I notice one insight (from Natural Hygiene) that explains many things we humans cannot seem to figure out collectively:

"The local conditions for survival, when living full-time in Nature, assure that each species, every individual, stays on the 'straight and narrow,' maintaining its optimal health."

IOW, unmolested Nature creates and maintains thousands of different, optimally functioning ecosystems, all over the Earth. Millions of species live within those ecosystems. Each species has its own ideal ecosystem to live within. Each species is perfectly adapted to it, fully integrated into it, functioning and thriving as part of it. Everything it needs for optimal health is supplied by its natural ecosystem. And its instincts guide it perfectly toward maintaining optimal health.

Every animal living full time in Nature is inherently placed within, and must comply with, Nature's allowances and limitations. The design of each species includes appropriate instinctive programming so as to function beautifully within its niche.

The food it eats come directly from Nature - living, raw foods, and only the foods that taste good naturally. The water it drinks and air it breathes come directly from Nature. No growing crops. No cooking food. Only sunshine and moonshine for light. And so on... all the way down the line... satisfying every need of each species, as required, as provided for.

That is the Grand Design.
That. Is. The. Way. It. Is.
For. Every. Single. Living. Organism.
And it Works... Perfectly... for countless quintillions of living beings over billions of years of life on Earth.
Every single living organism - conceived, built, and thriving optimally... as long as it lives where it belongs, and follows its instincts properly. Nature does all the rest.
It all works together, perfectly.

Allow your mind and imagination to bathe in the Perfection Of It All.
Better yet, go out and bathe in it directly, with your whole mind, body, and spirit.
It is a Perfection that is 100% built into you, too.

With several million people doing this, many problems would instantly be solved.
Billions of $$ to design, manufacture, install, operate, and maintain these surveillance/death systems... Pennies to destroy them.
Of course, other problems would then appear, but those problems need attention anyway... the sooner the better.
THEN we can get on with talking about Freedom, Liberty, Sovereignty... with some Teeth behind it.
Create our Communities, create our educational systems, create our food production systems, create our free market exchange systems, create our money and barter systems, create our proper law and justice systems, etc.

is misleading, if not outright BS, skewing numbers... possibly to be more effective as clickbait.
Perhaps the author had a bad day, perhaps his editors changed things he didn't agree with, perhaps they all work together to maximize clicks for their news articles. I don't know.
In any case, I'm not happy with the BS, and I'm not happy with myself for posting it.
I'll leave the post active for a day or two, so if you read this you can link back to it to know what I am talking about.

Regardless of our spiritual attainment, our human experiences (and those of our students and clients) will be impacted longer term by what is happening now. As spiritual leaders and practitioners, what is our responsibility, if any? Are we called to be silent, or to take action? What do the alternative paths look like? Is there a role for us, individually or collectively?

We are noticing several attitudes among spiritual leaders and practitioners:

• I’m tuning out. The news disturbs my hard-earned inner peace. It threatens my connection to the divine. I have to protect my spiritual life and my mental health.
• I’m unattached. There’s nothing I can do about it, so I’m shifting into neutral. No judgment, no worries. I’m staying anchored in Spirit, witnessing it all.
• It’s all meant to be. It’s in God’s hands. I trust the universe to work things out. Whatever happens is part of the divine plan.
• It’s all illusion. Unreal. Maya. Nothing ever happened anyway.
• I’m working on the spiritual level, healing the world by meditating/ praying/ chanting. That’s more powerful than any action in the material world.
• I’m staying positive. Darkness comes before dawn. There has to be destruction to make way for the beautiful new age that’s coming.
• I’m unaffected but I have a responsibility to help my followers deal with fear and anger.
• I’m rolling up my sleeves. There are dangers afoot. We can’t afford to be indifferent. We can’t hide behind our spirituality. We all have to pitch in.

Let’s share with each other how we navigate (or can’t navigate) our political climate. How can we protect ourselves and our followers and best serve the greater good? How do we stand on our spiritual values and not get caught up in political ideology? How can we honor precepts and principles that are ethically sound?

- How do you see YOUR spirituality as it applies to the craziness of our human world?

