Kryon asks if the Human Being can stop aging, but the real question is: Can you extend your lifespan? Your body is designed to rejuvenate and stay healthy and alert to the end. What is the secret to longevity with vitality, energy, and health? The key is a strong immune system. Some of the things that will create a stronger immune system are what you eat and supplements. Look for supplements that are live essences. Things that shorten your life are fear, worry, anxiety, and turmoil. The catalyst for long life is joy, laughter, and peacefulness. When you combine live essence supplements with joy and laughter you will add years to your lifespan. Can a Human Being stop aging? Perhaps, not stop it, but you can slow it down.

Of the five major spiritual systems on the planet, four of them expect a master to return. What if all of them are back already? Kryon presents some controversial information. Those who were programmed in a belief system have come to expect a returning master. In almost all cases the aspect of the return is to save this planet from turmoil. The returning master has always been a metaphor. The Messiah’s are here, not as physical Human Beings, but as a consciousness of love, grace, beauty, wisdom, and understanding. All of them together have come back to the planet and imbued themselves onto the grid of consciousness that is yours. History will not repeat and one of the reasons is because the Messiah’s are back. Kryon asks if the movie Star Wars is real? You might be surprised. Throughout your galaxy life began millions of years before you and began to evolve. As the consciousness of the galaxy evolved there were star wars, much like you see in the movies. Star wars was real, but they grew out of it because consciousness evolves. Life on other planets either evolved or destroyed themselves. The ones that evolved made decisions to grow. They had a higher consciousness and realized there was a Creator and that they were part of a grander plan. They have the ability though the energy of consciousness and the understanding of physics they can visit other planets without vehicles. There are some who are visiting with vehicles. The ones who have gone into ascension status are your star family. This galaxy had star wars, warring with themselves, planet against planet, even having the horror of genocide. Eventually they passed it and at some point in time they threw away their weapons. You are ready to go into that mode of no more war. Light truly is winning.

Kryon poses a question: Does God limit your intellect? The answer is no, you do. There is a limit to how high you can think and it is based on the level of consciousness on the planet. The revelation is often given to the one who invents it first. For example, the Wright brothers were credited as the ones who invented flight, even though many others were working on this invention at the same time. There is a ceiling to your intellect, but it is started to change. The thinning of the veil is allowing new information and inventions to pour into you. As the veil continues to get thinner more things start to occur. Higher inventions are coming. One of the biggest inventions that is waiting to be discovered is the ability for humanity to see and measure multidimensionality. Kryon calls it the quantum lens. This invention is coming because as you raise your consciousness the ceiling to how high you can think raises as well.
