🚨🇺🇸SEN GRASSLEY’S NEW BILL: NO MORE ACTIVIST JUDGES BLOCKING TRUMP’S AGENDA
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) just dropped the Judicial Relief Clarification Act of 2025, a grenade aimed at “activist judges” slamming Trump’s MAGA plans with nationwide injunctions.
The JRCA says federal courts can’t issue blanket orders beyond the case in front of them—goodbye universal injunctions, hello tighter reins.
It forces class-action hoops for broad relief, makes temp restraining orders appealable fast, and tweaks the APA to keep judges in their lane.
Why now? Trump’s agenda—birthright citizenship cuts, DEI axing, deporting illegals—keeps hitting judicial walls.
Hearing’s Wednesday—this could redraw the judicial map.
