“The Department of Justice has 1,648 open cases,” Congressman Yakym noted. “These are uncharged criminal matters relating to COVID-19 fraud… Do you believe that there’s still more unemployment fraud carried over from the pandemic out there that could result in prosecution or recouping funds if we were to extend the statute of limitations?”
Talcove’s response was unequivocal: “Yes, I think there is.”

USAID’s wasteful spending: How taxpayer dollars funded COVID labs, LGBTQ initiatives and more
In a stunning example of fiscal irresponsibility, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has squandered billions of taxpayer dollars on programs that not only fail to benefit Americans but actively undermine U.S. interests.
From funding COVID-19 research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology to promoting LGBTQ initiatives abroad, USAID’s spending has sparked outrage among not just conservatives but also fiscal watchdogs. President Trump’s recent freeze on foreign aid grants has brought these questionable expenditures into sharp focus, highlighting the need for accountability in how American tax dollars are spent overseas.
COVID labs and questionable science
One of the most egregious examples of USAID’s mismanagement is its funding of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the lab widely suspected to be the origin point of the COVID-19 pandemic. According to federal records, USAID funneled $38 million in grants to the EcoHealth Alliance, which in turn directed funds to the Wuhan lab. This revelation has raised serious concerns about the agency’s oversight and priorities.
LGBTQ initiatives and DEI programs
USAID's spending on LGBTQ and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives abroad has also drawn sharp criticism. In Serbia, the agency allocated $1.5 million to a pro-LGBTQ group called "Grupa Izadji" (Group Come Out) to promote "economic empowerment" for LGBTQ individuals. Meanwhile, in South Africa, USAID spent $30 million on HIV research targeting sex workers and transgender individuals.
While these programs may align with the previous administration's progressive agendas, they do little to advance U.S. national interests.
Funding the Taliban
Perhaps most alarming is USAID's history of funding groups with ties to terrorist organizations. In Afghanistan, the agency disbursed $102 million for "Democracy, Gender, and Rights Programs" under Taliban rule, despite the regime's notorious human rights abuses. A 2022 report by the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) warned that $293 million in aid could fall into Taliban hands, potentially funding terrorist activities.
Trump’s crackdown on waste
President Trump’s executive order freezing most foreign aid grants for 90 days has been a long-overdue step toward reining in USAID’s excesses. The freeze targets non-life-saving programs, including those promoting abortion, transgender surgeries, and DEI initiatives. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who now oversees USAID, has vowed to ensure that every dollar spent aligns with U.S. national interests.
“It’s a completely unresponsive agency. It’s supposed to respond to policy directives with the State Department, and it refuses to do so. Every dollar we spend and every program we fund, that program will be aligned with the national interest of the United States. USAID has a history of sort of ignoring that,” Rubio said.
Elon Musk, a vocal critic of USAID, has called for the agency’s dissolution, describing it as “beyond repair.” Under Trump’s leadership, USAID is being rolled into the State Department, marking a seismic shift in how the U.S. approaches foreign aid.
The revelations about USAID’s wasteful spending underscore the need for greater transparency and accountability in foreign aid. While humanitarian assistance is a noble goal, it must serve American interests and reflect American values. President Trump’s efforts to cut wasteful spending and refocus USAID’s mission are a welcome step toward restoring fiscal responsibility and ensuring that taxpayer dollars are used wisely.
As the U.S. grapples with domestic challenges like stagnant wages and crumbling infrastructure, it’s time to prioritize Americans. USAID’s days of unchecked spending on questionable programs must come to an end.

Bioweapons researcher from Wuhan Institute of Virology comes forward with startling revelations
In a startling revelation, a former researcher at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) has come forward with allegations that the COVID-19 scandal may have been intentionally engineered, with the release of a specific bioweapon. This exclusive interview, conducted in September 2021, sheds light on the chilling account of Chao Shan, a Chinese scientist who claims to have been involved in testing four strains of the coronavirus in early 2019. The interview raises critical questions about the origins of the virus, the involvement of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and the potential for a global biological attack.
Bio-weapons manufacturing in Wuhan
Chao Shan, a virologist who worked at the WIV, contacted the interviewer in March 2020, expressing deep guilt over his role in the development of the virus. According to Shan, he was tasked with testing the transmissibility of four coronavirus strains on various animals, including transgenic mice with human ACE2 receptors, ferrets, and monkeys. The purpose of these tests was to determine the viruses' ability to infect different species, including humans.
