Japan’s victory in the Russo-Japanese War, moreover, marked the beginning of a new stage in world history. Our victory delivered the first blow to the people of the West who, for the previous 400 years, had never been defeated by a people of color. This was in fact the first stumble in their long victory march. At the same time the Asian peoples, who racially are the same as us, suddenly began to become self-aware.
And not only the Asian peoples, but among every people suffering under the yoke of the Western powers resistance to them increased. For all the other Asian countries, it surpassed their wildest dreams that a small country of yellow people in the Far East had stood up to and decisively defeated a state 60 times as large in area and three times as large in population, whose military power was feared by the entire world. Moreover, we made it possible for everyone to see what everyone had considered impossible. And this gave them the hope that “we too can do it.”

Unlike the Radical Republicans at the time who sought to overthrow the emperor, Nosaka consistently defended the Emperor System and advocated for it to be transferred to the socialist system just as it had been through the fuedal and capitalist systems.

Kōzaburō Tachibana was a Japanese political activist and ultra-nationalist . Tachibana believed that for the development of the Asian and Western societies, the village community was the original starting point of civilization and the only way for the country to prosper.
Tachibana called for the formation of a "patriotic brotherhood" to unselfishly lay down their lives to save the people in accordance to the emperor's wishes. Wanting to recruit form all social classes, the brotherhood would represent a more perfect whole, signified by the imperial will. He also argued that radical, violent change was needed to cleanse ‘the world of national politics...poisoned by mammon and the gang of corrupt industrialists’.

Ikedaism, was the ideology of the political thinker Sumihisa Ikeda in 1929. The ideology is broadly leftist while supporting state socialist economic ideas such of those like Ikki Kita, though Ikeda's ideas were adopted by the Toseiha faction who's leader has a close relationship with Ikeda. The program was anti marxist but still advocated for a socialist military Shogunate as seen in Germany Under the Ludendorf Dictatorship. It has been praised by the Japanese "Imperial" Left but denounced by Marxists abroad, especially due to ideologies advocation of imperialism, class evolution, nationalism and ultra-militaristic stances
