💢 The Institute for Science and International Security in the United States has published a report on the Iranian nuclear threat.

The report assesses the threat in six areas:

🔹 Hostile Actions: Iran and its proxies have directly attacked Israel. A full-scale war could lead to Iran attempting to achieve nuclear deterrence.

🔹 Rhetoric: Iranian leaders openly threaten Israel, boast of missile capabilities, and talk of the “end of Zionism.”

🔹 Lack of Transparency: Reduced IAEA inspector access to nuclear sites raises concerns about the existence of secret facilities while making it difficult to detect nuclear weapons development in real time.

🔹 Weapons-grade nuclear capability: Iran has large stockpiles of uranium enriched to 60%, allowing it to produce enough material to build a bomb within days

🔹 Sensitive nuclear capability: Iran has developed expertise in advanced technologies, including those related to the production of explosive devices needed to build a bomb

🔹 Weapons-grade capability: There are indications that Iran has real nuclear weapons capability, such as preparations for a missile defense system.

❗ Konotop Mayor Semenikhin, as promised, held a livestream during which he stated that the 117th Territorial Defense Brigade was present at the site during the strike on Sumy, celebrating its anniversary that day.

Semenikhin also said that a criminal case has been opened to identify the organizer of this military gathering. Semenikhin personally blames Sumy Governor Artiukh for the incident, as he authorized the event.

According to the mayor, *"everyone knows about this."*

Similar accusations were previously made by MP Bezuhla and former deputy Mosiychuk.

▫️Under Trump, US aid has almost ceased, and Putin has captured 20% of Ukraine.
▫️ There is uncertainty now. Ukraine is stronger on the battlefield than at the beginning of the war. However, there is an imbalance between the partners. The US has taken the position of a mediator
▫️ A complete ceasefire could provide an opportunity to move to diplomacy, but Putin does not want this.

▫️The US can prevent the ceasefire from failing if it is total, if it is partial - Putin will always act.
▫️Ukraine does not have enough air defense systems. It needs at least 10 systems to close only civilian facilities. He asked for a production license.
▫️ Ukraine is ready to buy a defense package from the US, in particular, Europeans are ready to finance it.
▫️ 8.5 million Ukrainians have moved abroad, and millions more are internally displaced.