Key Points:
• Shan was given four coronavirus strains by his superior in Nanjing City.
• He tested these strains on animals to assess their transmissibility.
• The viruses were engineered to be highly infectious.
• Shan revealed that the viruses were "completed," meaning they were capable of infecting humans.
• He described the process as perfecting the strains to create an effective bioweapon.
• This assertion aligns with the findings of Dr. Yan [Mengli], who has reported on the genetic engineering of the virus.
World Military Games
Shan's account takes a sinister turn when he discusses the involvement of his research team in the World Military Games held in Wuhan in October 2019. He claims that several team members were sent to inspect the health conditions of hotels where athletes from other countries would stay. This task, he noted, was unusual for virologists and raised suspicions.
Key Points:
• Team members were sent to inspect hotels during the World Military Games.
• Shan believes this was a cover for spreading the virus to foreign athletes.
• He suspects the virus was deliberately released to infect individuals who would carry it back to their home countries.
• Shan expressed his belief that the virus was deliberately released during the event, with the intention of it being spread internationally.
• This aligns with the timeline of the first reported cases of COVID-19, which emerged in Wuhan in late 2019.
The Xinjiang connection
In a further twist, Shan revealed that he was sent to Xinjiang in April 2020 to conduct health inspections in reeducation camps. He expressed concern that his true purpose was to infect the detainees and facilitate the spread of the virus. This claim is supported by the observation that Xinjiang experienced a sudden increase in COVID-19 cases during the summer of 2020, despite having minimal cases during the initial outbreak in Wuhan.
Key Points:
• Shan was sent to Xinjiang to conduct health inspections in reeducation camps.
• He believes he was tasked with infecting detainees to spread the virus.
• The timing of his visit coincides with a surge in COVID-19 cases in Xinjiang.
Shan's allegations paint a disturbing picture of the potential origins of COVID-19. His account suggests that the virus may have been engineered and released as a bioweapon, with the intention of causing widespread global disruption. While his claims are shocking, they underscore the need for a thorough and transparent investigation into the origins of this scandal.

The study’s findings underscore the need for a more cautious and transparent approach to vaccine development and distribution. While the Biden administration and social media platforms have dismissed concerns about menstrual irregularities, this research highlights the importance of listening to women’s experiences and conducting thorough safety studies before mandating experimental treatments. As the debate over vaccine safety continues, one thing is clear: women’s health should never be an afterthought.

Trump DOJ sues Chicago and Illinois over sanctuary laws, citing public safety risks
The Trump administration has escalated its battle against sanctuary cities, filing a lawsuit against Chicago, Cook County, and the state of Illinois for their refusal to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) argues that these jurisdictions’ sanctuary policies obstruct federal law, endanger public safety, and release criminal migrants back into communities. The lawsuit, filed on Thursday, targets laws like the Illinois Way Forward Act and Chicago’s Welcoming City Ordinance, which limit local law enforcement’s ability to work with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The DOJ’s lawsuit claims that sanctuary policies exacerbate a national crisis at the southern border, where illegal immigration poses “significant threats to national security and public safety.” By refusing to honor ICE detainers—requests to hold individuals for deportation—Chicago and Illinois are accused of releasing dangerous criminals into the community.
“Upon information and belief, the conduct of officials in Chicago and Illinois minimally enforcing—and oftentimes affirmatively thwarting—federal immigration laws over a period of years has resulted in countless criminals being released into Chicago who should have been held for immigration removal from the United States,” the lawsuit states.
The Trump administration has long argued that sanctuary cities create “safe havens” for illegal immigrants, including those with criminal records. “These states and localities advertise themselves as sanctuary jurisdictions. They are inviting people here who are illegal, and they’re promising to protect them from federal law enforcement,” a DOJ official told the New York Post.
Local leaders defy federal authority
Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker have doubled down on their support for sanctuary policies, framing them as a moral imperative. “Being a welcoming city just simply states that our local police department will not behave as federal agents. There’s a clear separation of powers there,” Johnson said. Pritzker, meanwhile, claimed Illinois’ laws are “compliant with federal law” and accused the Trump administration of making it harder to protect the public.
