Many people think. Fewer people talk. A select few *act*. We demand action: if people want to continue going around the circle of discussion they can go and dox themselves at their local debating society. We want men that are willing and ready to act, to bring about their desired reality in the world as it is, rather than some dream state that stops at the outer boundaries of their imagination. They must be able to brave the very real threats that Members face, be they physical, economical, or emotional (the rejection of friends, family, loved ones). We have no need of cowards in our Organisation.

Loyalty to his peers, Fidelity to the Idea. He must have the humility to put himself last after the Idea and his peers, and have the discipline to do his duty in everything he does, whether that is following the direction of his Leaders or his own initiative. He should embrace simplicity as part of this high aim - a man who can go without much is resilient to those who wish to weaken him.
