There is a war inside of you.
Not in the world—
But deep within your own psyche.
Within the vast field of your consciousness.
Two gods reside there.
Jesus and Satan.
Symbols of your higher and lower self.
A battle between light and shadow,
Creation and destruction,
Order and chaos.
This is not a war to be won by one side.

My life used to be a mess. I was smoking weed every day, drinking, just living like the typical 18-year-old UK lad. I wasn’t thinking about the future, just going with the flow. Then one day, I woke up. I started to realise how powerful the mind is.
I looked at what I was feeding my consciousness. The music I was listening to was all about drugs, sex, and meaningless pleasure. And that’s exactly what my life reflected. So I made a change. I cut out the music and started listening to affirmations every single morning, all day long. Two simple phrases. I am free. I am abundant.
At first, it felt like nothing was happening. But the more I repeated them, the more they sank into my subconscious. I started to believe I was free of everything holding me back. I started to see abundance in every part of my life. Spiritually, emotionally, physically, financially.
People told me I was just trying to speak something into existence. But it was never about that. The truth is, your consciousness is always mirroring itself in your outside world. Change your mind, and your reality starts to shift with it. That’s exactly what happened to me.
If you take anything from this, let it be this. Use affirmations. Install the right words into your subconscious. Shape your mind and you will shape your life.

How do you find your soul?
Ask yourself this—who is the one suffering?
When negative thoughts consume you, who feels the pain?
When life changes, when loss shakes you, who is the one struggling?
It’s not your body.
It’s not just your mind.
The mind creates the suffering, but it is the soul that feels it.
The soul cannot be explained.
It transcends language, time, and thought.
It can only be found in silence, beyond the noise of the mind.
Look within.
Find the light that has always been there.
The soul is not taught.
It is experienced.

When that moment comes, will we look back and wonder… why did I hold on so tightly? Why didn’t I allow myself to be free, to detach from the weight of things that never truly mattered?
I remind myself of this often. Not to be careless, but to care less about the illusions that keep us trapped in suffering. It’s not always easy—we all get caught up in life—but when emotions start pulling you too deep, take a step back and remember: none of this is permanent.
I’m not perfect, and none of us are. Just sharing a thought that might help. Wishing you all an amazing day.

They want you to believe that all that exists is the material plane, keeping you enslaved to the limitations of the physical world. Their models—whether it’s the atom, evolution, or the solar system—are all meant to reinforce this illusion.
But the truth is, when you leave this physical body, what remains is your consciousness. You will exist in the realm of imagination, the astral plane, where mind is free from the constraints of matter. Understanding this now allows you to awaken, reclaim your creative power, and break free from the illusion.
