The State Has Technically Owned Your Organs Since February 2024

Why are they telling people that this Soft Tissue Bill is an upcoming law change when it was signed into law in February last year (see the response I got to the letter I wrote a year ago)? They have likely never enforced this law in the intervening period because the opt-out register isn't live. But technically, with the stroke of a pen, President Michael D. Higgins ensured that last year, the state technically became the owner of your organs.

They say consent is embedded in the bill and "your family will be consulted" [which just means to get advice from or information from; it does NOT mean they will ask permission], yet how can consent be embedded when they also say that if you don't opt out, it will be taken as a given that you want your organs taken?

As usual, when the government does something, it's all in the name of "the greater good," and they weaponise empathy. The opt-out will be an online portal where you will likely have to prove who you are rather than just "add your name," as they are claiming. An online opt-out means that at any time this register could experience technical difficulties, be hacked (remember they alleged the HSE was hacked before), and can be changed at any time by a human being. Or not be updated accurately due to human error. I would ensure to demand a letter explicitly stating that you have opted out (if you wish to do so), but will this option of a letter be available?

If I or a loved one needed an organ, I would hope one was available. I know a recipient of two organs, and their life was saved as a result. But this law, which makes the state the rightful automatic owner of your organs, is dystopian and concerning in the extreme. Even more so when you realise there is a huge market for selling soft tissues to private research facilities. In which case, your tissues could be taken during postmortem and sold. Don't ever forget we had an organ "retention" scandal over 20 years ago here. Babies' organs were retained [stolen] without parental permission. The tissues were later incinerated without parental permission. The state has form in other words.

Can A Statue Be Raped Or Murdered Though?

By the end of this year, a number of women (Irish and non Irish) will have been murdered in Ireland. A third of those women (if statistical trends from the past few years are to continue) will be murdered by non nationals, who have, relative to their population size, killed women at 1.56 times the rate of Irish men over a 5 year period (the killings on the Femicide list does not include 8 year old child Malika Noor Al Kattib in New Ross town on December 1, 2024).

And an as of yet unknown number of other females will experience being raped or sexually assaulted by a STRANGER by the end of the year. There has been a concerning uptick in aggravated sexual assaults on strangers in this country. In the past, these kinds of assaults were rare. There is a REASON the authorities won't disclose stats on sexual assaults (and denied @IrishInquiry's FOI request to release pertinent information about these types of attacks).

The courts are thronged with such cases now (the media stories are frequent, and that's just the ones they decide to tell us about).

RTE should pop down to Ashling Murphy's hometown and see what people there think of this touching a statue crap.

This few second clip ENRAGES me and perfectly encapsulates everything that is so wrong with our establishment and the mentality of some Irish people. Dublin County Council "City Arts Officer" says sexually groping an inanimate object is "worrying" to people, and it is "mimicking behaviour we wouldn't approve of" [WHILE EVERYONE IGNORES THE BEHAVIOUR BEING INFLICTED ON ACTUAL REAL FEMALES]. This is the ultimate in toxic deranged virtue signalling.

Women and girls of Ireland cannot walk the streets safely, and no one wants to talk about WHY, but they're happy to spend €350 a day per steward to protect brass?

These council staff talk about this statue as though she is real. They say Molly Malone WAS a person (because it suits them). Whether she was or not, IT is a STATUE.

REAL WOMEN & GIRLS ARE IN DANGER.

Arise from your slumber Ireland, get your priorities in order. Please. Let's talk about the case of Ashling Murphy @rtenews, (her murder is still the subject of a case currently before the courts) instead of vox pop reports on this NONSENSE.

Dorset Street (which I visited on Saturday) has an Irish population of just 7%. Dorset Street and surrounding streets also have the HIGHEST crime rate in Ireland despite having the SMALLEST population of any Garda division. It has the highest rates for sexual crime and homicide. An Argument With RTE Reporter Over Ashling Murphy Case We Attended Yesterday...

