Justice Denied: Kunj Patel MUST face Prison and Deportation for the Death of Tyler Matthew-Burnes
On New Year’s Eve 2023, Tyler Matthew-Burnes, a young father, was killed in a senseless and avoidable crash caused by rideshare driver Kunj Patel, who recklessly turned into oncoming traffic in North Adelaide. Despite the clear and fatal consequence of his actions, Patel has been spared jail—a decision that has rightly sparked outrage among the South Australian public.
Instead of serving time behind bars, Patel received a four-year home detention sentence and a 10-year driving ban. This outcome makes a mockery of justice. An Australian has lost his life. A child has lost their father. And yet, the foreigner responsible will sleep in their own bed tonight.
This is not just a failure of sentencing—it is a betrayal of our most basic standards of accountability and public safety by our anti-White system!
Patel’s actions led directly to the death of an innocent man. To treat such negligence without a custodial penalty is a betrayal.
Kunj Patel must be deported. Foreigners who cause death through reckless actions must be removed. Our laws must protect citizens, not shield aliens who endanger them.
We demand the DPP to appeal the sentence and Home Affairs to revoke Patel’s visa.
We demand justice for Tyler!
