It’s hard to overstate just how deep this rabbit hole goes. The financial documents behind this project clearly show that USAID, US State Department, the EU, the UK, France, George Soros, and others were driving much of our so-called "reform" agenda from 2014 onwards.
Every time you see the word "public," read it as "non-profit" or "NGO."

Many left-wing mortgages are entirely dependent on poor social cohesion—thriving on the cycle of dysfunction, funding, and manufactured crises. It's not the abolition or even the consolidation of county councils that was the real issue — the problem lies in the undemocratic, semi-state, nonprofit bureaucracy that replaced many previously elected councillors in each county.
