Members of Central California Active Club got together for a training session and baseline check.
Our bodies are a living testament to our discipline or lack of it. Physical discipline is easier than moral and spiritual discipline. You cannot expect a man who cannot control his urges, who cannot compel his flesh to struggle with iron, to be able to make great sacrifices for abstract causes.
Great men are not made by a single resplendent action, they are made one act of self denial at a time. They are built one rep at a time.

While many choose to waste their lives away one afternoon at a time with mind-rotting video games, fast food runs, and pornography, men of action choose to sharpen themselves, learn new skills and commit old skills to muscle memory.
Such is the only way which we will ever see improvement in our lives and communities.
