⬆️I love Tommy John. I don’t agree AT ALL with everything he believes and shares, but I love his spirit and his unique take on health, his enthusiasm.
We’re not meant to agree on everything. That would be boring beyond belief. We’re meant to take each other as we are, find the diamond people out there and hang on to them. The quirkier the better if you ask me.
Break the parameters we’re told are “normal.” TJ is certainly consistent in this regard. 😁

Not a day goes by that I don’t feel deep gratitude for my work. I love making movies that bring positive change to the world. But nothing compares to being a father. Watching my two boys grow has been the most rewarding experience of my life—and it just keeps getting better!
My oldest son, Azai (13), is now composing his own music and creating his own short films. From the moment he was born, he has been an absolute blessing. He’s one of the kindest, most loving souls I’ve ever known.
Last year, he entered a national entrepreneurial contest—and won! With the grant money he received, he brought this important short film to life.
If you’re a parent, I know you’ll appreciate its message. And if you’re not, this film just might be for you. It certainly made me rethink my own screen habits.
For the love of our children and their future, please share this powerful little movie far and wide!

When did the word, “fucking” hijack the English language? They had to go and destroy a perfectly good language and program its speakers. It’s a level of unconsciousness heretofore never achieved by the evil ones.
When I was a kid, no one talked like this. Only gangsters in movies and even that was unrealistic. They really pulled a doozy on our ability to even be conscious of the words we speak.
Can you go a day without saying, “fuck” to get your point across?