What happened yesterday when we, Stephen Kerr and Susanne Delaney, @IrishInquiry attended the Criminal Courts of Justice to watch a case involving 5 people accused of assisting murderer Jozef Puska?

What happened when Susanne had an interaction with an RTE reporter?

And what was Jozef Puska like in court during his trial (as witnessed by ourselves)?

Please note before Puska came to this country and murdered Ashling Murphy, he had been convicted of statutory rape in Slovakia and was a suspect in two separate sex assault cases in two other countries also.
Background checks matter.

We also reference murder victim Tina Satchwell in this video.

Rest In Peace Tina Satchwell and Ashling Muphy.

VIEW POINT: Nobody likes a bully, we all want to support victims, especially victims of bullying. That’s where our better nature comes out, where our humanity manifests. We all presume that nobody wants to be a victim so our entire endeavour is often to support the victim by condemning the bully. But what if a bully wants to reinvent themselves as a victim. What if a bully knows there are advantages in claiming victimhood as a way of obtaining special privileges such as putting themselves beyond criticism. It’s just bad form to criticise a victim, everybody knows that including the bully. Welcome to the world of ‘trans’.

Firstly let us reflect on the size of the transgender community. The official UK census of 2021 estimated the transgender population to be 0•55% of the overall population. This statistic is now believed to be an over estimation as the Office of National Statistics found that many people in immigrant communities with limited English language skills misunderstood the question and indicated mistakenly that they were transgender. This statistic should not be seen as a genuine enumeration of transgender people. The real statistic is probably much lower. Interestingly only 1•5% identified as ‘gay or lesbian’ and 1•3% identified as bisexual. These are tiny numbers and it is extraordinary that such a small number of people can have an utterly disproportionate influence on government policy. This happens by bullying, shaming, intimidation, cancelling and at the same time claiming victimhood. It’s about closing down debate by making people fearful that to debate may mean crossing an ill defined invisible line from what is legal to what is ‘hateful’. But the science is catching up and is rapidly overtaking the ideological underpinning of these lifestyle choices. The Cass Report is not what transgender advocates wished to hear and certainly the extensive and carefully reasoned arguments advanced by the UK Supreme Court is another defeat for this grotesque ideology. I condemn all bullying and believe that anybody should be able to live their lives as they please so long as it doesn’t interfere with the lifestyles of others by influencing government, legislation or compete for resources. What is private should stay private but what is true science should pull rank over all ideology no matter how well funded or no matter how intimidating are its aficionados.

Transgender activists have two options in responding to both the Cass Report and the UK Supreme Court judgement, one option is to actually read the documents and learn from what expert opinion has to offer. The other option is to melt down into a carefully contrived hissy fit so as to claim maximum victimhood and intimidate and embarrass normal people into silence. This can be combined with hysteria where proportionality is sacrificed to extremism. Transgender social media is currently misappropriating the famous words of theologian and Lutheran pastor Martin Niermöller ‘first they came for trans people…….’ implying some sort of a holocaust connection. This demonstrates a massive sense of self importance, contrived victimhood, distortion and disrespect. Narcism on steroids. Similar statements misrepresenting the UK Supreme Court judgement as the ‘total destruction of trans human rights’ only serve to wake up an increasingly hostile public who are fed up with non stop transgender propaganda. Add to this the subversion of parenting and the unhealthy focus transgender lobbyists have on children, alarm bells will and should ring with most responsible parents. Politicians are lagging behind the curve, the political class seem to be the last to wake up. Nothing new there but it is legitimate to ask why, is there something that we don’t know and need to know. I am suggesting corruption or a buy in by certain politicians into sexualising children. The utterances of a Fianna Fáil minister continue to astonish as well as her promotion of transgender ideology in schools. It is time we totally dismissed transgender ideology and hold politicians that promote it to account.

R.I.P. IRELAND 🇮🇪?

"That crowd, in whom I placed my trust, decayed. I am Ireland."