However, critics argue that these policies prioritize illegal immigrants over the safety of law-abiding citizens. Alderman Nicholas Sposato, a vocal opponent of Chicago’s sanctuary stance, accused the city of favoring “criminals over law-abiding citizens.”
Bondi’s crackdown on sanctuary cities
The lawsuit coincides with Attorney General Pam Bondi’s directive to limit federal funding to sanctuary jurisdictions. On her first day in office, Bondi warned that other sanctuary cities could face similar legal action. “For too long, leaders in Illinois and Chicago have abused their power by putting the comfort of illegal aliens over the safety and welfare of their own citizens. This ends today,” Bondi said in a statement.
The Trump administration’s legal action is part of a broader effort to enforce immigration laws and deter illegal immigration. Border czar Tom Homan has criticized sanctuary cities for making it “very difficult to arrest criminals,” particularly in Chicago, where local officials have been accused of actively obstructing ICE operations.
The lawsuit is expected to spark a protracted legal battle, with Democratic leaders vowing to defend their sanctuary policies. Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle pledged to “pursue every legal opportunity to defend the programs that we believe in and defend our values.”
As the case unfolds, it could set a precedent for how federal and local authorities navigate the contentious issue of immigration enforcement. For now, the Trump administration remains steadfast in its mission to uphold federal law and protect American communities from the dangers posed by sanctuary policies.

Just remember, COVID-19 was never bad enough to SHUT DOWN the BORDER
It’s hard to see straight during a wicked storm, and nary a human knew all the damage that was coming from the Covid tsunami. It was difficult to make judgment calls while the Pharma Industrial Complex was shoveling heaps of propaganda and fear-mongering mandates down everyone’s throats. The Biden Regime and the talking heads at the CDC made sure we all knew that if we came within 6 feet of another human who was infected, we would surely catch the Wuhan flu and die. Wear your mask, social distance, and every store and restaurant that is not “essential” is ordered by the Orwellian government to shut down, until “further notice.” We must flatten the curve, or else.
Then came the deadly, vascular clotting, gene mutating, cell tricking, super “safe and effective” nanoparticle clot shots, double-masking advice, and lockdowns across the country, enforced at gunpoint in some places. But wait, one thing everyone seemed to forget about during all the mayhem. Open borders. Apparently, illegal immigrants are automatically immune to all gain-of-function viruses created in laboratories and cannot catch them, spread them, or even just be carriers of them. How convenient for the drug-running, human trafficking, vote stealing Biden Regime and the Fauci Flu cult.
20 Million illegal immigrants poured into America untested while all Americans were tortured with lockdowns, social distancing, masks and forced vaccination
There was no infectious disease testing at the southern U.S. border during the 4 long years of the plandemic. Ask yourself, why is that? If the Wuhan virus was so dangerous and could be spread by aerosol particles flying through the air when people simply talk or sing without a face diaper on, then why didn’t it matter at all that 20 million homeless people crossed the border illegally and invaded every city and town across the United States unchecked?
How could the Vaccine Cult of America blame the fully unvaccinated Americans, who enjoy natural immunity and mostly take immune-boosting supplements, for spreading the “deadly virus” when thousands of people in every city and town just wandered in from South America and Mexico with no vaccines given at all? Let that sink in.
Covid-19 was so serious that the border was left wide open for 4 years, while every American was supposed to be ultra-cautious about everything they did, including using antibacterial soap and wipes and sprays, and disinfectants all over every surface, and students with plastic shield barriers erected around their desks, and nobody could touch your cash money at the stores, and restaurants were limited on how many patrons could dine at once.
Covid-19 was so deadly that the Biden Regime didn’t care about illegal immigrants wandering right into our country from other countries that weren’t even enforcing these insane mandates and protocols. Why? Simple answer. Covid was a scamdemic to get everyone vaccinated with the deadliest injections ever created, and to take control of the populace by removing all of their medical and personal freedoms. It was also all about fixing the 2020 election and the 2024 election with fake and falsified mail-in ballots, but luckily America woke up (pardon the pun) in time to save the Republic.

Exposed: How U.S. tax dollars funded bioweapons research and COVID-19’s origins
In a shocking revelation that should send chills down the spine of every American, new evidence has emerged showing that U.S. taxpayer dollars were funneled through USAID to fund gain-of-function research on coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology—research that likely led to the creation of COVID-19. This scandal, which implicates not only USAID but also the CIA, raises grave questions about the integrity of our government and the misuse of public funds for dangerous and unethical purposes.
