Ever wonder if your own unhealed experiences might be silently shaping how you show up for your clients?
Trauma isn’t just a single painful event, it’s a profound psychological reaction that can grow stronger when ignored, eventually demanding our attention in ways we can no longer avoid. But in its complexity lies an unexpected power: trauma can shock individuals, teams, and entire organizations into transforming the very patterns and strategies that hold them back. In a standard therapeutic or coaching context, the spotlight is on the client—helping them uncover and heal their trauma.
Join us for Psychodynamic Group Work with Provider Trauma, a 5-session designed to shift the focus inward. Together, we’ll explore how personal histories may unknowingly limit your impact and learn how to transform hidden triggers into sources of clarity, empathy, and empowerment.
What’s waiting for you in this transformative workshop?
Unearth and navigate your own emotional landscape.
Break free from patterns holding you back.
Enhance your ability to guide clients authentically and effectively.
What you’ll gain:
A deeper understanding of how unhealed trauma can shape your client interactions.
Tools to transform hidden triggers into sources of insight and empowerment.
Strategies to enhance your ability to guide clients without being weighed down by your own unresolved pain.

His philosophy: trauma, when acknowledged and integrated, can unlock profound personal and professional growth.
In Phil’s words: «Though trauma is often defined as permanent scar…we may have been victimized by someone or something, but we are never eternal victims, unless WE so believe».
