These are the transcripts of the trial of Augustus Invictus in Charlottesville from October. The trial was a farce of justice. It concerned the "tiki torch march" at the University of Virginia in August of 2017. Included are some transcripts of other motions hearings.
Background: The march was supposed to be secret. Ultra-privileged University of Virginia Antifa goons spied on, and stalked the march. Antifa started some fights. They lost. So they turned to their professors to come up with a revenge-plan. UVA's Law School pushed for years to find something, anything to charge people with. They stacked the prosecutor's office with their people. The prosecutor issued "secret indictments". People were randomly arrested for years.
One of prosecutor Hingeley's most outrageous conflicts-of-interest was that his campaign was funded by billionaire Sonjia Smith whose daughter, Kendall Bills, was with Antifa at Unite the Right the next day. Somehow he was allowed to stay on the Augustus case, and many others.
At a different trial earlier last year, corrupt prosecutor Hingeley's case was blown out of the water. Unlike at Augustus Invictus' trial though, Hingeley and his UVA cronies were not allowed to participate, and a new judge was selected. It was telling, that because the trial was conducted outside ultra-corrupt Charlottesville, the jury failed to convict and the judge later dismissed the case.
This post doesn't even detail half of the outrageous and disgusting deeds of UVA and its helpers in the judicial establishment. These people are liars, bullies and careerists. Typical products of Jewish Democracy.
The latest news, Hingeley says he's done bringing prosecutions for now. What he should be doing is apologizing and offering himself up for investigation. We'll get there.

I commend Balogh for fighting this out. The regime is clearly rigged, and I have seen a lot of people say it is worthless to try to seek justice through the courts. I disagree on two accounts. First, in rare instances some times we do acquire justice, albeit in a small minority of cases. Such as when Greg Conte fought the bullshit charges they hit him with in Michigan. But also, our resistance in the courts forces the Judeo-Capitalist regime to expose itself as corrupt, and unjust. The public needs to see it and they need to see it often.
Charlottesville was a set up that many of us walked into. As a movement, the experience was an incredible harsh lesson in the reality of politics, but one in which we ultimately grew from. Our movement is larger today than it ever has been at any point in my life, and while there is still much work to be done, we have ultimately grown from the experience and continue to press forward.

I don't think most racialists understand how important narrative building is in certain regards. Surely, most of us understand its important when it comes to facts about say, race and IQ, or countering Holocaust mythology, but there are other areas just as important as these that have been neglected the proper foundational work needed to build upon. Especially when it comes to publishing academic papers, but also in the realms of journalism, and literature. We need a lot more work in the area's of sociology, social psychology, identity, ethics, criminology, theology, and movement history. If you are someone with a graduate degree or doctorate and are in need for ideas as to how you can contribute intellectually, feel free to email me. Chances are I have plenty of ideas for what you could be doing to help fill in some of those gaps.

Friday will be the next and possible final hearing for the Court of Appeals. Four more days to prepare for a battle that will be of historic significance for freedom of speech in Europe.
The regime is trying to put me and my friends in jail for our nationalist activism, but because we never did anything illegal, they’re using memes from a private chatgroup from 2017 to lock us up for ‘hatespeech’. If we go down, everyone could be next.
That’s why, for years, I have spent all my time, money and energy on fighting to win this case of historic importance. I would be able to bear the unjust punishment, but I cannot bear the responsibility of being used as a precedent to lock up thousands of others over the years to come.
That’s why we must win.
