Today, the Supreme Court shut down a lower court's effort to block the Trump Administration from canceling $250 million in taxpayer grants to DEI-related education programs.

This is huge, and goes well beyond the Department of Education, setting the stage in President Trump’s favor for future court battles over executive actions. The entire left-wing apparatus depends on billions in taxpayer dollars endlessly flowing in. Cut off the flow, and the beast dies.

The State of Oregon et al. (No. 6:24-cv-01783)). The suit was filed to enforce basic voter list maintenance provisions under Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA).
