Here's what the ✡️civil rights✡️ groups would do in response to this. They would have a ⚪️ person apply, get denied, record the entire process, and then crowdfund a lawsuit on behalf of said person. That's what groups like Nova (T.me/NOVANow), the American Freedom Party (T.me/AmericanFreedomParty), and the Free Expression Foundation (https://freeexpressionfoundation.org/) should all be working towards. May not be in the cards right now, but that's how you really begin to put pressure on the system. If you're media and marketing savvy enough, you can use opportunities like that to promote your cause heavily even if you lose.