USAID: A CIA front for global manipulation
USAID, the United States Agency for International Development, has long been touted as a humanitarian organization dedicated to alleviating poverty and promoting global development. However, its history is riddled with allegations of serving as a front for CIA operations. Former USAID Director John Gilligan once admitted that the agency was “infiltrated from top to bottom with CIA people,” stating, “the idea was to plant operatives in every kind of activity we had overseas: government, volunteer, religious, every kind.”
This infiltration has allowed USAID to operate as a covert arm of U.S. intelligence, funding projects that align with geopolitical objectives rather than genuine humanitarian needs. For example, in 2013, a U.S. cable published by WikiLeaks revealed a strategy to undermine Venezuela’s government through USAID by "penetrating Chavez’s political base," "dividing Chavismo," and "isolating Chavez internationally." Similarly, in 2014, the Associated Press exposed USAID’s funding of a Twitter-like platform designed to incite rebellion in Cuba. These actions are not the work of a benign aid organization but of a shadowy entity with a history of destabilizing foreign governments.
The EcoHealth Alliance connection: Funding bioweapons research
From 2009 to 2019, USAID partnered with EcoHealth Alliance, a nonprofit organization, on the PREDICT program. This initiative identified 1,200 new viruses, trained 5,000 people globally in disease detection, and enhanced 60 research labs worldwide. While this may sound like a noble effort to combat pandemics, the reality is far more sinister. According to whistleblowers, this partnership provided the CIA with a direct channel to embed human assets within biological research facilities in exchange for funding and technology transfers.
Dr. Andrew Huff, a former Vice President at EcoHealth Alliance, has publicly revealed Dr. Peter Daszak’s alleged ties to the CIA. This connection raises alarming questions about the true purpose of the research conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Was this a legitimate scientific endeavor, or was it a covert operation to develop bioweapons under the guise of public health?
The evidence suggests the latter. In 2022, the FBI and the Department of Energy concluded that COVID-19 most likely originated from a lab leak in Wuhan. A senior-level CIA officer has since testified that the agency attempted to pay off six analysts who supported this conclusion, offering them “significant monetary incentives” to change their position and claim that the virus jumped from animals to humans. This brazen attempt to suppress the truth underscores the lengths to which our government has gone to conceal its role in this global catastrophe.
A history of misuse: USAID’s dark legacy
USAID’s involvement in bioweapons research is not an isolated incident but part of a broader pattern of misuse. The agency has been linked to coups in Haiti, Ukraine, Egypt and other nations, often under the pretext of promoting democracy or humanitarian aid. Its $50 billion annual budget and operations in over 100 countries make it a powerful tool for advancing U.S. interests—often at the expense of ethical considerations.

Judge grants preliminary injunction blocking California’s new election deepfake ban: “The law likely violates First Amendment”
A new California law allowing any person to sue for damages over election deepfakes has been put on pause after a federal judge granted a preliminary injunction blocking it.
The law – Assembly Bill 2839 – allowed any person to sue distributors of artificial intelligence-generated deepfakes within 120 days of an election and up to 60 days after if the perpetrator's post resembled a political candidate.
United States District Judge John A. Mendez said AI and deepfakes pose significant risks, but he ruled that the law likely violates the First Amendment.
"Most of A.B. 2839 acts as a hammer instead of a scalpel, serving as a blunt tool that hinders humorous expression and unconstitutionally stifles the free and unfettered exchange of ideas which is so vital to American democratic debate," Mendez wrote.
The law took effect immediately after California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed it. The Democrat signed two other bills at the time aimed at cracking down on the use of AI to create false images or videos in political ads ahead of the 2024 election. They are among the toughest laws of their kind in the nation.
The decision comes from a case involving Christopher Kohls, known as "Mr Reagan" on X. He created a controversial AI-altered campaign video back in July mocking Vice President Kamala Harris. This video went viral and was even shared by X owner Elon Musk.
A lawyer representing Kohls filed a lawsuit against California Attorney General Rob Bonta and Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber to block the new law a day after Newsom signed it into law.
Judge: Fear of digitally manipulated media does not give California the right to suppress free speech
Existing laws only prohibit the distribution of materially deceptive audio or visual media of a candidate within 60 days of an election. The new law expands the ban to 120 days before an election in California and, in some cases, 60 days after an election is held.