Recent headlines predict the of demise of the Irish in Ireland. Women have babies...but the women of child bearing age are leaving at twice the rate of men. Of the women who stay, less are having babies, and our native population is getting older. Foreign-born women (*relative to their population size*) are having babies at TWICE the rate of Irish women). The government OF 🇮🇪
is DELIBERATELY driving our people away and not assisting them in any way to have or maintain families. It's quite the opposite. They are engaging in ethnocide (the deliberate and systematic destruction of a distinct ethnic group).

Canadians 🇨🇦 are reported to be on course to be a minority in their country by 2041 after importing 1 million immigrants a year. Ireland is heading the same way in terms of immigrants coming in verus the size of the current population. In dublins north inner city some parts are only SEVEN PERCENT Irish (Dorset St) and in that overall part of the city only a third of people identifed as "white Irish" in the census. Where I live myself is approximately 85 to 90% non national.

Our own government did this to us and our children will suffer and leave their land once more.
Those who stay won't have children themselves.
What will you do about it?

"My own children that sold their mother.
Great my pain:
My irreconcilable enemies who harass me continually.Great my sorrow:
That crowd, in whom I placed my trust, decayed. I am Ireland."

"Mór mo náir:
Mo chlann féin a dhíol a máthair. Mór mo phian:
Bithnaimhde do mo shíorchiapadh.Mór mo bhrón:
D’éag an dream inar chuireas dóchas.Mise Éire."

VIEW POINT: Guilia Valentino moved from his native Italy to Ireland in 2019 to work in the technology industry. He also started playing Gaelic Football in a dedicated homosexual Gaelic football club called Na Gaeil Aeracha which translates as ‘rainbow Gael’s’. He is a biological male but started to transition so as to claim a female gender. According to a UK Supreme Court judgement he is male. In view of that judgement and the reasoning behind it I choose to consider Mr Valentino as male. In August 2022 Mr Valentino started playing Gaelic Football as a woman. In his first match the referee stopped the game because he considered Mr Valentino to be male. Within one month a new policy had been rushed through by GAA management with binding guidelines for the inclusion of ‘trans identifying females’ to be eligible to play in women’s football and have full use of bathroom, shower room and changing facilities. Discussion let alone debate was severely discouraged. It was subsequently revealed when this dangerous policy received final approval it was by an inner committee of eighty delegates representing 200,000 members who were not consulted. It was a top down anti democratic Sovietesque style diktat. The Chief Executive of women’s Gaelic football, Helen O Rourke sent an email to all decision makers in this matter instructing them that the proposed policies were not for circulation to the membership as the decision to approve had to be made by ‘Central Council’. The mere membership could find out later after the proposals were approved.

Clearly many grassroots members were unhappy and attempted to engage with management with no success. One group representing a county received a solicitors letter which they consider to be intimidating while another group of objectors were told that the inclusion of transgender people to play in their preferred gender group was ‘a legal obligation’ so therefor no discussion was permitted. Members fail to understand the apparent urgency of the decision, the lack of debate and the discouragement of transparency on this issue. There is no acknowledgment of potential risk unlike other codes of sport such as rugby.

However the GAA have a very particular problem that no amount of wokery will be able to sidestep. This is a thirty two county organisation and therefor operates within two separate legal jurisdictions. The UK Supreme Court judgement which defines women solely in terms of birth sex is a game changer. In the Republic of Ireland such a legal clarity around the definition of ‘woman’ does not exist. While the UK Supreme Court judgement technically may not directly apply to Northern Ireland its arguments have been described as ‘persuasive’, in other words unlikely to be challengeable. It should be a matter of extreme urgency for the Northern Ireland branch of the GAA to amend their rules in line with the UK Supreme Court judgement before a player or their guardian sues for damages, either physical or psychological as a result of being exposed to injury or a failure of safeguarding leading to psychological distress. Consider a situation where a woman’s team from the South with a male player misrepresenting as a woman is playing a woman’s team from the North in Northern Ireland. Plainly from a precautionary point of view the transgender player would have to be excluded from the team selection to avoid the possibility of legal action from any one of the other players or their guardians which would be indefensible and would result in a substantial pay out. It is doubtful if team insurance would pay out for injury, physical or psychological, in a situation where the law has been wilfully flouted. Equally would or should the GAA operate to two different standards on each side of the border. Clearly the correct and common sense approach is to harmonise the rules on both sides of the border in a manner that prevents legal action being taken. This can only mean adopting the UK Supreme Court judgement and applying it equally on both sides of the border. Let the GAA revert to common sense.

