Tucker Carlson and Texas AG Ken Paxton discussed how George Soros-funded district attorneys (DAs) now control 70% of Texas, contributing to the rise of cartel activity.
Paxton highlighted that the cartels, including those involved in child prostitution, have expanded significantly due to Soros-backed DAs in major cities like Austin, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. Soros reportedly targeted and replaced DAs who were actively prosecuting crimes, especially in Democratic counties, where Republicans struggled to win elections.
Paxton criticized the state legislature for not intervening, allowing crime rates to soar and giving cartels an opportunity to thrive without significant legal opposition.

JUST IN: Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said Ukraine should be granted the security of NATO without the actual membership in the military alliance.
Speaking on the sidelines of a European Union leaders’ meeting in Brussels on Thursday, she said “we need to think about more durable solutions” than sending European peacekeeping troops to Ukraine.
Extending the provision of NATO’s Article 5 — the collective defense clause that commits members to protect each other — would be much more effective, she said.
The proposal comes as European leaders are seeking ways to shore up Kyiv as the administration of President Donald Trump pushes for a rapid end to the three-year war. US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth last month ruled out Ukraine’s NATO membership.