Newsom also signed two other laws aimed at taking down political AI deepfakes on the same day, though they won't be in effect until January. The law allows California judges to order distributors of AI deepfakes to take them down or potentially face monetary penalties.
Mendez said Kohls is "likely to succeed on his state constitutional claim" and granted the motion for a preliminary injunction on Oct. 2. Mendez agreed with Kohls' lawyer that the AI deepfake of Harris was merely "satire" that should be protected by the First Amendment.
"While a well-founded fear of a digitally manipulated media landscape may be justified, this fear does not give legislators unbridled license to bulldoze over the longstanding tradition of critique, parody and satire protected by the First Amendment," said Mendez
Izzy Gardon, a spokesperson for Newsom, said the laws protect democracy and preserve free speech.
"We're confident the courts will uphold the state's ability to regulate these types of dangerous and misleading deepfakes," he said in a statement. "Satire remains alive and well in California – even for those who miss the punchline."

Argentina shakes up global health, WITHDRAWS from the globalist World Health Organization
Argentinian President Javier Milei has ordered the withdrawal of Argentina from the World Health Organization (WHO), marking a significant shift in global health policy.
Milei, known for his libertarian views and strong stance on national sovereignty, instructed Foreign Minister Gerardo Werthein to formally withdraw Argentina's participation in the global health body. This aligns with earlier actions taken by U.S. President Donald Trump, highlighting a broader trend among nations to reassess their commitments to international bodies.
Manuel Adorni, spokesman for the Argentinian president's office, said the decision from Buenos Aires was driven by "profound differences regarding health management." He emphasized that the WHO's policies and recommendations during the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which included extensive lockdowns, caused significant economic damage to Argentina. The country endured one of the longest and most stringent lockdowns globally, which many critics argue stifled economic activity and disproportionately affected the most vulnerable populations.
Adorni further elaborated on the lack of independence within the WHO, suggesting that the organization's decisions are often swayed by the political agendas of powerful member states. This critique aligns with a broader skepticism of supranational organizations, which are seen by some as overstepping their bounds and infringing on national sovereignty.
The presidential spokesman nevertheless assured the public that Buenos Aires' withdrawal from the WHO would not result in any loss of funds or a decline in health service quality. He argued that this move would provide "greater flexibility to implement policies" tailored to the country's specific needs and "greater availability of resources" for domestic health initiatives.
The parallels with Washington's withdrawal from the WHO are unmistakable. Trump criticized the global health body for mishandling the COVID-19 pandemic and alleged that the organization was unduly influenced by China. Trump's executive order to withdraw the U.S. from the WHO cited "unfairly onerous" payments and a lack of independence from political influence.
Argentina's withdrawal shows its commitment to national sovereignty and self-determination
The Argentinian government's statement highlighted that the South American nation does not receive financing from the WHO for health management, further justifying the decision. "It reaffirms our path towards a country with sovereignty also in health matters," Adorni concluded.
Argentina's decision is part of a broader trend in the region, where several countries are adopting policies that echo Trump's rhetoric on border security, trade and migration control. For instance, Argentina's Ministry of National Security has announced plans to reinforce the border with Bolivia by erecting a 200-meter fence to combat drug trafficking.
Similarly, Ecuador has imposed a 27 percent tariff on Mexican goods to protect its domestic producers, and El Salvador has offered to imprison convicted criminals deported from the U.S. in exchange for a fee, aiming to make its prison system more sustainable.
The withdrawal of Argentina from the WHO raises critical questions about the future of international health cooperation and the role of supranational organizations in global governance. Despite opposition, advocates see these actions as a necessary step towards reclaiming national sovereignty and ensuring that health policies are aligned with local needs and values. For now, Argentina's bold step serves as a testament to the growing skepticism of international bodies and the desire for more localized control over health and governance.

The implications of this scandal are staggering. Not only has our government used taxpayer dollars to fund dangerous research that may have caused a global pandemic, but it has also lied to the American people about the origins of COVID-19. This deception has cost millions of lives and shattered public trust in our institutions.
Why this matters today
The revelations about USAID and EcoHealth Alliance are not just a historical footnote; they are a wake-up call for all Americans. If our government is willing to fund bioweapons research and cover up its role in a global pandemic, what other atrocities are being committed in our name? This scandal highlights the urgent need for transparency, accountability and a complete overhaul of how our tax dollars are spent.