IRISH FATHER’S POWERFUL STATEMENT TO POLITICIANS & CALL TO ACTION 🇮🇪

A Dublin man from Turnapin makes a shocking statement about how mass immigration affects children in his neighbourhood. He has a powerful message for the Government, Dessie Ellis (@sinnfeinireland), and Róisín Shortall (@SocDems). He also issues a call to action to the men of Ireland.

How could you not be moved and inspired by the startling truths and passionate plea this good man of Ireland made at the massive Dublin Protest on April 26, 2025, attended by tens of thousands of people from all demographics.

This is called suicidal stupidity.

Many Irish 🇮🇪 are severely lacking in instincts and smarts to see the clear signposts of their imminent demise.

I don’t take issue with some Irish woman having a pop at any public figure. Public figures are fair game, simple as that. But according to her, all Irishmen are destitute of any morals, and they lie, cheat, steal, and ruin rural communities.

Also, according to her, being Irish is “a feeling,” and all immigrants are here to “help us” (is that because they’ve finished fixing their own countries?).

She claims Irish people will always fight for their land, but that’s the exact opposite of what she is doing.

I fear for this woman’s IQ. The absolute rubbish she’s spouting here is embarrassing.

VIEW POINT: Have you ever been a victim of the ‘Rooney Rules’. Perhaps you have been and you are not aware of it. The ‘Rooney Rules’ are called after Dan Rooney, former owner of American football team, the Pittsburg Steelers and chair of the National Football League ‘diversity committee’. The rules started by requiring teams to interview candidates for head coaching jobs from minority communities but now demands that candidates from these communities be prioritised as part of wider ‘Diversity Equality Inclusiveness’ policies. The ‘Rooney Rules’ now extend into all walks of society. This prioritisation of candidates from minority communities regardless of ability is described as ‘affirmative action’. As a believer in merit I would see this more as a race to the bottom. These rules do not apply if the minority candidate is white if other team members are black. These rules only work one way as you would expect.

In 2022 Honduran candidate Brian Flores applied for a head coach position and failed in his attempt. Somebody else came out on top and Flores was not happy, after all he was black, he felt that he had an entitlement to the job. He sued the National Football League claiming that he was the victim of ‘institutionalised racism’ while the NFL stated that ‘diversity is at the core of everything we do’. Maybe winning games comes second, this is an upside down world. The court case has yet to be decided. But this does send a message to all employers, if you pick a ‘diversity candidate’ you may not get the right fit for the job but you will avoid legal problems, if you pick the best candidate and if that candidate is white you may find yourself legally defending your position. You may loose advertising revenue, sponsorship and ultimately be at a loss for just choosing a candidate based on merit. An UK government sponsored booklet that advises NHS managers on recruitment policy called ‘A Model Employer’ calls on managers to be prepared to justify recruiting ‘white Britons’. The advise is to consider recruiting from the ‘global majority’ a euphemism for non white people. Furthermore some UK health trusts demand that an explanation is given in each case where a ‘diversity candidate’ is not selected. What manager wants to justify his decision making, it is simply easier to ditch merit and go for colour regardless.

