Scattering Golden Words.
A useful practice I’ve found is scattering golden words ahead of my deeds. What this means is I’ll talk big: I’ll talk about things I’ve yet to accomplish as concrete goals. This holds me to account and forces me to drive myself hard. This forces me to excel, as I state higher and higher goals. This can help get me through periods with less motivation.
This approach only works though if you’re of the sort that is true to their word - which brings it down to a simple necessity: you must know yourself. If you know your own strengths and weaknesses you can truly bind yourself to a purpose.
This brings it back to the philosophy of the body - that knowing your physical strength and limits (and constantly seeking to surpass them) is a foundation that will impact every level of your life. In knowing yourself better you can manipulate yourself to continue to overcome. Ascendance as one’s very being, not just as a simple philosophy.
Become who you are.

The grand Basilica della Salute required over a million
Each pile was hammered in by hand, spaced every half meter, driven up to three meters deep into the seabed
But why build a city on water?
In the early 5th century, Italy was under attack by Germanic & Hunnic tribes.
Fleeing invasions, people sought refuge in the muddy, marshy Venetian lagoon
The water was their wall. a natural fortress that enemies couldn’t easily cross (source)