As former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe told Congress, “a lab leak is the only explanation credibly supported by our intelligence, by science and by common sense.” The American people deserve to know the truth about COVID-19’s origins and the role our government played in this tragedy. It is time to hold those responsible accountable and ensure that such a betrayal of public trust never happens again.
The stakes could not be higher. If we fail to act, we risk not only another pandemic but the erosion of the very principles upon which our nation was founded. The truth must come to light—no matter how uncomfortable or inconvenient it may be.

New data from New Zealand confirms COVID-19 vaccines significantly increase all-cause mortality
New data from New Zealand shows that the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine significantly increases a vaccinated individual's risk of dying.
Data from Health New Zealand, the main public health government body in the country, indicates that 85.5 percent of New Zealanders over the age of 12 are fully vaccinated, and significant portions of New Zealand society have also received first and second rounds of booster vaccinations.
The data presented by Health New Zealand does not warn of the increased risk of all-cause mortality. Instead, the government webpage that provides data on COVID-19 vaccinations only has a one-paragraph reminder that the COVID-19 vaccine may cause "usually mild" side effects.
"Like all medicines, the COVID-19 vaccine may cause side effects in some people," Health New Zealand warned. "These are common, are usually mild, don't last long, and won't stop people from having the second dose or going about daily life. Serious allergic reactions do occur but are extremely rare."
Researcher Steve Kirsch and his team analyzed the data using methodology used by governments around the world. Through this investigation, he notes that it has become very clear that the COVID-19 vaccines are causing all-cause mortality to increase.
"When seasonal mortality is strongly declining, the mortality of the vaccinated is increasing. When seasonal mortality is strongly increasing, the mortality of the vaccinated is increasing even more," wrote Kirsch on his Substack blog. "In short, if you chose to get vaccinated, your mortality increased. The mortality increase happened every time you got a shot. It's crystal clear."
COVID-19 vaccines reason for spike in all-cause mortality in New Zealand
According to the data, when the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines began in New Zealand, all-cause mortality in New Zealand increased from its baseline by 11.8 percent.
Kirsch noted that the New Zealand government told the public that deaths were up at the time because the population grew, which is technically accurate.
"But they deliberately misled the public because the deaths per capita (which is what matters) increased," wrote Kirsch. "So even though the population increased, deaths increased even more."
In 2020, the number of deaths per 100,000 was 639. In 2021, that number rose to 682.7 deaths per 100,000 people, and by 2022 it surged even more to 748 deaths per 100,000 – a per-capita death rate not seen in over two decades.
"When they deliberately deceive the people like this and the press lets them get away with it, it is an indicator of a very high level of corruption," warned Kirsch, who lamented the lack of transparency regarding the COVID-19 vaccines in New Zealand.
"The entire system is corrupt and bought off … there isn't any transparency of public health data," he continued. "This should make everyone furious. Every mainstream media outlet should be calling for … transparency so that the public learns the truth about the vaccines. But they are all silent. There is absolutely no excuse for public health authorities not providing this."

The FDA’s double-edged sword: A century of controversy and influence
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), one of the most influential agencies in the United States, has a storied history that spans over a century. Today, the FDA stands at the intersection of science, politics and business, tasked with ensuring the safety and efficacy of the products that touch nearly every aspect of American life. From the food on the plates to the medications in the medicine cabinets, the FDA's role is both critical and complex. But beneath the surface of its reassuring seal lies a world of intricate challenges and controversies.
In 1906, the FDA was born out of public outcry following Upton Sinclair's expose of the meatpacking industry in "The Jungle." This led to the passage of the Pure Food and Drug Act, the first major legislation aimed at regulating the safety of food and drugs. However, the act was riddled with loopholes and did little to curb widespread fraud and dangerous practices.
It wasn't until 1937, when the Massengill Company's "Elixir Sulfanilamide" caused a mass poisoning, killing over 100 people — mostly children — that Congress passed the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. This act established the modern framework for the FDA, requiring drug manufacturers to prove the safety of their products before they could be sold.
