Trump signs executive order on Bitcoin strategic reserve.
It will include approximately 200,000 coins confiscated by the US government in civil or criminal courts.
The bitcoins from the “digital Fort Knox” will not be sold, but will be used as a store of value, said White House “crypto czar” David Sachs.
The management of the relevant departments will develop strategies for replenishing the reserve without additional burden on the treasury, Sachs added.
