🇪🇸 A los nuevos asistentes, lo primero, ¡gracias por asistir a Ibercon 2025! Lo segundo sería avisaros de que es normal que el bot @ibercon_bot no encuentre tu entrada ya que las nuevas entradas se sincronizan con el bot cada Lunes a partir de las 20:00 por seguridad, ¡a partir de ahí en principio debería de comenzar a encontrarla y ya podrás rellenar tu badge! También justo a este aviso os comunicamos que hemos recargado la lista de entradas al bot, ¡así que todos los que hayan comprado una entrada previo a este mensaje ya tenéis acceso al bot para configurar vuestra badge!
🇵🇹 Para os novos participantes, queremos agradecer-vos por se tornarem parte da Ibercon 2025! Todavia, avisamos que é normal se o @Ibercon_bot não encontrar o vosso bilhete logo, isto acontece porque os novos bilhetes são sincronizados com o bot a cada segunda-feira depois das 20:00, por razões de segurança, e após essa hora, o vosso bilhete deverá estar no sistema e poderás então começar a preencher o teu badge!

🇪🇸 ¡El bot ha estado en mantenimiento durante unas horas pero vuelve a estar funcional! Si tenías un cambio pendiente o un reset del proceso, te deberíamos haber respondido al correo. En tal caso puedes usar el botón de regenerar badge para ver los cambios que se pidieron. ¡También hemos incrementado el máximo de caracteres en el nombre de 12 a 16 y arreglado las tildes!
🇵🇹 O bot ficou em manutenção durante algumas horas, mas já está a funcionar novamente! Se tu tinhas alguma alteração ou modificação pendente no processo, já devemos ter respondido ao teu email. Neste caso, tu podes usar o botão para regeneração do badge e verás as alterações que foram solicitadas. Também aumentámos o número máximo de caracteres no nome, de 12 para 16 e corrigimos os acentos!
