I’ve been very poorly lately. Behind the scenes, I’ve been deep in my own healing, physically, emotionally, spiritually. This blog is raw. It’s honest. It’s the truth of what’s been moving through me these past few weeks. I’m not above the work, I’m in it too. And I’m sharing this because I know someone out there needs to hear it. You’re not alone. We're in an era where external validation is louder than inner knowing.
Selfies capture the mask, we forgot to look underneath.We scroll through curated highlights of other people’s lives, but avoid sitting in silence with our own soul.
The real glow-up?
Isn’t the filter. It’s the shadow work.
It’s crying on your bathroom floor and finally choosing to break the cycle. It’s understanding your trauma, calling back your power, and remembering who the fuck you are.
The phone won’t save you.
The likes won’t heal you.
Only you will.

Had the best day teaching my very first in-person Doula course at Missenden Abbey! Utterly blown away by my students. Day one is inner work and healing. Not an easy topic to cover but man they are going deep! Love my work, love the people in my life, love the journey and love my calling xx
