How come years back we could find work and often were head hunted if you were good but now there's no jobs? What happened to visionaries, talent, creativity and consumers, they're all still buying but not from the locals, and therefore, the little guy can't compete or be able to create a business if the customers have no interest.

Firstly, learn to push yourself to do anything that you're actually avoiding to do (out of convenience that is being handed to us, purposely to make people lazy and dependent on them). AND don't over charge your tribe, if you are decent you'll make good business connections or network.