I have personally in the recent pass come across the appointment of ‘diversity’ people to jobs in the charity sector where government grant aid is essential for the charities survival. While there is no actual legal requirement as of now that a diverse person should get the job ahead of an Irish person, recruitment managers are conscious that at public events involving financial donors it is probably wise to have a diverse person that is highly visible, just to show that the organisation is ‘diverse’. What I have also noticed is how under qualified some of the appointee’s have been. It is a matter of ticking a diversity box so as to be ready for future anticipated legislation in this area. But for every ‘diverse’ person appointed there is a genuine Irish person not appointed and that is unfair for those who believe in merit. A hijab seems worth more than any paper qualification or real relevant experience. And if there are strong directives within the UK’s health service on ‘affirmative action’ to assist the ‘global majority’ get jobs based on diversity it is only a matter of time before similar legislation in this country will compel workforces to be diverse and again genuine Irish people will be the losers to globalist ‘woke’ policies and as in housing and everything else pushed down to the very bottom of the heap. The Rooney Rules might be closer than you think. Jobs should be awarded on merit, not colour. Irish people would have no difficulty in competing in a competitive but transparent system but can not possibly succeed if there is a colour bar aimed at excluding them. The Rooney Rules are converging towards another set of rules that we all thought were in the distant past, no Irish need apply. Resist.

JOYCE'S DUBLIN IS DEAD, AND IT ISN'T COMING BACK

Dorset Street and surrounding streets also have the HIGHEST crime rate in Ireland despite having the SMALLEST population of any Garda division. It has the highest rates for sexual crime and homicide. Only 36% of Dublin's North Inner City identify as "white Irish" (source: CSO).

Last year
@rtenews
did a propaganda piece on this part of the city, painting it as all the better for its diverse population, and the article implied Irish homeless addicts account for social issues there. Two people who were very carefully selected (a Trinity professor who likely never frequents such a rough side of the city) and a county council cultural arts employee said this part of the city had in fact become safer in line with the demographic shift.

I was there on Saturday, and nothing could have prepared me for just how bad it was. This part of the Capital city has fallen, and when a Capital city falls, it is a telling sign of things to come for the native population. Dorset St., Moore St., and Parnell St/Square are filthy and full of extremely dodgy looking shop fronts, halal restaurants that are clearly never inspected by health authorities, Roma pickpockets shouting and being intimidating and foreign men drinking on the street in loud, audacious groups. Irish businesses are selling up and getting out because the squalor, crime and anti social behaviour is so horrendous. Here's a sad fact: the Irish no longer own or control that part of the city now.

A visit there is a culture shock for someone who is Irish. It is more like a part of a developing country, and a native stands out there like a sore thumb. I visited during the day. At night I'd say it's pretty risky to venture there, but I do intend to go back and film what I can (with Stephen
@IrishInquiry
).

It was a sad experience for me as a proud Dublin woman who has extremely fond memories of what was once a great city (a city that is bound to my childhood). I used to be able to go to town by myself as a child. Now as an adult I wouldn't dare go alone. James Joyce once said "when I die Dublin will be written in my heart" ("Nuair a gheobhaidh mé bás Baile Átha Cliath ní bheidh scríofa i mo chroí"). But if he was alive today, he would probably not feel this way about the current state of his beloved city, and the sad and tragic truth is parts of Dublin City are as dead as he is, and they aren't coming back.

Irish People Speak At Saturday's Massive Protest 🇮🇪

Here are the voices of Ireland, CENSORED NO MORE.
Hear what they have to say about WHY they came together in their tens of thousands on that sunny Saturday afternoon, passing in unison by the GPO on the 26th of April, 109 years after their ancestors fought for their freedom during the Easter Rising at that historic site; and in their coming together, their words, their presence and spirit, the warning national hero Pádraig Pearse gave to traitors was realised:

And I say to my people’s masters: Beware, Beware of the thing that is coming, beware of the risen people."

Ireland has awoken.
A seed of hope is blooming.
We will not fade into nothing.
Thank you to all who spoke to us and attended.