Today, the FDA oversees approximately one-quarter of the U.S. economy, regulating everything from pet food to pacemakers and from lipstick to lettuce. Its power and influence have grown exponentially, driven by public health crises, political pressure and scientific advancements. Behind the scenes, the FDA is staffed by a corps of dedicated scientists, doctors and reviewers. However, their role is not just scientific; they are also bureaucrats and politicians, and sometimes they are caught in the running battles between the FDA and Big Pharma and Big Food.
One of the most controversial aspects of the FDA's history is its handling of drug approvals. For instance, the diabetes drug Rezulin, approved in 1997, despite warnings about its potential to cause liver toxicity, was linked to over 60 deaths three years later, leading to its withdrawal from the market.
Fran Hawthorne, in her book "Inside the FDA: The Business and Politics Behind the Drugs We Take and the Food We Eat," highlights how the concerns of FDA scientists were often dismissed or even punished, raising questions about the agency's internal dynamics and the influence of industry pressures.
Another notable case is Erbitux, a cancer drug that became a political football. The FDA initially rejected Erbitux, citing insufficient data, but this decision was met with fierce criticism from Congress and the drug's manufacturer, ImClone. The agency's subsequent decision to transfer the review of Erbitux to a different center, perceived as more industry-friendly, raised suspicions of political influence and industry pressure.
The pharmaceutical industry's influence on the FDA is a recurring theme. The industry wields significant power through lobbying, funding patient advocacy groups and user fees that help fund the FDA's operations. The "revolving door" phenomenon, where FDA officials move between the agency and the industry, further complicates the relationship. Critics argue that this relationship can lead to conflicts of interest and undermine the FDA's impartiality.
One of the most transformative changes in the FDA's landscape was the 1997 decision to allow direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising of prescription drugs. This move has had a profound impact on how Americans perceive and use medications. DTC ads are often criticized for being overly persuasive and misleading, promising miracle cures while downplaying side effects. Critics argue that DTC advertising turns medicine into a commodity, manipulates consumers and drives up healthcare costs. However, proponents contend that it empowers patients by providing information and encouraging them to seek medical care.

As the world grapples with the ongoing impact of COVID-19, Shan's testimony serves as a stark reminder of the dangers posed by biological warfare. It calls for a concerted effort by the international community to uncover the truth and hold those responsible accountable. The stakes are high, and the implications of these allegations are profound, potentially reshaping our understanding of the pandemic and its origins.
In the words of Shan Chao, "I want people to realize it." The truth, however uncomfortable, must be brought to light to prevent future atrocities and ensure that justice is served.

Dr. Trebing’s “Good-bye Germ Theory” ignites debate on vaccines, disease and modern medicine
Dr. William P. Trebing challenges the foundational principles of modern medicine, arguing that the widely accepted germ theory of disease is a "century-old fraud." His work, "Good-bye Germ Theory: Ending a Century of Medical Fraud and How to Protect Your Family," asserts that diseases are not caused by external pathogens but are instead the body’s natural detoxification processes.
Published back in 2006, the book has ignited fierce debate among medical professionals and the public, raising questions about the efficacy and safety of vaccines, antibiotics and other mainstream treatments.
Trebing, a controversial figure in alternative health circles, contends that symptoms like fever, coughing and rashes are not signs of illness but rather the body’s attempts to heal itself. Instead of confronting these signs head on, modern medicine has labeled this "detoxification" process as signs of disease.
The body's natural processes are then suppressed with chemicals that prevent detoxification, leading to chronic illnesses. This perspective, while unconventional, taps into growing skepticism about the pharmaceutical industry and its influence on public health.
The book’s most contentious claims center on vaccines, which Trebing describes as not just ineffective, but downright dangerous. He points out that most vaccines today contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde, mercury and aluminum, which he links to rising rates of autism, neurological disorders and autoimmune conditions.
All of these combined with the forced vaccination of children leads them to become more likely to suffer from asthma, allergies and chronic illnesses.
Trebing also challenges the historical narrative that vaccines eradicated diseases like polio and measles. He claims these illnesses were already in decline due to improved sanitation, better nutrition and higher-quality living conditions.
The medical establishment has largely dismissed Trebing’s claims. Dr. Emily Carter, an infectious disease specialist at Johns Hopkins University, called the book "dangerously misleading."
"Germ theory is the cornerstone of modern medicine," she said. "Vaccines have saved millions of lives, and dismissing them undermines public health efforts."