Every human lifetime is ALL ABOUT spiritual progress... moving higher and higher toward spiritual maturity.

The man the stories call Jesus wasn’t safe. He wasn’t soft. He wasn’t conservative, traditional, or loyal to the systems of his time. He was dangerous. A threat to the political order, the religious elite, the moral framework of empire.

He wasn’t killed because he preached kindness—he was killed because he refused to comply. Because he undermined authority with every word, every gesture, every act of defiance. All his actions wisely cloaked in compassion.

He dined with outcasts, touched the untouchable, broke sabbath laws, humiliated the powerful, and told the rich to give it all away. He mocked the righteous, challenged the temple, and overturned the money-changers. He didn’t align himself with purity. He stood with the unwanted.

That’s not submission. That’s insurgency.

He chose death over silence.

But the Christ most people worship today isn’t that man. They worship a version built by the very institutions he threatened. Sanitized, flattened, declawed. The radical edge is gone—replaced with obedience, doctrine, and control. Empire took a rebel and turned him into a mascot.

Maybe you prefer the mascot, too?

The real Christ didn’t demand worship. He demanded action. He didn’t tell people to kneel—he told them to stand up, sell what they had, carry their cross, and follow him into social suicide.

The path he laid out was not one of comfort or consensus. It was a road to isolation, persecution, and confrontation with everything hollow and sacred.

You can call him divine. You can call him a myth. But either way, the message is the same: reject false power.

Reject the lie that goodness comes from conformity.

Stand where others kneel.

Claim who you are. Hide not behind anonymity.

Speak when silence is safe.

Live like your existence doesn’t belong to anyone but you. And watch what that does to the world around you.

You don’t have to believe in God to understand the story. You just have to be honest enough to admit that most people fear the kind of freedom Christ actually represented; that Christ Consciousness actually represents. Because it doesn’t ask for belief. It demands transformation.

Transformation burns everything you didn’t choose to carry.

Principles Matter

Whether it's questions about health or disease, viruses, toxicity, risks, morals, ethics…

It's the Principle of the matter that is most important.
Principles are important to you, yes?
Me too.
No principles = no solid platform for establishing personal values = poor discernment = poor choices = poor health = very easily manipulatable by others.

So, if you care about your health, and what you eat and drink, you'll want to comprehend and align with the global, eternal principle: Nature Knows What She Is Doing.

Nature, being a direct material manifestation and expression of The Creator, has constant direct access to divine omniscient, omnipotent intelligence – always. Nature is the perpetually unfolding brilliance of Source Consciousness. Oneness expressed as Multiplicity.

Through that Source Intelligence, every living creature on Earth is designed in such a way to have an optimal environment to live in, an optimal diet to consume, optimal lifestyle parameters to operate within. If a creature does so, it lives in optimal health, and plays out its destiny to its fullest extent. Simple. And beautiful.
No creature on Earth argues with this setup. Nature inputs an app called Instinct into every living being that provides sufficient intelligence and desire to properly accomplish optimal living.
Seems obvious... common sense. But virtually every human being totally ignores this.
Indeed, nearly every human flaunts their ignorance, silently declaring they know better than Nature.

When it comes to diet and lifestyle, you are either consuming and living what's appropriate and optimal for the human species, or not.
If you are not, there will be consequences. Maybe tiny, fleeting consequences. Maybe small, but more lasting consequences.
Or maybe large and permanent consequences, cumulative chronic consequences, very serious consequences.
Your choice.

We humans have advanced to the point where an amazing ability has emerged - the gift of free will.
You can choose to do anything you want to do. It's an awesome Gift, and it comes with strict accountability and great responsibility.
Natural Law governs free will as well as governing instinct. Natural Law doesn't care about your free will choices. Natural Law consequences for your choices and actions are already built in and automatic… consequences that are built into all of Life.
With free will, we are able to choose to ignore our instincts... and we do. Big Time.
Afterwards, we get to experience and see what happens - individually, and collectively.
Truth, or Consequences.

