At a time when the blazes of the strikes have surrounded them, and the bitter taste of loss embodied them..
At a time when the waves of displacement are renewed, after a very brief sense of relief that they managed to get..
At a time where they face trials through the loss of their families and wealth, and they are confronted with severe hardship..
The following are the most important ongoing projects, listed in addition to the value of one unit, or a share, of each (in USD):
1. Potable water provision (general: 50$/cubic meter; with containers: 30$/gallon)
2. Distributing meals of rice dishes or similar (10$/meal)
3. Cooking stoves that don't rely on gas (50$/unit)

7. Orphan sponsorship (120$/person)
8. Setting up water wells (300$/share)

Prices are approximate, and include any cuts or commission, and there are means for taking in contributions from any location by the will of Allah.

A: The money is sent straight to Gaza, via available means, then used to purchase what is available within the Strip.

This is a means of seeking closeness to Allah, and spending in the month of charity, to help those fasting break their fasts, to aid those in need, to support those who work for the community, and to fulfill the obligations of Zakah and the assistance with what is in your capacity (wealth).
The following are the most important ongoing projects, listed in addition to the value of one share of each (in USD):
1. Iftar for the fasting one (10$)
2. Providing 1000L/1 cubic meter of water (50$)
3. Distributing dates per box (30$)
4. Generic vouchers/gift cards (50$)
5. Veg baskets (25$)
6. Chicken distribution (10$)

8. Sponsoring Quranic circles/halaqat (250$)
9. Supporting community workers (300$)

In the name of Allah, and upon His blessings, we launch our third fundraiser: winter appeal, in support of Gaza, in aid to the Muslims, and in the cause of this Ummah and the religion.
The aim is to provide shelter for the refugees from the rain, and warmth for the children from the cold of the winter season. We also aim to feed the hungry children, provide cover for our honored sisters, and to wipe the tear of despair off the face of the elderly.
The following are the most important projects through which a Muslim can support his Gazan brother:
1. Winter clothing distribution
2. Repair of worn out tents, and distribution of protective tent covers.
3. Distribution of blankets and duvets
4. Distribution of firewood for heating and cooking

In addition to the aid projects that were previously announced, we seek assistance from Allah in announcing projects that will be set up north of the Gaza strip specifically, and on a larger-scale, to accommodate for the current state of affairs..
The following are the possible support opportunities available at the moment:
1- Cash aid, as families usually leave most things behind when they flee or seek refuge somewhere else, and prices go up every day.
2- Water tanker trucks, what is meant here is that their high costs will be covered, and then sent to certain areas (from within the northern region itself).
3- Purchasing of firewood and distributing it amongst the communities.
4- Distributing clothes, especially amongst refugees and those whom have fled their homes without any item. Contrary to the southern region, clothes and cleaning accessories are available in the north, but the need lies within the ability of the people to purchase them.
5- The most important, and the most difficult in operating: food distribution stops, in the areas where the enemy's vehicles have not yet targeted, nor has its barbaric bombing campaign reached.

In the name of Allah we announce the launch of the second campaign, which is an opportunity for every Muslim to fulfil their duty and perform their role in supporting (the oppressed in Gaza), and prior to anything it is an embodiment of the feeling of the Ummah being one body.
Al-Mirqaah Academy, which I was a student at before the war, and its benefit had widespread across the strip and generated - what our elders called it - a knowledge renaissance, and today its people are performing the obligation of the current time, which is represented by relieving the afflicted, feeding the hungry, sponsoring the orphans and the families of detainees, building prayer rooms - after the mosques have been struck -, and preserving the foundations of education after the schools were destroyed by setting up educational circles, and a full school in Mawasi Khan Yunis, with pupils and teachers...
- The following are the major ongoing projects, with some comments to follow:
1. Water provision
Price of one unit (1000 liters) is $50 (usd)
2. Veg basket distribution
Price of one basket is $25
3. Public food distribution (in "takiyyaat", a term given for freshly cooked food providers in public places)
Price of one pot in the north is $300
In the south it is $200
4. Monetary aid
For one family $120 is given
5. Sponsoring the families of prisoners and detainees
$250/month
6. Sponsoring Qur'anic circles
$250 for a male/female instructor and the activities of the circles
7. Educational rooms set up
$2500 per room
8. Set up of prayer rooms

1. It is not necessary to contribute a full amount for any project, for rain only forms from a collection of drops, and one small contribution can go a long way.
2. The market situation is not stable, so in any given day the prices can spike up or go down, therefore those values are approximations.
3. All of the money raised is collected together, then those managing the projects distribute it based on necessities, although the option to dedicate a donation to a specific cause is available and preferred, especially in the case of sponsorships.
4. Q: How does the aid get through when the crossing is closed?
A: The aid does not get through from outside the strip, instead the money is sent either directly to the strip, or indirectly through volunteers in other countries, then it is used to purchase whatever is available, although the availability is limited the expenses are higher than normal.
5. The price tags include the commission exchange desks take when they give the money in cash, so there is no need to send additional money to cover exchange charges.
6. Donations can be sent from all countries by the will of Allah, and the donor is only required to inform us of the country they wish to transfer the sum from so that we could direct them to the most appropriate method of transfer.
7. The person responsible for the campaign is Shaykh Hasan Hellis (admin of the academy), and I am only volunteering to share it across and respond to any enquiries. May Allah bless him and be pleased with him.
