and raids have not stopped, reaching Beirut in its violation of Lebanese land and blood. The "israeli" enemy continues its aerial bombardments in Damascus and other Syrian governorates and has divided southern Syria into three classifications.
What voluntary migration? While American bombs are dropped on the Palestinian people in their tents and on the ruins of their destroyed homes, and they are starving?! If dropping deadly, destructive American bombs on displaced people in their tent camps is not forced displacement, then what is forced displacement?
America is the funder, protector, partner, and adopter, even of the issue of displacement itself.
It is absolutely impermissible for everything the Palestinian people are subjected to to turn into a routine situation that people watch, contenting themselves with statements.
There must be a return to global activism and movement similar to or greater than what occurred during the 15 months of the Al-Aqsa Flood.

📝 The State of Ceasefire Negotiations as of April 5th, 2025:
Hamas, who is committed to the January 19th agreement, has been actively engaged with mediators as of last week. After Hamas accepted an Egyptian-Qatari proposal a week ago on March 29th 2025, "israel" responded with an unacceptable counterproposal that Hamas rejected. Less than 24 hours ago, Egypt proposed a new offer to bridge the differences between the original and the counterproposal.
After the agreement's collapse, IOF military operations significantly expanded, with new ground operations in at least 4 areas of the Gaza Strip (Shuja'iyya, Khirbet Al-Adas, Rafah, east of "Netzarim"), coinciding with intense bombing campaigns.
The Egyptian-Qatari proposal that Hamas accepted stipulated a 50-day ceasefire, the release of 5 living "israeli" captives (1 every 10 days), release of 250 Palestinian prisoners with life sentences, and release of 2,000 Gazan detainees. It also stipulated the withdrawal of the IOF from areas occupied since March 19th, opening of crossings, significant influx of aid, freedom of movement, and that negotiations for a permanent ceasefire would take place—and conclude—during the 50-day truce period.
Hamas awaited the zionist response, but "israel" came back with a new proposal (in coordination with the US) requiring the release of 11 living captives (including one zionist-American soldier "for free"), release of 16 captive bodies, and a 40-day ceasefire (the "Witkoff Proposal"). This would be in exchange for 120 Palestinian prisoners with life sentences, 160 bodies of martyrs, and 1,111 Gazan detainees. However, the deal also imposed the disarmament of Hamas and the non-withdrawal of the IOF from Gaza—completely unacceptable conditions—in addition to the exile of Hamas leadership from Gaza. Further, the counterproposal stipulated that negotiations for a permanent ceasefire would begin after the end of the ceasefire period (and would depend on the "disarmament of Hamas" and presence of IOF in Gaza), in contrast to Hamas' request that the negotiations conclude before the end of it.
Hamas did not respond to the offer, which imposed conditions it previously announced were unacceptable.
With the escalation of the bombing, Abu Obeida released a statement yesterday that half of the living zionist captives are in areas that the IOF has ordered to be evacuated. Al-Qassam stated that they will not transfer these captives from these areas, placing them at increased risk and putting the responsibility for their lives in Netanyahu's hands. Out of 59 captives still in Gaza, about 24 are believed to still be alive, from originally 251 captives.
In an unexpected development, Netanyahu announced that he will meet with Donald Trump on Monday, after Washington's invitation. Netanyahu announced that they will discuss tariffs, as well as the Iranian and Turkish threats to the zionist entity. The meeting is taking place amidst increasing pressure on Netanyahu, including "Qatargate" and growing internal protests.
French President Emmanuel Macron also announced that he will arrive in Cairo at the invitation of Egyptian President El-Sisi for a tripartite meeting with Jordanian King Abdullah about the Gaza Strip.
Phase 1 of the violated three-phase ceasefire agreement began at 8:30 AM on January 19th and ended on March 1st. Negotiations for Phase 2—which guaranteed a permanent ceasefire, complete IOF withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, and prisoner exchange—were supposed to take place during Phase 1, so that Phase 2 could be implemented after March 1. These talks collapsed due to "israeli" violations, intransigence, and non-adherence to previously agreed terms. The IOF also established the new "Morag" Corridor to split Rafah from Khan Younis and reasserted control of "Netzarim."
In the meantime, Hamas also submitted the list of names of the 10-15 members of the Community Support Committee for the administration of the Gaza Strip last week.
As of April 5th 2025, there are no signs of a breakthrough, but relentless bombing of the Gaza Strip continues.

The decision to continue Yemen’s operations is not even in Sanaa—it is in Palestine, specifically in Gaza. We will continue with the great honor of supporting Gaza, no matter the sacrifices. Whoever wants calm in the region must negotiate with Gaza, not with Yemen.
We do not need to negotiate with America, directly or indirectly. Our military operations will stop only when an agreement to end the "israeli" war on Gaza is implemented.

The child Khalil Izzeddine Al-Hayya (left photo) has ascended to martyrdom after he was succumbed to his wounds as a result of the zionist occupation's shelling of Al-Tuffah neighborhood yesterday, in which his younger brother Mohammed (right photo) was martyred. Coincided with the first anniversary of the resistance operation of martyr Raed Khazem in 2023, a Jordan Valley shooting operation targeted settlers took place with at least two settlers dead and the fighter withdrew safely at that time. In the evening of the same day, the 45-year-old martyr Yousef Abu Jaber of Kafr Qassem, occupied Palestine, carried out the run-over and shooting operation in "Tel Aviv" that killed one settler and wounded seven.
The bullets of the resistance fighters will never stop targeting the zionist devils until the eradication of zionist entity from this world.
Glory to those who resist.

