I have always tried to be nice to everyone unless they overstep any boundaries. Some researchers don't like me or frown upon me as they label me all kinds of stuff without ever getting to know me. Well, I am a bit fed up with supporting some folks who come across as conceited, egotistical, judgemental, and self-centered.
Their farts don't stink, as in they cannot do any wrong. It is all ''me, me, me.'' No matter how good their research actually is, if they fail to recognize the value others bring to the table, they are not here for the right reasons (as in uniting those of us who are truly aware of what is going on and uncompromised). Unity is vital, in my opinion.
You can bash the bigger ''controlled and sellout'' accounts all you want, but if you are here only to tout your own horn, it only seems like you are pissed because they didn't offer you a deal. A real person for the people works with others, bigger or smaller, for a greater purpose despite the small differences.
I'm basically done supporting folks who behave like this.
