Here's a nice and easy Roman recipe, which was used for meals and offerings to the Gods, and pretty delicious too.
We have talked on this channel about part of revival is doing what are ancestors did. Also hearing what they did, because our legends were originally songs. Another part is tasting what our ancestors did. Part of revival and traditionalism is emulation, which is the highest form of veneration to family, ancestors and Gods alike.
So let's make these ancestral foods, it's not only an aspect of tradition and faith, but is far healthier than the processed junk of today.

Some things are timeless.
The first picture is a Birth Certificate from the Sumarian city of Nippur, housed at the university of pennsylvania. It has the name of the child, the parents, birthdate, and other information as well as the footprint on the back.
The second is a modern version taken at a hospital. According to a Google search, "Hospitals take baby footprints primarily for identification and record-keeping purposes. They also serve as a way to capture a special moment for parents and create a lasting keepsake."

Today marks the 2,777th year of the founding of the city of Rome!
Romulus, son of Mars, founded a city which became a nation and Empire which continues to inspire more than a thousand years after it's tragic fall.
But mourn not, for today there are those in Roma, Italia and abroad who pray and sacrifice to the Roman Gods today! The Roman revival is growing and will return its folk to greatness and glory once again! For Jupiter, Mars, Janus, Felicitas, Vulcan, Spes and all the Gods and Goddesses of Roma are true to their words!

The full moon reckoning of Sumermǽl is today - the start of summer. In times of yore, Easter month (April) & Three Milks month (May) marked the onset of summer for the Anglo-Saxons & Saxons; both those dwelling in Britain & Germany. It’s possible they honored Bældæġ (Baldr), which may be the where the Maypole originated with our forebears spear dancing to reenact the fatal game that led to his death. What’s certain is they held springtime festivals & celebrations, as they called the month of April Éastremonaþ (OE) or Óstarmánod (OHG), which likely meant “Eastern Month”, representing the “Dawn” of the year. Today, the May Pole includes rituals such as white-clad dancing maidens stringing colorful ribbons & some include the male-folk. As the Angles, Saxons, & Jutes became one folk over time, the German-Norse fusion led to many of their traditions entwining. Tonight’s Éastreblót is for peace, prosperity, fertility, & abundance; safeguarding against perils of war, strife, & hardship

Recently there has been a lot of debates online as to the question of faith in our folk.
In each of these debates the judeo-christian side is losing bad, just like two years ago with the platonism/syncretism debates within our own sphere.
What we can see is that a dawn of a new mythic era is upon us. The faiths of old, that flow in your veins, is coming out victorious over new-age and axial-age ideals. It is a beautiful thing to see all across the internet.
Some say these debates are divisive, sure. Divisive in the sense that it is separating the bullshit from the real. Just like weeding a garden, the dross centuries old is being cleared away, to give rise to our Revival!
This is a great time to be alive to watch our coming victory like a rose colored sunrise, and to confirm with our own eyes and ears that Pagan Revivalism is inevitable!
Gods are with us!

The Gallehus Horns
The Gallehus Horns were found in 1639 and 1734 in Denmark. Both horns consisted of two layers of gold sheet, the inner sheet of lesser quality, and the outer sheet of pure gold. The outer sheet was constructed from a number of seerings, each covered with 2nd cast figures soldered onto the rings, with yet more figures chased into the rings between the larger figures. The second horn is inscribed in protonorse using the Elder Futhark.
Historian and scientist Willy Hartner published a possible interpretation of the Cipher runes. He noted two dates that correspond to a lunar and solar eclipse that occurred in 412 and 413 c.e. These dates correspond to the germanic migration era, also known as the Völkerwanderung.
Hartner translated the second horn, which is also believed to be encoded with Cipher runes. He translated one part as:
""May I, the potion of this horn, bring help to the clan".
Another inscription reads:
"I Hlewagastiz (famous guest) Holtijaz (son of Holt) made the horn."