🔴 Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine:

A Call Issued by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine
We call for the broadest participation tomorrow, Monday, in the Day of Rage and Civil Disobedience against Genocide and Zionist Crimes.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine urgently appeals to our people in the West Bank, Al-Quds, the occupied interior, the diaspora camps, and Palestinian and Arab communities abroad, as well as to our Arab brothers and the free people of the world, to join tomorrow, Monday, in the Global Day of Popular Anger and Comprehensive Civil Disobedience. This day should mark the beginning of a worldwide popular movement across all arenas to press for an end to the zionist genocide against our people in Gaza, which is escalating day by day in partnership with American support and international collusion.
The mass participation on this global day will send a resounding message: that the widespread collective popular action will not cease until the aggression is halted, the crossings are opened, and the siege on Gaza is lifted, in rejection of the systematic starvation policy that has affected children, women, and the elderly.
It is time for immediate action to show that the Palestinian people, our fellow members of the nation, and the free people of the world will not accept this reality, and that collusion and complacency cannot be tolerated.
We stress the need for Palestinian and Arab communities abroad to be at the forefront of this movement by organizing protest events in front of the zionist and American embassies, as well as the headquarters of the United Nations and the European Union. This is to deliver our message to the entire world: the Palestinian people will not be left alone in facing genocide.
We also call for demonstrations in the streets and public squares, and for universities and trade unions to be activated as platforms of solidarity with Gaza. We must pressure international powers and institutions to stop the massacres and deliver justice for our people. This comprehensive civil disobedience is a clear collective step to show the occupation and the Americans that we will not remain silent in the face of continued genocide, starvation, and siege, and that we will persist in our struggle until the genocide stops.
We send our greetings to the steadfast sons and daughters of our people in Gaza, and we affirm that our people, wherever they may be, are partners in this battle. We also extend our deep appreciation to all the groups and organizations that initiated and contributed to the preparation for this Global Day of Popular Rage. Their efforts represent an important starting point for a continuous popular surge that reflects the unity of the Palestinian people and their solidarity with Gaza, while exerting effective pressure on the occupation and the international community to achieve justice and halt the massacre.
We emphasize the necessity of raising and hanging Palestinian flags everywhere, alongside the names of the martyrs of genocide—children, women, and the elderly—so that they serve as a testimony to the crimes of the occupation, strengthen the voice of resistance, and make the entire world witness to the atrocities of the zionist occupation.

🇾🇪 Ansarallah Commander Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr El-Din al-Houthi in his speech today, April 4th, 2025 (2/2):
—
America is officially moving to suppress any activity expressing the humanitarian voice and the humanitarian stance in solidarity with the Palestinian people.
The actions of the majority of the Ummah, officially and popularly, are not at the level of the required stance; the general situation is one of failure, disregard, and spectatorship.
If the boycott of "israeli" and American goods were expanded, it would have a significant impact.
We returned with maritime operations and a navigation ban on the "israeli" enemy, and then also resumed bombing operations deep into occupied Palestine.
The American launched aggression against our country as part of its partnership with the "israeli" enemy in its aggression against the Palestinian people.
Despite the escalation of American aggression, it has failed, praise be to Allah, and it has no effect on military capabilities. The American aggression has not been able to stop the military operations supporting the Palestinian people, nor has it been able to provide protection for "israeli" navigation...
America does not frighten us, nor do we consider it dominant over the world...
Our air defense, by the grace of Allah, has managed to shoot down 17 MQ-9 aircraft; this is a large number and a unique situation...
We are in an advanced position at the maritime level; the aircraft carrier Truman is in a state of continuous flight, and the pursuit of it is ongoing.
The American reliance in its escalation these days is on stealth aircraft and bombers that come from other bases besides the Truman. The aircraft carrier Truman is under constant pursuit and is fleeing to the far north of the Red Sea. Targeting operations against naval vessels continue with high effectiveness.
Operations against the Israeli enemy continue, and the "israeli" enemy has completely stopped navigation through the Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea.
We advise and warn all Arab regimes and countries neighboring Yemen, at the African level and others: do not get involved with the American in supporting the "israeli." Any cooperation with the American in the aggression against our country, in any form, is support for the "israeli" enemy. [Note: Yesterday, the UAE was revealed to be assisting the US logistically in the bombing of Yemen.]
We do not wait for, nor expect, any supportive stance for us as Yemeni Arab Muslim people, for you have failed the Palestinian people. Whoever failed Palestine will fail other peoples of this region. We expect nothing from you based on Arab affiliation. We do not expect you to have any positive, supportive, or solidarity position because you abandoned Palestine.
American policy is aggressive, colonial, arrogant and provocative to all countries. All Europeans are crying out, and whoever follows their statements knows the extent of the impact of provocative American policies and its extortion. The American has no problem with all the negative impacts on its allies; rather, regarding the NATO alliance, it practices unprecedented extortion.
Look at how the Ummah of two billion Muslims faces ten million zionist Jews with its weakness, impotence, and feebleness. This dangerous state upon the Ummah has emboldened the enemies against it; it is an unnatural and unhealthy state that must be eliminated, and work must be done to emerge from it.

🟢 The Martyr Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades mourn their leader Hassan Ahmed Farhat, Abu Yasser, who ascended to martyrdom by an IOF assassination in Saida, Lebanon today.
Originally from Al-Bassa ("Shlomi"), he ascended in his apartment with his daughter Jenan and son, Al-Qassam fighter, Hamza Farhat.
The Brigades affirmed that "the cowardly policy of assassinations targeting its sons and fighters—whether in Palestine or abroad—will never deter them from continuing on the path of jihad, sacrifice, and preparation, on the purest road paved by the blood of the fighters, and from upholding the covenant of the martyrs and prisoners, until return and liberation."