IMO, the whole point of having free will is to eventually come to learn that reawakening our instincts for optimal lifestyle, and then carefully, intelligently building upon them, while simultaneously properly stewarding and helping sustain and regenerate Nature's ecosystems, is the optimal use of our free will.
IOW, we each choose to align with Natural Law.
Instinct + Intelligence.
By doing so, we signal to Creator that we have finally grown into mature adults, and have mastered proper use of the gift of free will. Creator responds in kind by supplying more gifts (telepathy?), and opening more doors for we humans to co-create with our new gifts, master them, and evolve further.

So, look closely at your life. If you see problems, consider being instinctive AND intelligent about it - get your life realigned with Nature and Natural Law again, to the best of your ability. The consequences of aligning with Natural Law will be delightful.

As more and more of us do that, aligning with Natural Law, collectively we begin to become shining examples of a Better Way Forward for humanity.
The attractive power of choosing that way of life will turn millions of eyes in our direction.

IMO, the more quickly people 'get it' - what Zach is saying - is the Key to blasting open all the health and disease BS:

The Original Design is Perfect.

Study It; Understand It...
Work with it.
It Knows what to Do.
Intelligently Support It... then Get Out of the Way.

IOW - Nature Is THE Authority. No human 'authority' comes remotely close... or is necessary at all.

"Therapy - The treatment of disease by the application of some kind of force (whether mechanical, chemical, thermal, electrical or other) to the body to alter its structure or function. The key word in the definition of therapy is force. Therapy forces change upon the body. The force applied may be harsh or gentle; it may be pleasant or painful; it may be applied internally or externally; but without force there is no therapy. With therapy, there is always the possibility of producing adverse effects, and often this is a certainty. This is because the essence of therapy is often not merely force, but outright violence against the body's structure or function."

Therapies, treatments, systems, drugs, herbs, potions, pills, gadgets, gizmos: ALL based on a fundamentally wrong premise: That the body must be forced to act in a manner thought best by the 'professional'. (That includes all the 'alternative medicine' beliefs and techniques out there.)

The false premise, held by both practitioner and patient, is: The Original Design is Flawed... it randomly and periodically breaks down... doesn't know how to fix itself... and must be Assisted by the learned professional's ($) application of unnatural, foreign, toxic, and harmful (sometimes deadly) therapies.
It's a multi-trillion $ lie that has been cultivated, decorated, and accessorized for millennia.

The bottom line is for all of us to give up our proudly ignorant belief in our egoic and intellectual superiority over Nature. Our belief that we are meant to dominate over Nature. Our belief that we know better than Nature. all of that BS comes from ancient manipulative religious tradition.
Instead, do everything possible to work with Nature, in every respect. Health, joy, and happiness will explode across the land.

I've been teaching, applying, and hammering on this premise for 30+ years. In my world, it's called Natural Hygiene. Perhaps I have reached several thousands in my lifetime. Which is Pathetic. I need to do MUCH more to get this out there. Hammer harder, with more insight, more precision, more effectiveness. More skilled marketing, which I am loathe to engage in.
I'm nearing launch of a major effort (from my meager POV 😁) to do that... to amp up the dissemination and teaching of these principles in an online, professional manner. I'm creating an 'Institute' of sorts to accomplish this. We're creating a more formalized educational structure, using a professional LMS (learning management system) to present this information in a clear and enjoyable manner online.

That's exactly what I would love to see done with all the virus-busting work being brilliantly done by Mike Stone and Others. If our new educational platform works well, feedback is good, and $$ resources appear, I would consider it an honor to help present and distribute the virus-busting work in a structured, professional manner online. I'll see how things unfold over the next few months, up 'til launch of the new platform. Then we'll know what to do next.

You know, if you really think about this for a little while, it gets right to the heart of the matter.

No one has any right whatsoever to impose any demand or restriction on your life, ever, without your express consent.
As long as what you do does no harm to others, or limits their equal rights, then anyone who presumes to interfere or coerce you can and should be shut down totally, then and there, by whatever means necessary.

That's it. That's the beginning and end of it. The discussion is over. Done.

Most people in our world still believe the people in that collage image DO have some magical right to do what they do. This really shows how timid, cowardly, and mis/un-educated humanity has become. It's pathetic.

This should be clear. If it still is not clear, then you have residual pro-authoritarian programming still hiding in the dark corners of your mind.
