Can you believe it? A Judge ruled against us on 530,000 Illegal Migrants (that Joe Biden flew over the Border in his program to transport Illegals into the Country by airplane) saying that they can't be looked at as a group, but that each case has to be tried individually.

New York Times reporter Michael Grynbaum said the press office has rejected emails on "three recent occasions" from reporters who display the gender-identifying label, and attributed quotes to press secretary Karoline Leavitt expressing it as policy.
"As a matter of policy, we do not respond to reporters with pronouns in their bios," Leavitt told a Times reporter with pronouns in their signature, who had inquired about a climate research observatory.
The reporter mentioned another instance where Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) senior adviser Katie Miller allegedly refused to answer a pronoun-displaying reporter about DOGE records.

It was not immediately clear why Air Force Gen. Timothy Haugh and his deputy were dismissed, the sources said.
Haugh was both the head of U.S. Cyber Command and the director of the National Security Agency, a role he had served in since February 2024. Deputy NSA Director Wendy Noble was the agency's senior civilian leader.
Both are career officials - Haugh with more than 30 years in the Air Force, primarily in intelligence and cyber jobs, along with a degree in Russian studies, while Nobles worked her way up at the NSA since 1987.

FOX Business has confirmed that Tim Arel, Chief Operating Officer of the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Air Traffic Organization (ATO), is resigning after four decades of federal service.
Arel has led the ATO, which oversees the nation’s air traffic control system, through a period of growing scrutiny and recent high-profile safety issues.

Russian warplanes have been detected off the coast of Alaska in a terrifying escalation, military officials said Tuesday.
Officials with the North American Aerospace Defense Command said Russian aircraft never entered American or Canadian airspace.
Authorities did not name the type of Russian aircraft, how many flew close to the coast nor what their purpose was.
The Russian planes remained in international airspace, but reportedly crossed into a region named the Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ), which is beyond sovereign US airspace.
Aircraft are expected to identify themselves in the ADIZ, and NORAD says it surveils the area to maintain national security.
It comes just two months after US fighter jets were scrambled to the ADIZ region twice in three days when Russian military aircraft, including bombers, were also detected.

The internal discussions are specifically focused on reducing US troop levels in Romania and Poland, long dubbed NATO's most important 'eastern flank' countries. If affected, the move would cut the Pentagon troop surge which began following the start of the Ukraine war by half, after some 20,000 soldiers were surged there to bolster Eastern Europe.
US troops have also been deployed to the Baltic states. Last month four US Army soldiers died during a training exercise. The members of the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division were found in an area outside Pabradė, Lithuania.

Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., sent a letter to Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg calling on tech billionaire to testify on Capitol Hill after Facebook whistleblower alleged the company had ties to the CCP.
"After yesterday’s shocking revelations, it’s time for Mark Zuckerberg to come to Capitol Hill, take an oath, and answer to America for how he has sold out our country’s security for China profits," Hawley wrote in a post on X that included images of his letter to Zuckerberg.
In his letter, Hawley lays out allegations made by Facebook whistleblower Sarah Wynn-Williams during a Judiciary Committee hearing Wednesday. Wynn-Williams was director of global public policy at Facebook for almost seven years.
She claimed the company deleted the account of a Chinese dissident living in the U.S. after pressure from Beijing and gave the CCP user data. She claims that Meta began briefing the CCP as early as 2015, and said they focused on AI and other forms of "critical emerging technologies."
