The number that Telegram shows as number of users on @tonnel_network_bot is 436666, but according to our trading data, we have roughly 65,000 real USERS(who made a purchase or bid or sold a Gift) 🥁
Each day I'm contacted by dozens of bot farm owners and projects with millions of users(99.99% bots) and I reject any of their offer to influx user metrics of our platform and I will keep rejecting their offers 🖕

Many people asked me about the situation with refund policy of Apple/Google that could cause users loose their gifts after they purchased it from someone.
So far, We have processed +250,000 Trades and I've only received handful of complaints for this issue(most of them were about Homemade Cakes!). Although this is not a very widespread issue, but it happens. Very Rarely, but It happens.
Luckily, Most of the traders in the Gift Ecosystem of Telegram are using Fragment to buy Stars to purchase Gifts.
My suggestion to Telegram team is adding a very simple constraint. If a user bought their Stars through Apple/Google, limit the number of gifts they can purchase/upgrade. This is very easy to implement(they have all the transaction history for Stars), and has minimum impact to real users ☀️
For example this scammer bought a few hundred Homemade Cakes and he was able to refund some of them and scam users 💰
PS: This is not an issue solely for Tonnel Gift Marketplace, and all the OTC trades are prone to this loophole.
