This is me at 16 with then Senator John McCain. I worked as a photographer for a local newspaper, and I covered an event he and Lindsay Graham were speaking at. All I heard was Russia-this, Russia-that, Russia’s the enemy etc. It was then I realized — U.S. politicians will never truly want peace with Russia. Russophobia is deep rooted in both Democrats and Republicans. And when I read that Graham would just so happen to be in Turkey during Russia-Ukraine peace talks, I wasn’t surprised. I know his intentions haven’t changed. He has never wanted peace or cooperation, just like his beloved mentor.
Это я в 16 лет с тогдашним сенатором Джоном Маккейном. Я работала фотографом в местной газете и освещала мероприятие, на котором выступали он и Линдси Грэм. Все, что я слышала, это было про то как Россия наш враг и т. д. Именно тогда я поняла — политики США никогда по-настоящему не захотят мира с Россией. Русофобия глубоко укоренилась как у демократов, так и у республиканцев. И когда я прочитала, что Грэм тут как тут оказался в Турции именно сейчас во время переговоров между Россией и Украиной, я не удивилась. Я знаю, что его подлые намерения не изменились. Он никогда не хотел мира или сотрудничества, как и его любимый наставник.
Это я в 16 лет с тогдашним сенатором Джоном Маккейном. Я работала фотографом в местной газете и освещала мероприятие, на котором выступали он и Линдси Грэм. Все, что я слышала, это было про то как Россия наш враг и т. д. Именно тогда я поняла — политики США никогда по-настоящему не захотят мира с Россией. Русофобия глубоко укоренилась как у демократов, так и у республиканцев. И когда я прочитала, что Грэм тут как тут оказался в Турции именно сейчас во время переговоров между Россией и Украиной, я не удивилась. Я знаю, что его подлые намерения не изменились. Он никогда не хотел мира или сотрудничества, как и его любимый наставник.

Recently, a documentary was released by French TV channel BFM about foreigners living in Russia, including me. While they insinuate that we are propagandists, they themselves manipulate the narrative, omit interviews and edit footage in a way that fits their biased agenda. Ma chère amie and fellow blogger Gabrielle did a great job unraveling this sad excuse of a documentary, watch it now on her YouTube channel here ✅

Polikarpov Nikolay Sergeevich
Motorized rifle battalion, 3rd Ukrainian Front, battalion commander, guard captain. Fought from 1941 to 1945.
Was wounded three times. Awarded medals and the Order of the Red Star and the Order of the Red Banner, also the Order of the Patriotic War.
Order of the Red Star - 1942
On the Oka River, near a village, he held down the area. The Germans attacked many times, but to no avail. During another attempt to break through, groups of fascists were destroyed or captured, the rest fled. Then the Germans tried to attack again, their forces were stronger in many ways, but Polikarpov's company repelled all attacks. 150 fascists were killed, 9 machine guns and other weapons were captured. Polikarpov's company had 5 killed and 4 wounded.
1945 Hungary,
Led his battalion in the attack, broke through the German defenses and stormed into the village with his battalion. Destroyed more than 80 Nazis, captured more than 50 soldiers and officers.
The city of Nagykanizsa - also stormed into the city center with his battalion, crossed the canal. Destroyed more than 100 fascists and 2 self-propelled guns.

He stormed into the village of Vysoky with his unit, inspiring the fighters with his personal example. In hand-to-hand combat, they recaptured the village, destroying up to 400 soldiers and officers. Having organized a circular defense of the village, his company repelled more than 6 attacks by tanks and infantry. Polikarpov personally destroyed 25 fascists and knocked out one Ferdinand tank with an anti-tank grenade. The neighboring company wanted to retreat, but he managed to stop them. For 14 hours, their unit held the village of Vysoky, despite heavy losses (there were 9 people left in his company). They repelled a counterattack of 15 Tiger tanks. Surgical nurse, senior sergeant of the medical service, at the front from 1941 to 1945. Graduated from the Stalingrad Medical School.
They fought together on the 3rd Ukrainian Front. They met in the hospital. She sang and played the guitar, performed for the wounded. They registered in liberated Odessa. Together with their front, they liberated Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Vienna.
I remember, I respect, I love. 🎗
