The whole meme of obese Americans shoveling cheap fast food goyslop into their mouth is about as true as the stereotype of British people being toothless alcoholic football hooligan-skinheads that subsistence on beans and pints.

It’s not entirely false, but it’s only partially accurate of a particular class of people within that country — a sub-class of the lowest working class.

My first time eating at this establishment. It’s a fried chicken place in the south/midwest. It’s not too bad, definitely better than KFC. It’s nice to eat in a fried chicken restaurant that’s almost all White, with no sub-saharans present.

The only downside is how calorie dense this food is: with the sweet tea, I think I had 2300 calories in one sitting. It’s okay to eat like this if you eat one meal a day — as I do, since I believe in intermittent fasting. But clearly, some of the locals will eat this sort of meal as one of their three meals for the day, which is why they live up to the obese American stereotype.

The food was 3.9 out of 5.

Been re-watching the Sopranos (for the 7th or 8th time), and now with more maturity, I pay closer attention to the things that really matter: the excellent fashion choices.

While the shows might have gotten some notoriety for the tacky shirts and shorts of the later seasons, here in Season 2, we see the true value of well-made trousers.
Both Tony and Pussy are fat fucks with bulging bellies, but because they wear wide-leg, high waist trousers, their silhouettes flow seamlessly.