Despite the backlash, Trebing's ideas resonate with a growing segment of the population disillusioned with conventional medicine. His call for a return to natural health practices – clean eating, stress reduction and toxin avoidance – has found an audience among those seeking alternatives to pharmaceuticals.
The debate over germ theory is not new. In the 19th century, Louis Pasteur’s germ theory clashed with Antoine Béchamp’s "terrain theory," which emphasized the body’s internal environment over external pathogens. Trebing's work revives this centuries-old dispute, framing it in the context of modern health crises.
As the book gains traction, it raises critical questions about the future of medicine and public health. Are vaccines a medical miracle or a profit-driven enterprise? Is disease an external invasion or an internal process? While the answers remain contested, Trebing’s work ensures that these questions will remain at the forefront of public discourse.
For now, "Good-bye Germ Theory" serves as a rallying cry for those questioning the status quo. Whether it sparks a revolution in health practices or fades into obscurity, its impact on the conversation about disease and medicine is undeniable.

RFK Jr. campaign ad calls on Americans to VOTE FOR TRUMP and “finish the story”
The campaign team of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK Jr.), who suspended his presidential candidacy in August, has released a new advertisement urging Americans to vote for former President Donald Trump on Election Day.
Nicole Shanahan, the independent candidate's running mate, released this ad in an Aug. 31 post on X. "Finish the story," she captioned, pointing to the legacy first established by the late President John F. Kennedy (JFK) and the late former U.S. Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy Sr. (RFK Sr.) – RFK Jr.'s uncle and father. This legacy, which began decades ago, would hopefully be continued by Trump.
The almost four-minute advertisement showed "a striking visual journey through American history," according to YourNews. It commenced with archival footage of the late former President Dwight D. Eisenhower, who warned about the growing influence of the so-called "military-industrial complex."
It then showed iconic clips of JFK delivering inspirational speeches that called for unity and hope in America – which were juxtaposed with his 1963 assassination in Dallas at the hands of Lee Harvey Oswald. The ad also showcased RFK Sr.'s rise as a beacon of hope, with the then-U.S. senator for New York running for the Democratic nomination. But just like his brother, RFK Sr.'s life was cut short when Sirhan Sirhan assassinated him in 1968.
The ad showed a young RFK Jr. in a poignant moment at his father's funeral, mourning the loss of RFK Sr. – a champion for civil rights and social justice. It then transitioned to the present, with RFK Jr. standing alongside Trump during the latter's campaign rally in Phoenix. RFK Jr. publicly declared his support for the real estate mogul's 2024 presidential bid.
"Throughout the ad, the music playing is 'The Chain' by Fleetwood Mac, a haunting melody with the refrain: 'You would never break the chain,' symbolizing the enduring legacy and the connection between the Kennedys and Trump," YourNews noted.
Arama: Voting for Trump FINISHES THE STORY
Shanahan followed up the Aug. 31 post with a meme on Sept. 1. The image she posted featured the elder Kennedy brothers on top with the caption "They started it," while the bottom image featured RFK Jr. and Trump with the caption "They'll finish it." According to YourNews, the meme emphasizes "the idea that Trump's presidency could be the fulfillment of the Kennedy vision."
Another ad released by the RFK Jr. campaign with Shanahan at the helm imitated pharmaceutical commercials. In the aforementioned ad, "independence" was humorously prescribed as a cure for "Trump Derangement Syndrome" – further pushing the narrative of breaking free from traditional political allegiances. It also referenced RFK Jr.'s opposition to Big Pharma, which makes use of its close government ties to further its interests.
Red State contributor Nick Arama commented on the new ad in a Sept. 1 piece for the outlet. According to him, the ad – which now boasts more than three million views – has been described as "very compelling by many." Arama also noted the stark difference between the Democrats of today and the Democrats of the past.
"Now historically, my family was critical of JFK and RFK Sr. because they were flawed people and they had flawed policies as Democrats. But it's astonishing to think now, in today's politics, JFK probably would be considered center-right for what he thought and how he fought communism."
Arama further expounded that despite RFK Jr. and Trump's differences and disagreements in politics, both men are in the same boat on one major issue – "the need to fight the powers that would seek to control us and undermine our constitutional freedoms."
He concluded: "Upending the Democrats' authoritarianism and protecting our freedoms with Trump in office would be a great way to "finish the story.'