VIEW POINT: Have you ever gone to the top of the Eiffel Tower, all 300 metres to the very top excluding the radio mast. The Eiffel Tower is the tallest structure in Paris and is equivalent to the height of an eighty one story building. In contrast the well known and much disliked Poolbeg chimneys on the approach to Dublin Port are only 207 metres in height. These statistics are important because a planning application has been submitted to An Bord Pleanala by developers RWE to construct between 39 and 50 wind turbines, each of which will be 310 meters tall and sited just 10km from the coast line between Dun Laoghaire and Greystones. The blades will be 207 metres in diameter. A European directive for wind turbines states that they should be sited at least 22 km of shore. These proposed wind turbines are part of a chain of wind turbines that will stretch from Dundalk to Wexford and will number an additional 100 turbines.

These turbines are part of a movement towards ‘green’ energy. The claim is that wind turbines are beneficial to the environment, community and the planet. Therefor to oppose them is to be anti environment. Let’s examine that evidence. These turbines will be very visible and oppressive. They will be easily seen from the shore and will dominate the skyline impacting on the quality of life for residents and on the tourist industry. For example they will be just 8•92 Km from Greystones harbour. Also noise carries over water. There are 11,000 tons of blade waste awaiting disposal in Ireland alone. Blades last for about twenty years before needing to be replaced. They are technically difficult to recycle and that’s why the waste is accumulating. Wind Europe describes itself as the ‘voice of the wind industry’ and offers landfill as a solution. So much for ‘green’. It is estimated that blade waste will create 200,000 tons of waste per annum that as of now is heading for landfill. This is just hypocrisy, a form of ‘green washing’ to satisfy optics and woke politics.

The reason why it is proposed to site the turbines so close to the coast is because they will be sited on sandbanks so in relatively shallow water. But in Arklow the siting of the turbines has produced scouring around the site that interferes with fish and bird life and also they have changed tidal patterns causing Brittas Beach to be eroded at the rate of seven metres a year. This just shows the heavy environmental price that must be paid for environmentally sustainable energy. Does anybody see the contradictions, the green hypocrisy. Furthermore wind turbines are detrimental to bird life. Individual figures offered out of context have limited academic value but that’s all we have got when we try to explore this little researched area. But it is estimated that 1•17 million birds are killed per annum by wind farms in the US. Clearly this should be worrying to anybody with a genuinely green conscience.

These are only some of the environmental concerns around wind turbines. There is a tendency to ‘talk up’ green energy giving the downside a free pass. It is unlikely if a single wind turbine ever covers for its carbon footprint from construction to decommissioning. It is reasonable to ask if conventional electricity is not just as green if everything is taken into account. If this is so then the price is too high in terms of visual intrusion along the Dublin and North Wicklow coast line.

The reality is that many of us including our government and fake opposition are enslaved to the pseudoscience of man made climate change and therefor we have signed up to the Paris Protocols on Climate which penalise us financially if we fail to meet targets set by others. There is no allowance for the factual evidence of the historical record that the planet goes through long cooling and warming cycles that are perfectly natural. The need to reach these targets have created an artificial market for ‘green’ energy that is not green. Residents of seasides where wind turbines are sited off shore will pay the price through visual intrusiveness. Stop this now.

Shady Secrecy at Mooney's Migrant Centre on Former Government Minister's Doorstep (FULL VIDEO)

WHY has this IPAS Centre very near Minister Roderic O'Gorman's home been kept a secret for so long?

WHY is its owner (with a very shady past) only applying to be a migrant centre now when it has been full for at least 18 months?

WHY are single foreign males visiting the Centre at night (some in high end cars?)

WHY was there such panic to cover the place up even more after we arrived?

WHY are the staff so defensive?

WHERE do the work men come from?

HOW come no residents in O'Gorman's housing estate knew this was a migrant centre? WHY didn't he tell them?

WHY is he so quiet on the resident WhatsApp group amid residents concerns?
