IJA pilot Tetsujiro Karasawa climbing into his Nakajima Ki-84 Army Type 4 Fighter at Miyakonojo-Higashi Airbase, Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan, on May 28, 1945. Karasawa was selected as a Special Attack pilot. He flew towards the Allied armada off the coast of Okinawa and was never seen again.

The general arms ban for AfD members in North Rhine-Westphalia was overturned by the local higher administrative court based in Münster. The judgment was issued on 30 April and was announced on Tuesday. Previously, the black and green state government under Hendrik Wüst (CDU) decided that AfD members had to hand over their weapons. „The mere membership in an anti-constitutional but not prohibited association, on the other hand, is not sufficient for the realization of the rule of non-reliability under weapons law according to § 5 Paragraph 2 No. 2 WaffG “, the judges now judged unanimously.
The background to the decision was the general revocation of the „reliability “ stipulated in gun law according to § 5 Paragraph 2 No. 3 WaffG for AfD members.

The first photo of a woman riding a BMW R68 is pretty famous, but few know the story. She is Marianne Weber, a Belgian motorcycle journalist very active in the 1950s, road testing the fastest bikes in the world with skill and verve...and very little safety gear. But, it was a different time, and as she tested on 1950s roads her riding gear was considered apropos. She cut a stylish figure, and clearly liked riding flat out!
