DAVID SACKS: “Zelenskyy has made his bed, let him sleep in it.”
David Sacks just dropped a nuke on Ukrainian President Zelensky, calling him the single biggest obstacle to ending the war.
According to Sacks, Zelensky isn’t just stubborn—he’s detached from reality and disrespecting the very people keeping him afloat.
Sacks said the pattern is obvious: unrealistic on the war, unrealistic about Crimea, and blind to the fact that Ukraine’s survival depends on outside support.
Then came the hammer:

“The basic problem is that Zelensky doesn’t want to make a deal. I mean, he has rebuffed the Americans on Crimea, which should be the easiest point to give on.”
According to Sacks, Zelensky isn’t just stubborn—he’s detached from reality and disrespecting the very people keeping him afloat.
“He’s been completely unrealistic about their prospects on the battlefield. He was insulting to the White House when he visited the White House in his T-shirt or whatever. He was dressed inappropriately.”
“He was insulting to the president and especially the vice president. He murmured under his breath a curse word to the vice president. Remember that?”
“And remember, he’s biting the hand that feeds him. I mean, he has an obligation, I think, to be respectful to his patrons in a way that his patrons may not have to be to him.”
Sacks said the pattern is obvious: unrealistic on the war, unrealistic about Crimea, and blind to the fact that Ukraine’s survival depends on outside support.
“And he has demonstrated, I think, that he’s unrealistic in every possible way. He’s unrealistic about Ukrainian prospects on the battlefield, about retaking Crimea, and about who the hand is that feeds him.”
Then came the hammer:
“So my view on this is quite simple, which is if Zelensky won’t see reality, let him find new patrons. Let Starmer and Macron support him.”
And he ended with a brutal but honest knockout:
“My point is Zelensky has made his bed. Let him sleep in it.”

🇷🇺🇳🇬Gateway to Africa: new Russia-Nigeria trade route set to SHAKE UP global trade
Russia’s trade mission in Nigeria has announced the launch of a new logistical route that will connect Russia, Africa, and even North and South America, and cut container shipping delivery costs by up to half.
🌍 Here’s how the new route can seriously reshape the regional economic and strategic balance.
🔴The roughly 5,350 nautical mile (9890 km) route originates in the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk, running south and west through the Mediterranean, past Gibraltar and around and down the west coast of Africa.
🔴The first sea voyage from Novorossiysk to Lagos is scheduled for May 15.
🔴The previously existing rate for container delivery of 8-9 thousand dollars will be reduced by almost half.
🚢 Logistical management
🔴The new route is managed by A7 African Cargo Line, a Russian freight transport specialist.
🔴In the first stage, the route will operate two chartered 700-TEU container ships (freight capacity: 700 standard 20-foot containers).
🔴The route will facilitate exports of Russian foodstuffs, machinery and transportation equipment to Nigeria, and imports of cotton from Mali, a top regional producer.
🔴In the future, it’s expected to extend to Senegal’s strategic Dakar port.
🤝 Strategic significance
🔴The route will strengthen Russia’s economic and strategic cooperation with West Africa.
🔴Nigeria is now a BRICS partner, while the Alliance of Sahel States (Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso) has sought closer ties with Russia after kicking out the French.
