paragraph 6: In case a foreign citizen was denied a temporary residence permit or his/her earlier temporary residence permit was cancelled, he/she has the right to reapply for a temporary residence permit in the same manner not earlier than one year from the date of rejection of his/her previous application for a temporary residence permit or cancellation of his/her earlier temporary residence permit.
In the case of a residence permit there is no such rule.

We would like to share with you a case of our client from #USA 🇺🇸
That case was about getting a tourist visa.
A few words about the case👇
🔸 Filing documents and obtaining visa took place not in our client's home country, but in Kazakhstan.
🔸 As you know since last year to obtain a Russian visa in a third country is required to have a document that allows uninterrupted residence in this country for at least 180 days. In that case the client had a residence permit of Kazakhstan.
🔸 The documents were submitted to the Russian consulate in Astana on the 4th of March. Exactly 2 weeks later on the 18th of March our client has already picked up her passport with a visa.
🔸 The tourist visa was obtained on the basis of a tourist invitation, which was prepared by our specialists together with our partners.
In addition to the preparation of the tourist invitation, we give full advising about registration and visit to the consulate, about passing the border control, we help to fill in the visa application form and on the day of the visit to the consulate our specialist is in touch with the client in case of unforeseen situations.
🔸 The validity of the visa is 3 years. With an uninterrupted stay of maximum 180 days.

A few words why we hold these lectures?
🔸 In Russia people love the history of their country and are proud of the feats of their ancestors. And there were a lot of such feats - I think it would be enough for dozens of countries.
🔸 Russians have great respect for foreigners who study the Russian language and, most importantly, the history of Russia.
🔸 People who know the Russian language (not necessarily perfectly) and know the history of Russia in Russia will always be loved, respected and helped.
🔸 I think it's no secret that our company helps foreigners move to Russia.
🔸 And we really want foreigners to be at home in Russia (both materially and spiritually).
🔸 We hope that our attempts to help you will really help you.
Until 9 May (Victory Day) all our lectures will be related to the Great Patriotic War of 1941 - 1945 🫡
Future lecture topic: The Battle of Stalingrad. People. Chronicle
During the lecture you will learn 👇
1. About the largest battle of WWII, during which over 91 thousand German soldiers were taken prisoner.
2. Why Hitler was so eager to capture Stalingrad.
3. About the role of women in this battle.
4. Who Vasily Zaitsev was and what feat he accomplished.
5. About Stalin's order, which is known to the people under the name, ‘Not a step back’.
The lecture will be given by our teacher Ekaterina from St. Petersburg.
Ekaterina is a historian by education and teaches this subject!
Access to the lecture is free of charge.

Сегодня хотим поделиться историей успешного переезда семьи из США и Канады.
Благодаря нашим надёжным партнёрам – юристам компании Braiden Consulting, семья Мэтта и Сары с маленьким ребёнком смогла переехать в Россию и оформить разрешение на временное проживание (РВП).
