The Russian Emergencies Ministry’s airmobile hospital has provided assistance to over 300 people injured in the recent earthquake in Myanmar.

The crew consists of Roscosmos cosmonaut and TASS special correspondent on board the ISS Alexey Zubritsky, cosmonaut Sergey Ryzhikov and NASA astronaut Jonny Kim.

The spacecraft is expected to dock with the Prichal module of the Russian segment of the ISS at 12:04 p.m. Moscow time [9:04 a.m. GMT].

❗️Russia’s Soyuz-2.1a rocket carrying the Soyuz MS-27 manned spacecraft has blasted off from the Baikonur spaceport, a TASS correspondent reports.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and US Special Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff will be the main negotiators at the meeting scheduled to be held in Oman on Saturday, April 12, Iran’s NourNews agency reports.

The death toll in the Gaza Strip due to operations by the Israel Defense Forces has climbed by 59, Al Jazeera reported, citing Palestinian medical sources.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu believes that Iran may reject the idea of developing nuclear weapons following Libya’s suit which would become a diplomatic solution to the issue.

“We’re both united in the goal that Iran does not ever get nuclear weapons,” Netanyahu said following his meeting with US President Donald Trump in the White House. “If it can be done diplomatically in the full way, the way it was done in Libya, I think that would be a good thing but whatever happens we have to make sure that Iran does not have nuclear weapons,” the Israeli prime minister added.
Washington and Tehran will hold indirect talks in Oman on April 12, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said.


“It is as much an opportunity as it is a test. The ball is in America's court,” the top Iranian diplomat wrote on X.

The Russian military operation to penetrate behind the Ukrainian lines through a gas pipeline and defeat the enemy units in the Sudzha district of the Kursk Region has become one of the most effective for the entire period of the special military operation, a general told TASS.

“The result of the operation has already surpassed itself,” Akhmat Special Forces Commander Lieutenant General Apty Alaudinov said.


He also spoke in detail about the actions of the Russian servicemen during the operation. Thus, the troops went through the pipe behind the enemy lines for about 12-15 kilometers, depending on the exit point. Several units entered the pipe, each with a specific task to retake a Ukrainian-controlled settlement.

Yemen’s radical Ansar Allah (Houthi) movement said its members delivered another strike on US aircraft carrier USS Harry Truman in the Red Sea, the fourth in the past 72 hours, the representative of the Houthi armed forces, Yahya Saria, wrote on Telegram.

In his words, the attack involved "several cruise missiles and drones" and came in response to a recent US air strike on Houthi sites in Yemen.
