Students as young as 14 rocking 7,5s, 17-year-old getting 8,5. In my roughly 2-year teaching span I have developed more high and average achieving students than most so-called English teachers do in their entire teaching career. more than half of those students I developed from scratch(A1-A2 levels). These are the ones on display, there are hundreds more who got into their coveted universities or got the score they needed. With all due respect do your homework before spitting out hate!!

Advantage/ Disadvantage outweigh essay:
At present, the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?
Today, younger generation constitutes a larger proportion of citizens in certain countries when compared with elders. Although there are some obvious drawbacks of this phenomenon, I am inclined to believe that merits are more significant.
It cannot be denied that this development is disadvantageous in some respects. The foremost drawback of it can be the issue with inexperience of young employees at workplaces. This is because older individuals usually serve as mentors to younger ones and gradually prepare them to the challenges of work processes overtime. However, once youngsters start drastically outnumbering seniors in number, this might mean that there will not be adequate quantity of experienced workforce to both mentor the youth and perform work as efficient as possible. Moreover, the problems with increased unemployment may arise, potentially leading to some unfavourable outcomes. In other words, as the number of young adults increases, so does the demand for jobs; the government and the economy might not be able to meet these demands, causing high-school and university graduates to seek for alternative ways to make money, one of which is unfortunately crime. For example, Russia in 1990s saw a big crime wave following a 2 year spike in the unemployment among young individuals.
Nevertheless, I believe that merits are far more substantial. First reason being the set of new ideas that these people bring to the table. It is no secret that youngsters are more innovative and open to new changes, which is instrumental to a state’s progress. Most advancements in Technology, Artificial Intelligence and even Medicine are contingent upon fresh ideas, which abound in young minds. Also, the very high demand for jobs is likely to foster competitive spirit among graduates, making them hone their skills to such extent that can be enough to outperform their peers, pushing them to go the extra mile. This healthy competition, in turn, can result in more competent workforce, which is essential for overall well being of a state. A case in point can be Indian youth who are now among leading young experts in several realms. This recent feats can be attributed to fierce competition to enter universities and get employment in this country.
All in all, the development in question can be viewed undesirable in some regards such as lack of experience in workplaces and a rise in joblessness, which can potentially pose a threat to a society in form of delinquencies. However, I am of the opinion that there is more virtue in this as it can bring more bright ideas into play and create a competitive environment and aid country's development a great deal.
