As the world turns a deaf ear to the genocide of Gaza, the people of Gaza have decided to protest for themselves, demanding the free world to rise against the zionist killing machine.
Spontaneous protests have been held today in various areas of the Gaza Strip demanding pressure to end the genocide war.
As in any country, varying opinions exist within Gaza, including opposition to Hamas, particularly from some Fatah supporters. The occupation has attempted to exploit these voices to create a misleading narrative that the people of Gaza have turned against the resistance—when in reality, recent prisoner exchange deals prove otherwise.
Notables of all governorates of the Gaza Strip called for protests tomorrow, affirmed their support for the resistance, and rejected attempts of political exploitation of the protests.
Several statements have been issued regarding the protests.
Statement issued by notables and Mukhtars of Beit Lahia, Northern Gaza Strip:
- Spontaneous marches erupted in Beit Lahia, demanding the free world increase pressure on the zionist enemy to stop the bloodshed and open the crossings for aid.
- We reject any attempt to politically exploit these marches or divert them from the national cause at this critical time.
- Beit Lahia has always been a stronghold of revolutionaries and resistance fighters and will not allow infiltrators to distort its national stance.
- Beit Lahia and its people stand firmly with the legitimate Palestinian resistance and reject all treacherous attempts to separate them from the Palestinian collective.
Statement issued by notables and mukhtars of the Central Governorate:
- Tomorrow, marches in the central governorate will demand increased international pressure on the zionist enemy to stop the bloodshed and open the crossings.
- We affirm the legitimacy of these demands and fully support them as rightful claims.
- The central governorate has always been a revolutionary stronghold and will not allow its demands to be exploited by infiltrators.
Statement issued by the notables and mukhtars of the southern governorates of the Gaza Strip:
- We stand in the face of an existential war targeting our people, alongside an inhumane siege imposed by 'israel'—our sworn enemy.
- We call on all regional and international forces to fulfill their duties and put an end to the zionist killing machine, which has slaughtered our children, elders, and women for 15 months.
- We urge Egypt to take a firm Arab stance to end the famine devastating our people and strengthen our resilience against the zionist displacement plan, which also threatens Egyptian national security.
- We call on our people in the West Bank and within occupied Palestine, as well as our Arab and Islamic brothers, to make this Friday a day of mass mobilization—besieging 'israeli' and U.S. embassies until food and water are allowed into Gaza.

🚨 Freed prisoner and Hamas founder, Sheikh Jabr Ammar, ascended to martyrdom after succumbing to his wounds due to the terrorist occupation's bombing of the Gaza Strip.
He spent 14 years in the occupation’s prisons and was released in the 1983 prisoner exchange deal (Jibril deal). He became part of the resistance's cadres against the occupation in Gaza after 1967 and is considered one of the founders of the Islamic movement within the occupation's prisons. Jabr returned to Gaza shortly before the battle of Al-Aqsa Flood after 30 years of exile in Sudan.
In Media 2 and 3, he is pictured with the martyr leader of Hamas, Yahya Sinwar, who came to greet Sheikh Jabr Ammar in a ceremony honoring his return to Gaza.
In Media 2, Yahya Sinwar recites a verse from the Quran: "Go back to them, for we will certainly mobilize an army against which they can never resist, and we will drive them out from there in disgrace, fully humbled" and Sheikh Jabr Ammar responds with: "God willing, I am one of the soldiers whom God has blessed with a thunderous voice."
And indeed, the thunderous voice of Sheikh Jabr will roar through the homeland, like a roaring flood. His school of resistance is an idea, and ideas never die.
