As some of you will be aware our first year's accounts are a little late getting to companies House this is not unusual with new businesses, however I would like to say that our end was with our accountant within the time.
For the last 9 months we have been working with a team of solicitors both business and land experts, in order to ensure the best legal and safest way to move forward with the club and business. It should be apparent that any organisation that goes against the current government narrative could well become victim of Lawfare.
With this in mind, and to ensure that the land we have purchased and will purchase in future is safe and can not be taken, combined with keeping our members details as protected as possible our solicitors have worked out the best possible route. This has taken some time and the accounts have been held back until all paperwork can be lodged.
