🌷 نوروز از کهن‌ترین رسم‌های ایرانیان باستان، ساسانیان، هخامنشیان و اشکانیان است که جشن گرفته میشود. نوروز بیانگر پیروزی گرما و نور بر سرما و تاریکی زمستان است. ایرانیان نوروز را آغازگر رویش و زایش باغ و بوستان می‌دانند و بر این باور هستند که در نوروز، همزمان با طبیعت، باید روزگار نو و جدیدی را با روان و نگرش نو آغاز کنند.
🌻رسوم نوروز: خانه‌تکانی، کاشتن سبزه، سفره هفت سین، نو کردن دیدار و دید و باز دید.

🪻Nowrouz
🌷Nowruz means 'new day' in Persian and is the most important festival of the year in Iran. Nowruz marks the spring equinox, when night and day are of equal length.
🌻•People start their preparation for the festivities weeks beforehand. They clean their homes from top to bottom,
•People prepare a special table in their homes, where they place small dishes holding seven symbolic foods and spices. The names of these foods all start with the letter 's' in Persian and so the table is called the 'seven s's' (haft-seen).
