"Can we be real?

Some connections were not built to cross the threshold with you. They were soul assignments, not forever homes.

And now, the veil is thinning, the sorting has begun, and Spirit is not playing small.

If it’s not aligned, it’s falling away. If it’s not real, it’s being revealed.

We are in a time of sacred sorting. Not because some are better than others, but because frequency doesn’t lie.

When you commit to healing, truth, and spiritual accountability, you begin to vibrate at a rhythm that no longer matches the energies of avoidance, denial, or fear.

And guess what?! 🥰

That is okay.

We’re not here to save or fix, we are here to embody. 🪞

Some relationships will dissolve. Not because of blame, but because they were built in a version of you that no longer exists.

Stay in your integrity. Speak the truth when called, even if your voice shakes. Let it be fierce, but let it be kind. Some are choosing sleep. Others are choosing awakening.

ALL of it is holy. All of it is love.

But don’t dim your light to make someone else comfortable in the dark. Stand in it. Be the lighthouse.

Trust who finds you. 🌹

So breathe deep, beloved.

Bow to the endings. Bless the beginnings. And remember, your presence is the prayer, your frequency is the path, and your truth is the offering. Keep rising. Keep glowing. Keep going.

"In 1992, photographer Scott Gardner stumbled upon one of nature’s strangest anomalies a toad with eyes inside its mouth. Discovered in a backyard in Burlington County, Ontario, this rare macromutation placed the toad’s eyes just below the roof of its mouth, forcing it to live with its mouth constantly open. Despite the bizarre condition, the toad led a surprisingly normal life. Nature never ceases to amaze!
